I got the custom pizza from this spot on a Tuesday evening around 9PM. It was a short wait followed by my decision on a pizza crust, cheese, and 7 toppings. I got the rosemary pizza crust with feta and mozzarella cheese. Sadly, the toppings were more limited probably due to the timing but I still got artichoke heart, small pineapple chunks, thinly sliced mushrooms, red bell peppers, sliced tomatoes, sausage and bacon. It took a few minutes to order and roughly 10 to bake on the oven conveyor belt. I was satisfied with the cheesy quick bite. The ingredients were plentiful and freshness was okay. I personally felt they were a bit stingy on the feta cheese so I requested extra mozzarella cheese since I like my pizza cheesy. It wasn't a bad idea for an extra dollar. I came here after taking my photos at JcPenney and it was in the Gateway Mall food court. The place was very different than the pizzerias Im used to. You are able to customize your own pie which was cool. The staff was ok but didnt explain clearly how the process goes because it was kind of confusing. I was very annoyed of how little indoor seating they had. It was late November and it was freezing and people are squeezed into this small enclosed area with no enough sitting. Don't underestimate the comparison because Pizza Studio seems to serve up a quality product. The pizza is extremely flavorful and doesn't feel heavy in your stomach given the super thin pizza crust. There needs to be other menu options for smaller portions similar to a personal sized pizza. The customer service could use some work. First thing assume every customer had never been to the restaurant. Second give clear and concise instruction when working through your assembly line pizza making process. The manager is very friendly at this location. He hand delivered us our Pizza to our table. He asked constantly asked us if we like the pizza and the atmosphere. He was a good guy who seems to know how to run the business :) Highly recommend to try this spot. There is outdoor seating. Employees are really nice. Except one girl who kept ignoring me. Not only was the pizza awesomely on point but for a thin crust pizza is what close to filling too. And for a decent price a little over $8 can't really ask for much more.
