The Cashier at this location is always comes off very rude. We will never come to this location again. We placed our order at 12:57 on 9/15/24 Sunday. I was craving a salad and stopped by. I went in and was greeted with ALL SMILES! Great sign. I asked if their ranch was good, because that's important! They let me try it and it was delicious!! I ordered the regular size antipasto salad and waited only a few minutes for my order to be ready. While I waited everyone working behind the counter was so nice and the inside was clean and smelled so good. I received my salad and they are so generous with their salad dressing! Regrettably I will NEVER patronize this franchise again. I used to love them for the large selection of specialty chicken pizzas, however through carelessness and disregard they not only once but twice delivered chicken pizzas with pork products (bacon or sausage) on my pizzas where strict instructions are noted that I have a family member with dietary and faith based restrictions and we do not consume pork! I called the restaurant immediately when I discovered the problem, whoever answered the phone didn't even give me a chance to discuss the reason for my call, she answered "Pizza Pirates please hold" and left me on hold for 10 minutes. I sent an email to the company and the response was no apology but: "Did you call the store? They can take care of the refund. David Kenney Pizza Pirates" I reiterated to David that I was placed on hold and couldn't tell them my grievance, David promised to make sure we were refunded, there's been no refund issued. When you've got a late night craving for pizza after beer, who you gonna call? Pizza Pirates! Not sure why I had the Ghostbusters theme song in my head but I suppose these guys are hungerbusters. These bearded guys made a great pizza and were super friendly. Obviously I was a first time customer but they have regulars they keep in their system, which is pretty cool. We got a large Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, which had a lot of oil at the bottom of the box... Hoping that when we get the Ultimate next time, it won't be as atrocious but I was craving this one! Sadly the steak pieces were overcooked but the pizza itself was delicious. The crust was a but drier than expected but the taste of it and everything was still good. Wish they had more mushrooms though. I didn't feel overly bogged down after this meal as I ate a substantial amount so that was good. I really look forward to coming back because there's just something about the taste of this place... A large specialty pizza like the one we ordered was $14.99 before tax and tip, which was okay and definitely no match for your typical chain pizza store with deals and coupons, but these guys have their own deals as well. Today I bought a cheese pizza with garlic, and when I received it, there was no tomato sauce. I called and ask why, they said because I ordered with garlic they do not put tomato sauce on it. That was the stupidest BS I ever heard. I never had to request tomato sauce on a pizza no matter what toppings were on it. They said I should have stated tomato sauce as a base, what? I told them I don't make pizzas and don't know what a MF'ing base on a pizza is. They went on blah, blah, so F'um I can buy a frozen pizza that will have tomato sauce on it. Okay first their ranch!!!! They have the best ranch for dipping, it's thick, creamy, with great flavor, not at all watered down. They are a nice size for only $0.50. This was my first time ordering from here and I used one of their online deals. We built our own pizza, although, they have plenty of options to choose from their different specialities. We ordered the chicken and Ed onion, chicken and pineapple, and jalapeños and olives. All were great. I specifically like their crust it's thick, fluffy, and buttery (but not too much where it's extra greasy). The price was similar to ordering from Pizza Hut or dominoes but I rate the quality better than the two. We def will go back on our next pizza night. read more

Worst service and customer service I've ever received. Friday night I ordered pizza for delivery, I have a 2 year old daughter at home and her mother was working so I didn't have a car to get food so I figured ordering out was best. I made my order an hour and a half was my wait time I said no problem. 2 hours pass and I call, they apologize and say my order will be on the way, I say okay no problem just hoping to get my food they say it will be 45 minutes. Then I get a call back saying my order was canceled because I had told my delivery driver on the phone some profanity, I told Justin(the manager) and he said that his driver said a girl in the back had told him some rude words and profanity, I told justin that I was only home with my 2 year old and that there was no way I would say that or that there was a female here with me other than my child. Justin still accused me of speaking to the delivery driver in some manner even though I had never received a call from my delivery driver. The delivery drivers name is Antonioand they refused my order for no reason I just wanted food for me and my child.
