It took over an hour to get two pepperoni pizzas. 15 minutes past the quoted time, when I called they said they would not do anything until the pizza was 30 minutes late. Also, made a second order that took a long time and when I called they said, you should not have ordered online, we could have saved you money if you called us. Would have liked to get a refund or even contacted regarding the issue this location had this past weekend with a fryer apparently. Ordered online, paid in full only to be called and told they could not make wings and would refund me. Nope, 3 days later, no refund no contact. Ordered wings online, got blue cheese with them. Order was susbstituted with ranch...only I wanted blue cheese with my wings. No call or anything, driver thought he brought in error and went back and I drove down to speak with the manager and was explained...(per Kate the manager)....that "they didn't have it anymore and someone should have checked". Best not! Better to spend more on a good experience. service and order correctness is not there at all. Place looks dirty and people also. Food was Good but not as ordered. I always fantasize about writing horrible reviews after a experience of horrible customer service. I never get around to it. So this should be enough to explain of how much I was enthralled about how excellent the customer service was this time. Whatever girl answered and helped me make the perfect pizza for 6 other people.. while ONE PERSON WAS ORDERING, well she was beyond amazing. Thank you for being patient and overly helpful. Obviously studying and being in the know about what is good and what is not and what is okay and what is not has paid off. I know this is probably a start off job for this young girl but it speaks volumes on where she will go and the people who have trained her to get there. Thank you. Since it was another hot day and getting late, we decided to splurge and order from our local Pizza Hut. Big mistake. Usually we order take-and-bake pizzas from Papa Murphys across the street..will ensure we continue to patronize their establishment. My husband went in to order our pizza and had to wait while the waiting customers got their orders fixed. They were out of alot of ingredients, slow, seemed to have problems getting orders out, and rude. One of the serves was very unprofessional and was yelling at a customer because he was overworked and had to deal with 'customers like you'. So wrong...not a customer service attitude. Finally received our pizzas after a very long wait and asked for our garlic sauce we ordered. Husband came home and realized they had given us salad dressing. Pizza dough was too doughy and we were jipped on toppings. Like I said before, we never order from Pizza Hut and we wont repeat this mistake. read more

Pizza Yuck as described by another Yelp'r. The salad bars greens were brown, I went through 10 plates on the salad bar to find one clean one. The Chicken Wings were ok. The pizza my friend had was horrible. Would never go to again. read more

Was seated promply. Waitress was in a big hurry for us to order when it was obvious that we were not ready. Had to ask more than once for pineapple & when I finally received it, it was old, flavorless & brown! Yuck! When I brought it to her attention her reply was " I don't know!" Unless they turn this place around quickly I don't see it surviving. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

Weird employees! So they took out their olives and pineapple off the salad bar maybe to make a buck so you order it on your pizza...I asked for olives and they all looked at each other then me like I was crazy. Finally she asked the 2nd person and they gave me some hesitantly, plus I paid for the 10 olives I was given bty. They were also out of Diet Pepsi and my mom is diabetic and still charged us for the whole meal lunch combo. They all stood around, the waitress gave our drinks, we where ready to order it was obvious then didn't come back to take order for 15 mins she stood up there with the others chatting, there where only 2 tables dining in the restaurant, including mine. We ordered four pizzas. Only 3 came. We did two deals but when we went to order online for them we chose a pizza that had three toppings but took off one so it was two toppings. We had it under a deal that was 6 dollars for a 2 topping pizza if you get two pizzas. They charged us 16 dollars on one of them instead of the 6 dollars. We then called later on and the person who answered seemed really high and he couldn't respond to anything that we would say. He ended up hanging up on us. All he would say to anything was "uhhhhh." The only good thing was that the delivery person was nice and when we said something about there missing a pizza he seemed actually sorry about that even though it wasn't his fault at all and he told us to call and talk to those people. Sadly though that person wasn't helpful at all. read more

delivery lady was super chill. it started when i ordered online it went through so i started to the wait 20 mouths later they called me and said they didn't have something in my order i said okay what other small treats or breadstick type stuff ya got ya know? she put me on hold for 10 minutes just to come back and ask if i wanted there brownie. i said frickin sure i'll have the damn brownie also i would like stuffed crust and extra mushroom. i'm sitting here eating a plane medium cheese pizza. if i could do less that 1 star i would read more

Terrible service. Always seem to get food poisoning every time I try to eat here. They used to have a good staff but lately they seem lazy and uninterested in serving customers. Half the time you can't call in an order they don't answer the phone or they put you on hold. Pizza is greasy and not like other pizza huts. Delivery times outrageous usually. Have had numerous bad experiences with this location. An order a couple months ago was not complete and wasn't told until they showed up that they were out of wings. A short time later, I was billed and they called back to ask for my card info again. I hung up and called my bank which said I had a pending transaction so I called back and let them know. The manager practically called me a liar and said they were going to have to "eat the mess up" and told me to call back when the charge went through.....yeah right. Two other times they didn't send a receipt to sign as I gave them my card over the phone and the delivery person had to call the store and then tried to redo the transaction for cash. I told them I wouldn't and they had to go back for the receipt for me to sign TWICE!. Last order(I know I am a slow learner) they didn't put blue cheese dressing in that I paid for. It's a Little thing but I called anyway because of all the other effups they made I figured I should. I was told it would be delivered and waited two hours. Had to call back and tell then to cancel and made them go through the trouble of crediting my card $1.30 seems petty but holy moly I was annoyed. read more
