Its a good pizza........with a BIG price tag. I ordered the large combo "To Go" and it was $28.50!!!!! Although the pizza was a good size and all the toppings where fresh, I think the price is a bit high. I gave this place 3 stars based on the price being to high. If it wasn't for that I would have given a higher star rating. Staff was nice and the place was clean. My family loved the pizza and that is all that really matters :) read more

Scrumpcious pizza served with a smile! This is the best pizza place in Orland!! Their pizza is perfect, great toppings, real cheese, and plenty of it, cooked to perfection. The salad bar is delicious. I don't think many people realize, they have the best hot pastrami sandwich around, and please try the cheesy bread at least once in your life. They have a great game room for the kids, and the remodel has definetly done them justice! I will say, they are a little bit pricey, but as the only LOCAL pizza place in town, they are worth it! read more

We've been coming to Pizza Palace for many, many years now. First off, a few years ago they got rid of their "pizza" oven and now it's like every other mediocre pizza restaurant-sans Celestino's! We still went to Pizza Palace because they are local..but sadly I have to say that we can no longer eat this pizza..ordered one yesterday and it was so sloppily put together, dry & tasted like we were eating cardboard-so sad how it's changed! read more

Well,. I have family in Orland and come visit every year or so. I have come in every single time I visit,. Sometime two or three times. Has always been on of the best pizzas I have ever had. So I take my kids and some family this time. I ordered one one topping pizza and. Med specialty 6 drinks...... 72 dollars. WTH. It's always been a little expensive but so good it's worth it. The pizza was nowhere near as good this time and price has sky rockted. The two stars is for the price. Pizza is still good but so over priced it brings down the vale for me. Great pizza. This place is my childhood. A nice NY style-like pizza with a local California family twist.

My husband has been coming to this place since he was a kid. He always raved about it...me being from San Francisco thought yea whatever you small town boy....but I must admit, its pretty delicious for this little town with very little options. I do recommend dining in so when your pizza comes to your table its fresh out of the oven! Plus they are pretty generous with the toppings. I love their pizza. They have this garlic chicken pie with white sauce. Mmm mmm good. The place itself has a dining room with booths which is nice. The back seems set up for groups ie sports teams or ranch hands. Small town anywhere USA kinda place but nice. read more

Called for a pick up a medium sized three topping pizza. Came to pick it up and was charged for a large for topping pizza yes it was large but I'm not sure how they counted four toppings. Pizza sauce has no flavor crust tastes like it's from Little Caesars pizza is nothing special at all and having paid $38 for it I feel like I simply should've went to Wendy's down the street and save myself 20 bucks and the disappointment read more

I love this pizza. I'm from out of town but my grandmother used to get us pizza from here when we would come up from Sacramento. It's still sooo good. The crust is perfectly crispy. They are consistently so good. Love the sauce. The taco pizza is special if you are planning to not have leftovers...doesn't hold well. I'd give them 5 stars but their salad bar isn't top notch and they don't deliver. But pizza = yum! read more

Sorry, I don't usually say anything if I can't say anything nice, but this place has really gone down hill. I called in my order for pick up, I ordered a large pizza with an order of wings. They said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I got there after 25 minutes and they where just putting my pizza in the oven. When I got my food the wings where blackened, and my pizza was greasy. I brought the wings to the attention of the older lady behind the counter. She gave me a not so friendly look and barked "that is how we make them". As she walked away towards the bar... for the price I would expect better service and better food.. read more

I will never go here again! I'm all about supporting "local" restaurants and staying away from big name franchises. I showed up with a party of 15 hungry people, arrived around 8:45, I'll say 8:50 for good measure. Pulled up to the restaurant and the open signs were lite up, granted, we were aware of them closing at 9pm, but figured it wouldn't be a problem. Walked in and the waitresses were extremely rude and didn't even say "welcome," but greeted us with a "we're closing in 5 minutes." Let's do the math here.... 15 people.... Hungry.... With over priced food that we were gladly to pay for, let's say, and with an underestimation, our bill would have been at least $100.... Easily! Again, I understand it was almost closing time, but come on! You're running a business. I, nor any of the other 14 people will ever go back here. On top of that, the lady had the nerve to make a petty, smart remark as we were leaving. Never going back just because of these women that were working on Tuesday night.
