We were going to give them a second try today; however, unlike every other place I've been to Branson they said we needed a second mask under our face shields. I don't recommend eating here anytime soon because you may think you have Covid with the lack of flavor of their pizza. We ordered online and selected curbside pick-up. They didn't bring out our order until 15 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time. I knew it was a bad sign when the pizza boxes weren't hot. The pizzas tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and needed to be reheated when we got back to our condo. They also forgot our dipping sauces that we paid extra for. The restaurant was clean and required masks when not at your table. We enjoyed the pizza but really enjoyed the mashed potatoes stuffing and veggies offered as well as chicken. Staff was friendly and helpful and they will make any pizza you want, just ask. A great spot to relax and enjoy the food! read more

Visited during our recent Branson vacation and had a positive experience. The pizza and salad we good as well as the fried chicken and sides. It is not a gourmet pizza place but one well suited for a family. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey for a pizza buffet. Adults were $13.xx, my 10 year old was $10.25, and the 7 year old was $7.25. One plus is that a tip isn't necessary. read more

As a person with a medical issue and cannot wear a mask the fact that they require you to provide written documentation of said medical issue is a huge HIPPA violation. They do not need to know my medical reason for not being able to wear one. Great buffet at a reasonable price for families. Use coupons found in all the brochures and travel books. Pizza is good, wide variety. The chicken is very good as well. Hand sanitizer is plentiful and masks are required whole getting your food. It felt safe to eat there. read more

This pizza place was good but failed in the area of being able to keep up. The pizza buffet was decent but the variety was lacking. They will make pizzas for you by request, but be prepared for a 10 minute wait and you better jump to it once your buzzer goes off or it will be gone. The sausage pizzas literally had 1 piece of sausage per slice. The beef, on the other hand, was loaded up. Their specialty 'bronco' pizza was in 4 pans on the line so I would say, while it was decent, they think a little too highly of it. The second buffet with chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes was good but seemed to be way out of place in a pizza joint. The breadsticks on the buffet had definitely been there too long as they were really hard. The arcade was expensive and for the prizes, it was really worst than a Chuck E Cheeses. The restrooms were very clean and the restaurant was clean too. The table waiters seemed a bit flustered- they mentioned someone called out and they were having to cover. I did not see anyone in management during the visit. They did have a balloon maker there who did a great job and kept the kids entertained. read more

I was quite disappointed with our experience. The staff were pleasant enough, but they didn't keep the tables cleaned off. The selection of pizza on the buffet was not the greatest. I tried to ask for a pizza I liked because there is a sign that says, "Ask us to make your favorite pizza"...but nobody would step up to counter to help me. The chicken was pretty good. I didn't even know they had chicken--as it was called PIZZA ranch. Maybe we just came on a bad day, but I wouldn't go back. Not for this. My family (me, my daughter and her two kids) went there to eat. My daughter is on a very strict diet because she is allergic to A LOT of foods, so she carried in a box of food that she could have and me and the kids were eating the buffet. The lady at the cash register stopped my daughter and told her she could not bring food from outside. My daughter explained the situation but the lady refused her to eat in there. I spent $45 dollars for an adult, one senior and one child buffet, (which is extremely high) but my daughter had to go out to the car to eat her food. That was totally ridiculous! Cheeseburger pizza was not like Ive had in the past and expected a few more speciality pizzas. Variety was just average. Chicken was good but dessert and coffee disappoints. 4.5 stars - seriously?!?! Go to CiCis, even they have a better pizza buffet than this. The salad bar looks like it's been sitting out all day (there is literally a film on top of the black olives) and the pizza is gross (and vegetarians - they have very little meat free). There's a side bar that has potato wedges, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans (plus fried chicken), so after tasting 3 different types of pizza I had mashed potatoes and fries for dinner at a pizza place Can I give less than one star? First visit was ok. Second visit was very disappointing. Not a good selection of pizza available and yes, we ordered a couple but it takes quite a while for it to be ready. The salad bar needed attention, no straws and there were no bowls for soup and most of the salad dressing containers were empty....both visits. A plus for availability and service! The only restaurant I know of that is currently offering free refills on soda. To stay compliant with current safety issues, they provide clean glasses behind the food bar. They are not offering salad bar or ice cream or coffee to avoid cross contamination. I am sure those items will be available as soon as a cure for COVID19 is available. This is a much-needed and welcomed approach to a new normal.
