This has to be the absolute worst delivery I've ever experienced. I placed an order well in advance, small order for 2 two pizzas to be delivered one evening. When the approximate delivery time came, all I heard was a thud at my front door. The driver, Bryanna, not only completely ignored instructions to knock at the door upon arrival, she just threw my pizzas on the filthy ground, on top of dirt and snow at my front door and drove away in seconds with no notice. The crappy delivery doesn't end there... when I opened the box, I was appalled at the pizzas inside. They were seriously overcooked, nearly burnt to a crisp, and also stiff & cold as if it had been sitting on the store counter for a very long time before being sent out. The cheese was dark brown, pepperoni was nearly black, and it was so overseasoned as if someone literally just threw a can of spices on top without even trying. These pizzas both ended up in the garbage. Such a waste of money and time, there is no excuse for this kind of terrible delivery. If it happened once, it will happen again, I can guarantee you. I used to work in many fast food places, and this tells me one of two (or both) things: store is severely understaffed and quality is highly compromised, or workers are so underpaid they just DON'T CARE. This was the first time having Pizza Hut pizza as an adult and it's still just as yummy as I remember it from my childhood!!! The Triple Treat Box was well worth the $25 despite the commercials saying it's $19.99 , ordering on the app did say there was an extra $1 charge for a pan pizza but that still wouldn't add up to $25. The pizzas were fluffy and light, I really enjoyed the pan pizza even if it was a little oily as you can tell from the pictures. Still a 8/10 pan pizza, the hand tossed pizza was also fluffy and a little oily very similar to the pan but was not as flavorful and the crust not as good 7.5/10. The roasted garlic cheese sticks were better than local competitors 7/10 will definitely need to try the bacon cheese sticks next. Last but not least was the BIG chocolate chip cookie it was more like a blonde aka a cookie brownie than a cookie, still was excellent!! 9/10 all in all I will be coming back! The ambiance was nonexistent as the store was small with not a lot of room to stand around still doesn't affect the pizza quality. Ordered a few stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas. Both pizzas were very light sauce and cheese. Pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. Never again. Spend your money somewhere else. Manager was on counter when I picked up food, I think he should have been oven tending over seeing final product going out. I know they have the ingredients to make a good pizza, just don't be so dam cheap on the toppings. I Ordered a Hawaiian Chicken pizza via the phone app. Once the pizza got here I noticed there were no pineapples on the pizza, which I the main ingredient of a Hawaiian pizza! I called the store 4 times only to be put on hold by the extended answering service. Once I got through that, the phone kept ringing until the call dropped. I even tried make a complaint through the phone app, which wasn't helpful either. The system kept timing out. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. Terrible customer service. Not worth it. Placed a delivery order and then was called and told that they could not deliver. No explanation given. So I ordered curbside pickup. Upon arriving, I witnessed delivery drivers going in and out of store. I waited over 30 minutes for curbside pickup before calling and seeing why it was taking so long. I watch from my car through the window staff ignoring the phone calls. Finally they brought out my order, watched them take it out of the warming cabinet, meaning it was ready a while ago, and bring it to my car. Nothing was said, no "here you go" no "thanks for your order". After all that, I had to go back into the store because they didn't give me my whole order, missing dips I paid for. Not the best pizza. Not even close. I thought this place would be promising because my friend Manny said this is one of the best Pizza Huts nationally. Manny said that part of the chain beats some of the local pizza places like Patrick's and Rich Mandarin's Big Pie. Unfortunately, I received bad information. This Pizza Hut is like the others. This is Pizza Hut, we aren't expecting a mom and pop type of pizza. It's a chain which I think some people do not consider before ordering. On that note.. We have ordered several times from here, perfect timing if not ready early and better quality then dominos, I will say that. The employees are always kind, sanitary and helpful while doing curbside pick up. When we had delivery the delivery man put our pizza at the designated spot and waved from his car with a smile when I came out to get it. I am happy to have them on this side of Warwick, the convenience is more then enjoyable! read more

Had to go there an order because no one would answer the phone. Drove 20 minutes there and waited another 20 for the food all while the phone was ringing off the hook and NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. The guy actually started to hang up the phone while we were standing there. What an ass hole he just hate his job but for a business to ignore they're phone orders is crazy. Poor customer service. Not so much at the restaurant but the area managers and higher ups. My graduation party (food portion) was ruined due to the food not being ready and they totally missed an entire pizza. So I was told I had to wait another ten minutes for it to be made. All the while my other pizzas I paid for were sitting there. I explained my disappointment with the cashier but didn't want to ruin her day as it wasn't her fault and above her pay grade. I then emailed the site etc and have been contacted but was a very cold and generic message. Have not heard back in over a week. I hate chain pizza places but have them a shot. My mistake. read more

We love Pizza Hut pizza and have ordered for years with never a complaint. However, we oredered from this Pizza Hut for the first time because the former one closed. It was the absolute worst pizza we have ever had from anywhere. The stuffed crust was dry and looked like bread that had been freezer burned, the cheese was not enclosed in the edges of the crust as is typical for Pizza Hut's Stuffed Crust Pizza and unfortunately was so tough we had to cut it with a knife to eat it. There was very little cheese or sauce and the sausage looked like no other sausage we have ordered from Pizza Hut or anywhere. Furthermore, we gave the info for curbside pickup and followed the directions given in the confirmation email when we arrived. We sat in the car for almost 10 minutes and finally I went in to see why no one had brought out the pizza. I was told that they are not doing curbside even though the website gives you that option and the email tells you what to do when you arrive. We will never again order from this location and actually may never try Pizza Hut again. So disappointing. Oh, and they don't answer their phone either. read more
