Years ago this was "The" place to go for pizza. We moved back to the area and went back today. A complete dump. AC not working, bathroom and the whole place was FILTHY !! Lunchtime and the place was empty. Completely old and outdated. Close it down or remodel !!! read more

Went to pick up dinner. They had only one person working. That one employee only took online orders for twenty five minutes. never taking my order or letting me know when he would take my order. I just ended up leaving. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut. If its close to you save the headache and drive a bit further to another one. read more

I have attempted to order from them three times in the last two months. Each time, the order had been canceled for no reason. After calling each time, I was told that the manager was too busy to come to the phone. Seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We put on online order for delivery in at 5:15pm. I got a confirmation email saying it would be delivered by 6. When it wasn't delivered by 6:15, I started calling Pizza Hut customer service. I spoke to 4 people - they all tried contacting my local store and literally couldn't reach them themselves. Keep in mind they had already charged my credit card. By 6:45, we were frustrated enough that my husband decided to physically go to the store to see what was going on. He got there and the pizza was just sitting there.... The employee didn't read the order properly and thought it was a pick up order. By the time we brought it home, it was nearly 2 hours after we ordered, room temperature, and missing a sauce I paid for. I called customer service again and all they could do was try and transfer me over to my local store- which, remember, doesn't pick up their phone. I understand it's just Pizza Hut, but I was trying to have a meal for my family where I didn't have to cook or leave the house, and we wound up having to leave the house and eat sub-par food much later than we wanted. read more

I know, I know, what do you expect for "fast food"? I expect hot food and reasonable service. The store was near empty!!! Well, this place was ridiculous! I walk in on time for my pick up order only to walk in on the staff yelling at each other. My pizza was ready when I walked and it sat at the end of the oven belt for 10 mins while I waited and watched and listened to all of the unnecessary yelling behind the counter. I work about a mile from the Pizza Hut in Havre de Grace MD...so a coworker and I ordered some breadsticks and two salads for lunch, for delivery today. Breadsticks were fine; but, the salads were actually DECAYING. When we opened the bowls, the salads actually smelled like rotten lettuce. Of course I called the restaurant later that day, and the manager told me that the driver must have put the salads in the 'hot' box, thus causing them to wilt. I doubt that the heat caused the lettuce to become slimy and dark brown...or the tomatoes to be mushy and translucent...we actually took pictures it was so bad. We are supposed to receive coupons for a free salad in the mail in the coming weeks.....I'm probably not going to want the replacement salad honestly, even though the manager assures me that they are made freshly EVERY morning. read more

As always the food is good. On this in particular night that I stopped here they were pretty busy. I placed my order and sat and waited. The gentleman that was working the pickup counter was very happy and festive. He didnt miss a beat in anything that was going in there. It's great to go into an establishment to see this. In my opinion, if he isnt already, someone needs to make him a store manager, as he's got such a great work ethic attitude. His nametag says Jeremy. read more

Love Pizza Hut pizza but hate this location. The service is terrible. Our ordeal started off with minor problems- not enough silverware/plates at the table and they didn't give us crayons and an activity sheet for my toddler like they normally have in the past. Then it started to get a little worse- the waitress said she would be right back with extra silverware and it took close to 5 minutes before we saw her again. At that point we ordered our food- the dinner box (breadsticks, pizza, cinnamon sticks) and a kids personal pizza with milk. 20 minutes later we finally saw our server again when she brought us our breadstick and cinnamon sticks. Not sure how many people like to eat their dessert before their entree but we are not one of them so we pushed them to the side of the table. We were also given our daughters pizza and told our other pizza would be out shortly. Fast forward another 15-20 minutes and my daughter has finished her pizza and is beginning to have a meltdown because she wants out of her high chair. Meanwhile we are still waiting for our pizza which we were told had "just come out of the oven" 5 minutes before that. When we asked again about our pizza 10 minutes later, they said it was made wrong and would have to be redone. Forget it! We paid for what we had already eaten and left! On a side note, the customer sitting next to us told us he waited 20 minutes just to get the slice of garlic bread that was supposed to come with his meal so it wasn't just our table that had problems. read more

This is not a review of Pizza Hut 's food, but of this location. I used to come here as a kid, so this one has been actively serving since the late 70's. It and McDonalds were two of the only franchises in this area. I must say that the overall appearance and cleanliness was great, but even more so, I was very impressed with the crew. Our hostess and our waitress were friendly and attentive, and everything was served in a reasonable time and good quality. KUDOS. As far as the pizza, good as always, but never as good as a local pizza shop, but when is a franchise ever better than local if you do your Yelp work? read more

My last 5 purchases consisted of pizza. Each time I went the location seemed busy and the facility was clean and tidy concidering it's an older location. I only order pizza because pizza has been thier main product. I would recommend them firmly for the pizza! The staff was pleasant. read more

Wow no reviews. Well the Pizza was great but I asked for the wings to be well done. Pizza Hut wings are rubbery so they show up and upon trying they aren't real done. The waiter said they were put through 1 1/2 times. My suggestion is ask for a solid 2! Other than that all was good! read more

Scandal. I was driving from DC to New York with my 3 kids. They wanted pizza and we took the first exit on our way. Here is Pizza Hut. We ordered veggie pizza and asked CLEAN CUT for religious reasons. They served pizza with HAM. The attitude of the staff was so terrible. They have no respect for their customers. We used to use this Pizza Hut (in Havre de Grace, MD) ALL the time. The last couple times were questionable and after tonight I will *NEVER* purchase another thing from this store. I ordered my pizzas on-line. The website added extra charges (it looked like a repeat of my carry-out order from last time) so I deleted and started over. It did it again. I was trying to order a $7.99 3-topping hand-tossed pizza and a $10.99 specialty pizza from the carry-out deals advertised on their site. I deleted and did it one more time, same thing. I printed out the order (which showed the correct pizzas) and sent it with my husband for pick-up. They insisted that the web prices were right. The GENERAL MANAGER even insisted they were right and refused to change them for him. He left the pizzas there and came home. I called and spoke to the GM. SHE KNEW the prices were wrong but was too damn ignorant to fix it!!!!! In her opinion, I guess it was our fault that their website assigned the wrong coupon to the wrong pizza and upcharged for extra toppings, crust choices, etc. I pointed out to her that her behavior was wrong for any employee but even more so for the General Manager. We will NEVER use that store again and I urge everyone to avoid them like the plague. Use the Bel Air store, they're much better! read more
