I ordered online. It provided a time when it would ready and on the app said it was ready. When I arrived at the store, I told the team member I was picking up my order since it said it was ready on the app. The team member said nothing and just walked away. A few mins later I asked about the order and they said its nit ready. So are they saying orders are done to meet their numbers when they really are not ready. After waiting about 10mins my order was finally ready. I will not be going back to this Pizza Hut Location ever. Even though it is close to my house. read more

When I got home two miles away, the bowls used for the sides weren't even half full and the chicken was so old, it's flat on one side. This very obviously sat for a VERY long time. I'm not expecting it to be steaming hot after driving home, but we're talking barely above room temperature cold. The thighs are unnaturally flat on one side from sitting in a pan so long. AND on top of all that, they just straight up didn't include the biscuits. The part that's actually so bad I'm borderline impressed is that the mashed potato, cole slaw and gravy containers I did get are so empty that they barely cover the bottom of the bowls. Just all around horrible food, terrible service. I'm not expecting it to be spotless given the location but it's just gross. Hard pass for me in the future...

Store was very clean and cool which was great for the summer heat wave we had when I visited. Workers were quick and very nice. The food was pretty good and the price was pretty good too. Will be back. read more
