This place has been my go To pizza for delivery for quite some time. They are always busy but the delivery is normally quick and the food is good. They have these chicken wings that are amazing crispy and naked (no sauce). My last experience was unsatisfactory and left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered the three large pizza special and a order of cheesy garlic bread. I paid by card. When the food was delivered about thirty minutes later, there was only two pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread. I immediately called and the young lady that took my order originally stated that the driver would be back with my third pizza. The driver came back and apologized which was fine. About ten minutes later I get a call from a second lady at pizza king asking me if I was paying for my order by card, i told her yes and I had already provided the info. She asked me to verify the card number. I provided the card number and then she hung up. I checked the card and found out that I was charged twice then I got a third phone call from a delivery driver telling me that my order was at my door. It took me a few minutes to get the driver to understand that I had already received my order. I then called pizza king back and spoke to the First Lady that took my order and I explained that I was double charged and a delivery driver tried to deliver a second order. She apologized and asked to place me on hold. When she came back to the phone, she stated that the manager would be checking the card machine for the double charge. A few moments later, the second lady called back and said my card would be credited for the second charge then hung up. During all this, I kept my composure but the lack of empathy from the person that caused the issue has made me place the business on hiatus. read more

Best little hole in the wall pizza spot on this side of town! I'll be honest it's totally in the hood lol and the parking sucks but the pizza is sooooo good! Would've gave it 5 stars, BUT the delivery person LASTNIGHT ruined it. First off I would like to say the food was amazing. The delivery person offered to sell me a drink he had in his car for $5 I denied it respectfully. When I woke up (today) Feb 13th I seen that he tipped himself $4, I didn't leave a tip due to the fact I don't have it at the moment, so therefore it ended up leaving my account negative . Terrible service is an understatement!!! They quoted me with a 35min delivery time I called after almost an hr with them telling me the driver was on the way and would be there any minute. After 20 more minutes I called again when the driver had still not arrived. I was lied to multiple times with them saying he would be there any minute and stayed on the line with the "manager" for over 5min and still no driver in sight. This place is less than 10min away so I know for a fact they were lying about the order being sent out. For all the trouble and it being now double the expected arrival time all I was offered was $5 discount that was beyond insulting I ended up just canceling the order all together and will never order from them again! read more

I am very disappointed in my order that arrived about 5 minutes ago on 1/22/22 about 7:45 pm. I ordered 1 medium, 5 item pizza and a 1-liter root beer and a 10 piece hot wing. The order arrived quickly, they are less than half a mile from my house. When the young man arrived, he did not have the wings and told me it was just the pizza and soda for $23.40. The young lady confirmed my order before hanging up. I callec the store upon receipt of my items. I was told the order was correct. So, my question to management is... Bad customer service. Good pizza. Three strikes you're out. Too much gossip. The girls that worked there tonight were extremely rude & unprofessional. I walked into them talking shit about the customer who was there before me. The blonde hair girl even went out of her way to call her a "bitch" & she was very aware that I was standing right in front of her. Young girl comes outta nowhere, after a few minutes of me staring at a couple employees do nothing but gossip, with a foochie face like I'm ruining her conversation or phone call.
