Best deep dish in Minnesota. Curbside was ready exactly on time. The sausage is perfect.

Amazing ambiance with lush greenery and loads of natural lighting. Good food options and great…read moreservice too. We came as a large group of 9, but this place would be great as a fun lunch date spot too. Ambiance 5/5 Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Value 4/5 My typical Go To is the Margherita pizza, but not here... I recommend the Salsiccia pizza instead. Feeling a bit adventurous? I was wowed by the Beet Salad. I thought I hated beets, but a friend dared me to try it and I fell in love with the spicy fresh taste of their salad. Salsiccia - 5/5 Margherita - 2/5 Funghi - 4/5 Pepperoni - 3/5 Beet Salad - 5/5

This is a restaurant with great atmosphere in a downtown part of a community with great atmosphere…read more The entire restaurants open format makes you feel like you are at a chill, laid back party where everyone is welcome. I've had a lot of wood-fired pizza and I think what stands out well on these pizzas is the dough. It has a wonderful chewy texture. Great cheese blend too. We got the pepperoni, a sausage (which was a little different and more earthly than Italian sausage I am accustomed to, but still very tasty), and the Funghi which had a lemony-tang to it. The Caesar salad was delicious. Very delicate, not in-your-face; I loved that. I love baba ganoush so I hope to try that if we go back - we didn't want to fill up on too much bread before the pizza! But the dip apps are a great idea since they have an oven and bread making going on anyway. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. They have a well-planned menu of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic creations. Many of them veer toward the spritz and refreshing cocktail recipes. I'm a sucker for limoncello and bubbly so I went right for the Capri Spritz, then sampled the Malena (like a margarita). I enjoyed both but the alcohol content for these cocktails was very low, particularly the first. Many restaurants do this now and I don't know if low alcohol is a current trend people prefer or if it is really just a cost thing. Not saying I need to get sloppy at dinner out or anything, it's just you always pay a mark-up for alcohol. I would definitely return, the food is good and it's a chill and relaxing place to be.

A must-share table app. Roasted beets, blackberries, some type of nut and an avocado creme sauce. To die for.

Wow!!! I saw an online recommendation for the breakfast burrito from Waterbury so I picked it up…read morefor brunch before a walk around the lake and immediately texted probably half my contacts list that they need to go get it immediately!! This breakfast burrito is packed full of everything you could ever want including wagyu steak (instead of the traditional bacon or sausage, so it's not greasy at all), avocado, eggs, potatoes, and cheese. It even came with a side salad and salsa to dip it in! For $15-16 it was a large portion and easily was 2 meals. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready quickly at the counter but the restaurant also looked cute inside so I would be interested in stopping in for a meal sometime too! They also have a coffee bar (pistachio latte was good) and free indoor parking for restaurant customers).

The place was packed, but a kind gentlemen moved over so we could have two seats at the classy bar. With service from the empathetic Patrick and the charming Alicia, we felt at home even though we had just moved to Minneapolis. Waterbury's menu has an array of interesting choices. My spouse and I split a Caesar Salad. She ordered the Crispy Tuna Tacos which are always fantastic. I devoured the Blackened Shrimp. The dish had a piquancy that added the perfect amount of kick. I loved it. With jazz on Wednesday evenings and unique menu specials, the Waterbury will grow sick of my face. It's a great restaurant.

What a great and flavorful find outside of Minneapolis. If you are looking for Fresh, Clean…read moreburgers, this is the spot for you. I had the Le Burger with Supreme Frites and was blown away by the flavors. Clean, crisp, and well layered. Don't miss out on the lemonade flavors as they are absolutely delicious! The overall vibe is classically clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Don't miss this gem!

I wasn't overly impressed but it was enjoyable and I appreciated what appeared to be an intentionally crafted meal. I didn't try the fries or soft serve so that's next time! I appreciated the salad on the menu and had that too! SERVICE: cool concept-- order at counter, then you get seated. It was efficient but far better than just a "fast food pickup" or traditional counter service restaurant. I also have to say-- efficiency was great. The line was long but was helped quick! PARKING: always hard in Linden Hill. Street parking in neighborhood nearby is the best. Plan for a 5 min walk. AMBIANCE: far better than a typical counter service restaurant but not quite a dine in restaurant feel. Still, I'd bring friends even if I wanted a dine in restaurant because they've done a good job at this concept.

It's kind of amusing this is called LITT when it's so dark inside; yeah, I know they mean the other kind of lit! They have many choices for getting to that, local beers and other beverages on tap and I spotted some THC drinks that were not on the menu. The general darkness is perfect for the massive array of pinball machines (they take quarters!) and also sets off the Halloween decorations. The booths are also sparkly copper colored so that makes them stand out. Good quality bar food all around, most of our party got some kind of sandwich and fries, so I made sure to steal a fry which was nice and crisp. My healthier eating son thought they were a bit too salty, the others didn't notice. I got a half order of nachos which was plenty! It's probably better to share these no matter which size you get. Nice fresh toppings and just a mild sinus clearing effect. I finished them later that night, didn't quite go as far as licking the queso off the paper, but it crossed my mind.

The gang shot tasted great I'd view it more as a drink than a shot. The mystery shot was fun and good. It was pink. I have not idea what was in it but that was a shot for sure vs the tang shot. I had a new drink called something about a mansion. It had gin in it and other components that I can't recall at the moment but it was very good and I had two.
