The Pizza Hut you love to eat in. There's not many left that aren't takeout only. The lunch buffet with pasta, salad, pizza, & dessert items is all inclusive with beverage. The price has jumped recently to $11.99 per person. I think it would be tremendously more busy at a $9.99 price. But you can always order a la carte. read more

Pizza pizza pizza. It's not often that I'm craving pizza but when I am I resort to it pretty quickly. I am not from the area so I needed a delivery pizza place. I instantly came across Pizza Hut, recognized the name and gave them a call. It's just me tonight so I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and green olives. I was told it would take 30 mins but the delivery guy got here quicker than that which I was thankful for. After opening the box I was instantly disappointed. When I ask for green olives I expect more than a couple of green olives. I am paying $1.25 for each topping. I could buy a whole jar of olives for about that price. Also, the pizza wants hot...it was barely warm. Had to hear the pizza in the oven. Basically what I'm saying is I don't feel like my pizza was made with love. The guy on the phone shouldn't try so hard to upsale and he should put more love into making the pizza. Can't say I'll give this Pizza Hut location another shot. I'm all about making food with love. It's Pizza Hut. That being said, they deliver where I live, promptly and when the food gets here it is warm. Last night I had their baked chicken wings and I think I could have eaten 50 of them. They were bang on delicious. The pizza was their pizza as were the breadsticks, although I little stale tasting. Mostly they are consistent and I appreciate that. read more

Not impressed. I am late for pickup. Then when I get there they said they cannot find my order. Which means he had to start all over. Then I'm going to ask for my money back they said that they cannot to refund my money. Yeah this is going to be the last time I'm going to be going to this Pizza Hut. Or any for that matter. So here I am waiting I was supposed to pick up the pizza at 5:23 and right now it is 606 p.m. and I still do not have my entire order. There's too many competitors in the area to put up with this. It's a chain place so the food is what you would expect. But service in Port Clinton is never great and even chain restaurants cannot maintain any kind of consistency. So yeah, it's fine if you like Pizza Hut. But if you want something local, go right down the street to Crosswinds as they serve the local "Cameo Pizza". read more

We ordered online the special deal of three item lg pizza for 7.99 plus $1 extra for pan crust. When my husband went to pick up at given time they did not have our order even though our Discover card had been charged and I received an email saying it was ready!! They only had med. pans, so they could not make us our ordered pizza. I really was hungry for pizza. Later I received an email thanking me for my order from Pizza Hut. There were only 2 people working at 6:30 on a Friday night and no customers in the restaurant!! I think Pizza Hut must be getting ready to close the restaurant for good! read more

Standard Pizza Hut pizza, but with a largely extended menu. Offers pastas, salads and sandwiches, all of which are pretty good for a Pizza Hut and nicely priced. Atmosphere is more upscale than a standard Pizza Hut with better lighting and decor. Bruschetta is a favorite appetizer and the Florentine is a nice pasta. Has a patio (that faces the road, but nonetheless). Does the standard takeout and delivery of a pizza hut, too, with the full menu. read more

Port Clinton Pizza Hut delivery is all fine and good, but the lunch buffet in Port Clinton is another story. The so-called buffet consisted of a tiny salad bar and six or seven pathetic pizza's, lame pasta and hard non-fresh bread. The Pizza was poorly created, almost cardboard like in taste and the variety was a joke. I've eaten at other Pizza Hut buffets and they offer more pizza's, fresh pizza's and breads and dessert pizza's as well. BUT NO, not in Port Clinton! NOT the tourist-trap capital of Ohio! With tax and a drink this crap cost me almost TEN BUCKS. NEVER again! This buffet is a joke and an insult to people who want to eat a decent lunch. I have eatten at this pizza hut alot over the years, always clean, friendly & from order to table ready, never more then 30 minutes tops! Sadly, that was NOT the case tonight~ 1 hour & 25 minutes! 3 people ordering ~ 1 Pizza & 2 breadsticks~ 1st breadsticks arrived after 40 minutes, our server informed us "because of NEW management, this was the cause of the delay~ 20 minutes later 2 more plates of breadsticks~ when asked why 2 more, server says " I was trying to be nice!". 25 minutes after that, the pizza arrived! Granted, there seemed to be only 2 server's & NO Hostess, but instead of having a sign read "Wait to be seated", it should have read "Seat Yourself". We have all worked in the restaurant./bar business, as a manager's, waitresses & cooks! Server's should inform their customers of a "wait", but not place blame on "new" management! NEW Management has NOTHING to do with your serving skills or people skills! Sorry, I will not patronize this place again, & will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere! Received terrible service on July 4, 2017 at this Pizza Hut. Our waitress seemed uninterested in even taking our order after looking over our menus. Our appetizer arrived at the same time as our pizza. Our waitress never returned after delivering our food, not to check to make sure everything was ok or if we wanted more to drink. Took over 70 minutes to get a small order delivered. When I called the local number no one picked up until the 4th call and then it was a call center. The call center transferred me to the store,but no answer. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold and they forgot part of the order. I will add that I'm located 3 miles from the store..
