The pepperoni pizza had good flavor but it would be nice to have more than one or two pieces of pepperoni on each slice. The hot wings were really good. I ordered a salad that had very few toppings on it, especially for the price. read more

Mo has not only been the owner of Pizza Planet but our friend throughout the years we lived here since 2012. Excellent customer service, Good Prices, Very delicious pizza. My favorite part would have to be the crust, I don't usually eat my crust. But I've fallen in love with theirs since it has an extra taste with flax seeds. I usually avoid businesses with the word planet in them (planet fitness, jerky planet, planet playa). But I'm glad I gave this place a try. On our drive back from enjoying pancakes in Solvang, my wife and kids said let's get pizza because it's the one meal we can all agree on. I jumped on Yelp and Pizza Planet popped up and I said f-it! since we're killing this planet might as well visit one made out of pizza. When we arrived were greeted by their friendly staff (they look just like humans), who pointed out the special, we order it and a combo. On this planet of pizza they accepted my American Dollar, because plastic card technology was giving them problems (they pointed this out when I arrived on their planet). Well, let me tell you this pizza is good, it's got a tasty sauce, fresh toppings and a outer crust our planet would approve of. My wife and kids also approved. We will be back to Pizza Planet again to enjoy their delicious creations. read more

Best pizza in town! When we visit from Nevada we always make sure we get to Pizza Planet. Haven't been able to find a pizza in Las Vegas that even comes close to this pizza! Lol. We had our hopes up for this place to be like the pizza joint of the same name from Toy Story, with arcade and a family sit-down restaurant, but alas... That's not a criticism, though. They focus on take-out or delivery, and their pizza is excellent. Just the right balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. We got an All-Meat and an All-Veggie pizza, and both were outstanding. I suppose the highest praise I can give a pizza is that it tastes just as good after a re-heat. The big-chain name brands don't really do that, but Pizza Planet does! Really good pizza. read more

Staying in Paso Robles for a few days and happened to come across the music in the park on a Thursday. After we were finished there we wanted a pizza to take back to our Airbnb. I Walked several blocks and found this small pizza place. Ordered the combo Special a mediterranean pizza and salad. So many Sun-dried Tomatoes on it and so thick with cheese. Plenty of leftovers for breakfast! Definitely a do-over if we are ever back here. read more

Our 2 pizzas came out too burnt tasting. Hopefully a glitch. I understand they're fire grilled but could without the burnt parts.

My family and I came here on our way out of Paso Robles and it was SO good! The pizza was so fresh and tasty. They added sesame seeds to the crust which added a great flavor. We tried Rustic Pizza a few days prior and we weren't impressed. The best thing about Pizza Planet was their sincerity and their customer service. As we were leaving the owner gave us some dough and ingredients so we could make the pizza at home with our kids which we thought was so incredibly thoughtful. We will definitely be back. read more

I placed an order on Tuesday evening for 4 personal pizzas take out. One was for lunch, for the next day, not even 24 hours later. When I heated it up, the ham was green I took a bite and it tasted like trash so after I got home I decided to call not to complain but more to inform them in case they had some left over ham. the lady who answered the phone with an accent was the most rudest person I have had the pleasure speaking with. If your ok with green ham and are from the Dr. Seuss books go for it. If your ok with getting yelled at by all means place your oder here. Just doing my part to boost the aggregates for this place, not because they make a great pizza (because they do) but because the cruel twists of economics might just drive this place into the ground - and that would be tragic. Let me explain...ideally, when a restaurant opens for business, they will succeed or fail based upon their merits and little else. Economic Darwinism, for lack of a better term. Those rules, however, run the risk of being upended when considering Pizza Planet because they're located in a strip mall offering the visual appeal of a donkey's anus and because they're peddling their excellent wares during a worldwide recession seemingly caused by random nonsense like foreclosure rate of McMansions in Stockton. A good place like this deserves to survive the recession...so eat there. read more

We were visiting Paso Robles the other day and felt like having pizza for lunch. I saw this place had good reviews so I called in and ordered a pizza. I'm going to be honest and say that had I driven by before I probably wouldn't have stopped in. It's more of a to go place. They don't have bathrooms for customers and really no seating to dine in. I think I saw one table in a corner. The good news is that the pizza was delicious! The crust was crunchy and so tasty. I've never seen sesame seeds on a pizza dough before. We decided to try this place based upon yelp reviews and was not disappointed. A very small pizza place with only 5 two person tables for dine in or you can take out a pizza. A unique style of making pizza, this place adds sesame seeds to the outer ring crust that makes it a subtle yet distinctive taste. When we drove up, we were a bit surprised at the location, in a funky mini mall, next to a wash and dry facility. How does this place have 4 stars? This was probably the worst pizza I have ever had ( like worse than papa johns or the buffet pizza on a cruise ship! ) The guy working the counter was nice. The place had a hole in the wall pizza place vibe and I thought it fit to have tasty slices. Boy was I wrong. We ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and one slice of cheese. It came out to $6 bucks which is a little expensive considering the slices were not very big ( these were not New York style slices) but whatever its $6 bucks. The pepperoni's looked burnt and very unappetizing. Both slices the cheese and the pepperoni tasted like rubber. We didn't finish the slices threw them away and walked out. Save you time and your money get pizza from somewhere else in Paso. This places pizza needs help! read more

We used to order from this place as kids. OMG it was so good. Plus, it was the only pizza place that would deliver to us. We lived a mile outside of the city limits. Didn't seem to bother Pizza Planet. It was always hot which was amazing for the drive. Love this place. And like other people said, don't let the location discourage you. Yes, it's in a crappy outdoor shopping area that looks super sketch, but the pizza is good. read more

What an awesome find! We had just arrived from the bay area and were too tired to go out. Surprisingly, there aren't too many in the area that deliver, so that was our first criteria. WOW! Were we surprised when we got our pie! Not only was it exactly what we asked for, but.... The ingredients were fresh and high quality The sauce and crust was excellent And most importantly... IT WAS HOT!! I think that is the biggest challenge when it comes to delivery, and they nailed it! I will definitely be leaving a note at the house here for future vacationers! My girlfriend and I were on a road trip from Texas to California, and we decided to spend a day in Paso Robles on the way up to the Bay Area. We arrived in Paso Robles in the evening after a full day, so we opted to order a pizza for dinner instead of going out. Our goal was to place an order while we were 20 minutes away, so that we could get the pizza immediately upon our arrival. Pizza Planet had good reviews and was the only highly rated place with a functional website (get your act together, Chubby Chandler's; it's 2016) so we chose it. We ordered a Greek salad and a medium barbecue chicken pizza. They had a special for a salad and medium pizza, so our total was $16.99. Our pizza was ready as soon as we got there, and the proprietor was nice enough to give us some plates and cutlery. The Greek salad had all of the standard ingredients (olives, feta, pepperoncinis, etc.) and everything was fresh. Upon opening the pizza, I was instantly skeptical. In addition to more traditional barbecue chicken pizza ingredients (red onions, tomatoes), the pizza also included mushrooms and green onions. Even stranger, the crust of the pizza was covered in sesame seeds. I gave it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the unusual combination of ingredients worked. I was especially surprised by how much I ended up liking the sesame seed crust. The crust was my favorite part of the pizza and had the exact right amount of chewiness. We both enjoyed the pizza and salad from Pizza Planet and would definitely recommend it. read more
