Loved the beet salad! Beets and goat cheese, what more could you want?! Pizza and service were great as well. We will return soon.

Delicious Pizza! One of the best pizzas I ever had Huge selection and great pricing too. Friendly staff and lots of space for dine in. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. Only cost 150+ tax. I would definitely visit again.

Dined in on a Thursday at lunch with a colleague of mine. We were able to get a seat pretty quickly even though it was pretty busy. I got a margherita pizza and it was delicious! The crust had that perfectly spotted browning and had a satisfying chew to it. The pizza was also on a floppier side, which I love. It tasted great, especially with some chili oil that they have on the table. The service was pretty mediocre, unfortunately. It took a while for our server to get to us and he seemed a bit checked out. Getting the bill at the end of the meal was also a bit of a struggle. I don't necessarily blame him but it definitely was not ideal for a work lunch. Overall, the pizza was fantastic but a bit slow for a work lunch. We didn't necessarily rush our lunch but it took about an hour. I think I'd only come again when I have more time to spare.

Good place to get neapolitan pizza at a convenient location in downtown. Had the classic Margherita pizza. Their chili oil isn't spicy but adds depth to the pizza.

Great pizza in the heart of the financial District. Chewy, flavourful crust with just the right amount of toppings. Sat on the patio on a Sunday - lovely! Service was smooth. Inside is large and has plenty of seating. Was a great option for quick meal before catching the train at Union

Came on a Sunday and noon and the place was empty. We got seated quickly. The menu had quite a few pizzas with a few New York style pizzas as well. They also have some pasta dishes. Our pizzas were 12" 4 slices and came piping hot. I really enjoyed the soft dough interior and the toppings (eggplant for me and lemon ricotta for my friend). However as you get to the last slice, it may be a little soggy as the heat from the pizza is trapped between the pizza and the plate.

Amazing. We had the margarita pizza with pepperoni and focaccia. The foca was so fresh! The oil dip was delicious but the star was the pizza! It's the kind you need a knife and fork for and was one of the best pizzas we have ever had. Service was friendly and food came out fast. We will try to eat here again before we leave.

Everything about the spot was very good. Can't say it was the best I ever had but we enjoyed it! We had the lunch special with salad and pizza and the marinara pizza with burrada. The ambience is lovey. The sleek design, but right pops, and comfy tables and bar area. Our server was kind and attentive. One downside was my pear and endive salad did not have even one piece of pear which was a bummer. Everything was tasty and we enjoyed!

We came for a work lunch and ordered meatballs, Calamari, duck confit, and Hawaiian pizza. The antipasti/starters were good, the calamari was really crispy, but the Hawaiian pizza was outstanding! The Hawaiian pizza had an light spice kick, but the hot maple drizzle really was the icing on the cake. What really intrigued us was the duck confit pizza, however it was very disappointing. Had almost a chinese roast duck vibe, but the duck seems a bit dry and really seemed like an afterthought, as opposed to be a collective flavor.

This is my go to pizza spot when I'm working downtown at the office to bring clients and colleagues for a great slice! The salads are pretty amazing too. I've had the arugula and the kale and I think I prefer the kale. My favourite pizza is the house made sausage white pizza as it never disappoints. Paired with a healthy dose of chilli oil, it's perfection. I went with my colleagues yesterday and they had the funghi and the special of the day, a truffle pizza. Love how they can make it gluten free and how easily you can make reservations online! Service is generally pleasant but nothing outstanding. I go here more for the food than anything. Definitely should check it out!

Great pizza, great gnocchi, great ambiance and decent service! The chili oil was very flavorful. We had a great time here and it exceeded our expectations. Usually Za is our go to for pizza in downtown but now we added Libretto to our list. Can't wait to go back and try more pizzas and the appetizer gnocchi.

Stopped in for lunch and we both got the lunch special - caprese salad and the margherita pizzetta. Service was great, and the food was good - we both enjoyed the salad and the pizza - and you really can't beat the price. Was it anything to write home about? Not necessarily, but it was a very solid lunch option while strolling around the neighborhood.

I thought it was overhyped, but my friend and I decided to check it out and we were quite satisfied with what we got. One thing to note for Cacio e Pepe is that it was a heavier slice. I loved the cheese but I think it's one of those pizza where I can't have a lot, or I have to really be in the mood for. Tip: During busy hours/seasons, order a whole pizza ahead of time to skip the line unless you want to try different slices at once.

I mean I'm sure we've all seen those line ups that wrapped around the block on social media. Apparently BTS recently came here for the pizzas when they were on tour. Anyways, I would never wait hours in line for pizza lol. we were just around the area and luckily the line was unusually short so I immediately found nearby parking (which was quite difficult by the way, I'm pretty sure I got the last spot) and jumped in line. We got the vodka, cacio E pepe, and their capicola & pineapple slices. All three slices had such an amazing crust. It was thin and crispy with the perfect amount of char and a nice chew to it. The Vodka sauce was so rich, creamy and velvety. It was my favorite slice and I can see why it is their most popular as well. The cacio e pepe had a sharp, savory, and creamy cheese flavor. It was great as well. The one we didn't like as much was their Pineapple. I mean the crust was still great but there was like no pineapples lol. Is it the best pizza in Toronto ? Honestly I don't know but it definitely isn't worth the line up to me. It is great pizza though but I'm not sure if I would ever come back cause of long lines and I don't live around the area. But if I ever do, I would love to try their Burrata Marinara and Mushroom Bianco. I also tried their chips that they collaborated with Miss Vickie's and the chips DO NOT do their Vodka slices justice. the chips were very mediocre.

It has a very homey, old-school Italian American restaurant ambience - the opposite of the stylish, hipster or touristy restaurant vibe. Apparently this restaurants gets a lot of regulars, and I could see why. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're transported back to the 1960s with the red-and-white checkered tablecloths, red chairs, old-style wax candles, brick walls, and a large black-and-white photo of an Italian family on the wall (perhaps the founder or owner's?). I could see this place being a movie set for films that need an old, classic Italian American restaurant as a setting. In addition to the décor, I love the 1960s music being played in the background. Size-wise, the inside of the restaurant isn't that big so it feels very cozy. It can get very busy and crowded after 5 pm, as most people seem to come here for dinner. We came during lunch hour and we were the only patrons there. The southern Italian touches are very apparent in most of their dishes - with heavy reliance on olive oil, tomato-based sauces (especially in the fish and seafood dishes), fresh seafood, herbs, peppers, and vegetables such as eggplant. This is in contrast to northern Italian cuisine that is characterized by rich, creamy dishes using butter, lard, and cheeses, and puts more emphasis on rice, polenta, and meat-heavy dishes (where as seafood is more prevalent in the south). Dishes that we tried: 1) Baccala (Pan-Seared Black Cod) - This was the BEST and my favourite dish here. The black cod had a crispy exterior and flaky interior, and came with roasted mini potatoes and mixed vegetables (zucchini, red bell pepper, Brussels sprouts, eggplant) roasted with garlic -- such a well-rounded and wholesome dish. The roasted mini potatoes were so flavourful, and the vegetables had a nice char. I asked for the puttanesca sauce on the side, as the fish was already flavourful on its own without the sauce. But the sauce was better than I expected - it contained actual whole chunks of cherry tomatoes and olives. 2) Steamed Mixed Fish & Seafood in Tomato Sauce - This dish wasn't on the website menu, but it was on the printed menu in the restaurant. It reminded me of cioppino (Italian-American mixed seafood stew with tomato sauce, herbs, and spices). It came presented as wrapped inside aluminum tin foil, which the server then opened in front of us on the table with steam coming out. The fish was salmon, and seafood consisted of mussels and shrimps. This dish was just alright. For almost $50, there wasn't much seafood. 3) Pizza Funghi - I liked the very thin and crispy crust, and the sliced roasted mushrooms as toppings, but I wasn't a fan of the "truffled honey" they added on top of the pizza. I didn't taste any truffle, and the honey made it very sweet. Not a fan of sweet pizza. 4) SIDES: Rapini, Brussels Sprouts, Mushrooms - They got bonus points for being able to customize the sides. They didn't have asparagus that day, so they substituted it for steamed Brussels sprouts with garlic instead - which was heavenly. The Brussels sprouts weren't overcooked at all, and they were generous with the garlic (anything with extra garlic gets extra thumbs up from me). The rapini came out chopped with a side of lemon wedge. Mushrooms weren't on the menu as a side, but we asked and they were able to make a simple side of just mushrooms. Overall the vegetables got 9/10. The chef was very friendly as he came out and talked to us. The server was extremely attentive. Great service overall.

Lots of options for shareable apps; excellent options on pizzas and pastas; and I am always impressed with their mains (as someone that has to limit carbs, options can be limited at some Italian restos). They are also understanding of reasonable diet requests. They have gluten-free options as well. It is more of a "quiet" restaurant in terms of the clientele chatter, at least for the times I was there, so I can hear the music they play ("oldies"!!!!)
