I have to say I'm very picky about my sauce but their sauce for the lasagna is really good. The pizza does not disappoint, as does the garlic knot sandwiches. My son always orders a cheesesteak hero, which is his favorite. The pasta dishes also very good, perfectly al dente. L

The chicken roll was tasty & packed with chicken -- & you can never go wrong with a beef patty with cheese. The garlic knots were a bit greasy but very flavorful.

I decided to come try after seeing so many Tiktok and Instagram videos about this pizza place. We wanted to try their famous stuffed garlic knot. I love how there is a variety of different topping pizzas to choose from. The atmosphere here is great. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The chicken parm garlic knot with vodka sauce was delicious. I loved the crispiness of the chicken cutlet with the fresh mozzarella cheese. It comes with a side of vodka sauce. The vodka sauce is delicious on its own. We tried some of their pizzas and mini pepperoni rolls, which were delicious as well. I will definitely be back again.

A great local pizza shop. The shop itself is pretty spacious and you can actually sit in and eat if you want. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Now for the pizza. I like that you can decide how well cooked you want it, though my preference will always be well done. And if you get pepperoni, they are quite generous with it, which I appreciate. Would recommend.

I saw a Tiktok about Knapp Street Pizza's chicken parm garlic knot sandwich with vodka sauce and wanted to know if it was worth the hype since I was in the area. It absolutely did! That sandwich was definitely a game-changer and I had a great experience dining in. I loved seeing the wide range of freshly baked pizza slices, calzones and other item on display as I walked in. Upon entry I was kindly greeted and was handed a menu, although I knew exactly what I wanted to order. We sat down and were served our freshly made chicken parm sandwiches after about 15-20 minutes. I loved how these are cooked to order and didn't mind the wait one bit. I loved seeing all the items being served to other customers. Everything looked so appetizing, and the portions were generous. Now onto the sandwich: the chicken was crisp, the vodka sauce was generous but not too saucy, and the garlic knot held the sandwich together perfectly. I loved having extra vodka sauce on the side to dip my sandwich in, and it tasted so good. It was a huge sandwich and I couldn't finish the whole thing despite my best efforts. My husband's sandwich with a double order of chicken was even larger, and although he was hungry, he was unable to finish his either. All in all, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Knapp Street and the sandwich was worth the hype. We even bought one to go so we could share it with family. I can't wait to go back for another sandwich when I'm in Brooklyn!

Came on a random Friday night. When we arrived the location was empty. I got a vodka slice and the garlic knot chicken vodka. The vodka slice was amazing! I was honestly full after one slice. FYI the garlic knot sandwiches are made to order and take about 20min. It was absolutely worth the wait. The bread. The chicken. The vodka sauce. The cheese. All perfection. Whoever came up with this needs a raise. I am so glad I don't live in the area because they would see me everyday. In conclusion... Knapp street pizza definitely lives up to the hype.

Delivery via Uber eats was fine and arrived within the expected time frame. We ordered baked ziti, which my mom enjoyed but I found to be a wee bit dry. Just needed more sauce. After hearing how the chicken vodka parm garlic knot sandwich was so popular and went viral on TikTok, I had to see what the fuss was about. All I can say is the hype is real and whoever thought of this is a genius. So simple yet so flavorful. Just the thought of taking a garlic knot and making it bigger to create this sandwich is impressive. The chicken cutlet was thin, fried perfectly with a decent amount of breading, not overly and not under breaded and good quality meat, meaning no fatty or grizzly pieces at all. The chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella combined with vodka sauce in a garlic knot sandwich exceeded my expectations. All the flavors danced together beautifully to create a wonderful medley of flavors for my taste buds. In fact, I still have the subtle taste of the garlic knot right now and I would definitely get this again.

How was your Saturday? Ours was great, love this place. The staff is great and it's an old school pizza place that's been updated. Chicken Vodka Parm on a Garlic Knot is the show-stopper. I'd eat it every day. The bread was so light and it all just did it for me. Pepperoni Slice with Pesto & Vodka Sauce is a flavor bomb. The crisp pepperoni edges, the fragrant pesto, and that vodka sauce come together in a way that shouldn't work - but it does! Grandma Slice done right. Thin, crisp crust with that light crunch on the bottom. Zeppole Filled with Nutella - Pure dessert heaven.

Grew up close by but never went until it got popular with the garlic knot sandwiches. Came specifically for the chicken parm with vodka sauce one and we were soooo glad we followed the advice of getting double the chicken. It was delicious and the meat was so tender and juicy, not dry or fried to a crisp like most places! This is definitely a messy one to eat so be prepared with napkins. The sausage roll was pretty tasty as well but the marinara sauce was a tad bit sweet. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I came on a very busy night but everyone was greeted and treated with the same kind courtesy. Will definitely come back to try their other slices and sandwiches!

Gave this place another try, and while the pizza is good, the overall experience could be better. You have to stand in one line to order pizza, but if you want appetizers like wings or mozzarella sticks, you have to wait in a separate line, which feels unnecessary and inefficient. On top of that, getting the cashier's attention to place an order can be a challenge. The pizza itself is solid, but the ordering process makes the visit less enjoyable.

First time trying! The sandwiches were amazing fresh and tasty. The slice is everything a NYC slice should be. Definitely will be returning

I'm ashamed to admit this but like many others, I only found out about this place through social media. They seem to be very famous for their garlic knot sandwiches so unsurprisingly, I jumped on the bandwagon and got the vodka chicken parm garlic knot sandwich. Pricey at $15 but man was it good. The quantity of chicken is not as large as seen in social media videos but it was a tasty sandwich and that vodka sauce on the side was just. It's strange though because while I enjoyed their garlic knot sandwich, I found their bare garlic knots to be rather bland and almost dry although the marinara on the side helped with that. Their rolls are good too, at least the sausage roll I had was good. And even though the garlic knot sandwiches are pricey, the prices of everything else really wasn't too bad for NYC standards. If you're gonna go there, definitely get the garlic knot sandwiches and consider the rolls and pizza. Skip the bare garlic knots and thank me later.

Not sure what the menu currently says, but the menu from just 3 months ago said it's 18% for a party under 6. Maybe they've changed it. Not sure. This is the first restaurant we've been to with 20% auto gratuity for a party under 6. But the borderline dishonest part is that the check that you sign tells you in tiny letters that tip was already added, but has huge font for additional tip and written out tip calculations, so it is very easy to tip 40% without noticing. Sometimes I do tip extra generously, but I don't want to feel like I was tricked into doing it! Looking thru reviews here, I see other people also experienced this, including people in small parties who were locked into the 20% when it should have definitely been 18%. :/ So close to a good experience, but ruined by tricksy billing.
