I have been coming to Pizzology every Friday night my whole life! (13 years lol) ITS AMAZING!! Sure, there is a long wait time, but the delicious food and amazing service makes up for it!! Love the Alfredo. Warm ricotta and breadsticks are a must for appetizers. Chopped salad is amazing, all pizza is delicious. Great alcohol drinks too (coming from my parents) GIVE IT A TRY!! There is a long wait, but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT!! (also bonus the ambiance is amazing because you can watch the workers cook your pizza and put it into the oven) Love the inside of the restaurant, and the outdoor is great for sitting. WE LOVE PIZZOLOGY!

I am sooooo happy Pizzology has reopened! We did try to pop in for lunch and unfortunately, they do not open until 4! Dinner service only now. But our server mentioned they're in the works for lunch service... New menu w tbe same classics! My husband said the mussels were the very best, kids finished all their individual pizzas, and my son ate 7 pieces, he's hoping for the title! Lol Welcome back Pizzology! The whole decor has been simplified and elevated but very sleek, and was greeted by many of the staff! Can't wait to return and enjoy the best pizza in Carmel!

We are so happy Pizzology has re-opened! It has been a long wait, but so worth it for our pizza and warm ricotta dip. In the year that they have been closed, we have transitioned to gluten-free, so we did try out their gluten-free crust. Would not recommend. However, for our non-gluten free family members, Pizzology is and always will be a favorite. It is the best wood-fired pizza in town and the warm, salty ricotta dip is so unique. The new store is busy as ever, but well-deserved.

A few years later and I still give this place 5 stars! We got carry out of Margarita and a sausage and pepperoni pizza - they were delicious!! The hosts were helpful and friendly. It took a little longer than the expected time for our carry out to be ready, but it was work the wait. Both pizzas had fantastic flavor and the crusts were fluffy and fresh. All ingredients seemed super high quality. Highly recommend for local brick oven pizza!

Everything here is awesome. If you can get the gnocchi on Friday's I highly recommend them, but you need to arrive early. This Friday they were out and I opted for the mussels. I have had these before and while the mussels are excellent, the broth is even better. When I was done with the mussels I finished the broth with a spoon. Wait staff is always super helpful and friendly. They have a window into the kitchen where young and old can see them making pizzas to order. They serve Coke products and have a full bar.

It looked like she was the only server on shift for the whole time we were there, meaning she was running throughout not only her section inside, but going outside as well! Despite being so busy, she made sure to check in on us multiple times. Our garlic bread was cheesy and tasty, although we wished it was a little more garlicky! My salad was very refreshing and quite large for a small portion. My husband loved his turkey sub as well! My husband enjoyed his pizza flavor wise, but he prefers thicker crusts. However for me, the crust was PERFECT! I love a thinner, greasy crust. NY style, CA style, and similar are my favorite. These pizzas are great for that! The only problem we ran into was the toppings. The kitchen accidentally messed up on my pizza and put a different topping than what I ordered. When Grace quickly had them remade it, the second pizza had the correct topping.... But was now missing a topping that was originally on the first pizza! It honestly didn't matter at that point, because the pizza was absolutely delicious. The cheese was stretchy, greasy, and gooey. The sauce was pleasant , and again I love a thin crispy crust! The management was kind enough to take off my pizza from our bill as an apology for the topping fiasco, without any complaint from us urging it. I would definitely love to have their pizza again!

Also, ordered a large The Butcher pizza. Again, it was marvelous! Excellent taste and loaded with pepperoni and sausage. Cooked just right. Buttery crust too! Where King Dough failed was on the Circuses as Channel 7 food critic James Ward used to call it. There's Breads and Circuses. Breads is the quality of the food. Tastiness, balance, quality and quantity. Circuses is the presentation, service and restaurant ambiance. Server failed to bring utensils, napkins and condiments with the food. We had to go to the front desk to get them. No bid deal, minor complaint. The server also did not cut and serve the first slice to me and my date. Further, the slices were not cut through so we had difficulty transferring the slices off the serving platter onto our plates. Lucky we didn't end up with a slice in our laps. No spatula provided. Had to ask for pepper, grated cheese and hot pepper. We dined outside. Should have been indoors. South facing patio was full sun for most of the meal. And there was an old chicken bone under our table. I wasn't expecting a Michelin experience but come on! Clean up the patio. The server apologized up front for the pitcher of water having tea stains on it. Maybe buy some new pitchers and use them exclusively for water? Makes me wonder if this restaurant is circling the drain if they can't afford net water pitchers. At least King Dough does not tack on a 3% charge for paying with a credit card which has become an annoyingly common standard practice in many restaurants.

However, I will attach a picture of their menu. The pizza's were good, with fresh ingredients, and remained hot all the way home. We order one hand tossed crust and two crispy thin pizzas. The crispy thin crusts were thin.... but not cracker thin. They were very good none the less. The food is 100% Halal so the sausage is beef rather than pork. We got a sausage and mushroom pizza and enjoyed it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our bill was correct as was our order. The location has very limited dine-in seating. It appears predominately a carryout location. I believe they make deliveries as well but double check, including the delivery zone. Since it is mainly a carryout / delivery establishment, it is extremely important to me that orders are correct. I was very satisfied with the accuracy... my family can be very particular and makes a lot of menu substitutions! The menu consists mostly of pizza and wings. They have limited appetizer, salad, and sandwich wrap options. Drinks include bottled water and canned soda, among other items. We will return to this restaurant. The wings appear to get good reviews so we will probably order them next time.... along with another pizza!

The menu consists of Antipasti, pasta, salads, and pizza. They also have desserts of tiramisu, cannelloni and cheesecake. We ordered the Amanti Della Carne pizza. It consisted of mozzarella, pepperoni, homemade sausage, signature, tomato sauce, ham, and mortadella. All pizzas are 12 inch and thin crust. Our pizza was $17. We also ordered the spring salad for $7. It consisted of spring mix, tomatoes, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. The spring salad was good. The lettuce was fresh and nicely seasoned with the dressing. We really liked the homemade balsamic dressing. The pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings. As mentioned there is no variety or choice of size. The pizza only comes in a 12 inch, which was eight slices. Also, there is no choice of crust thickness. It is all a reasonably thin crust. Not a cracker thin crust, but thinner than most pizzas. We really liked it. The table next to us ordered pasta. They said it was delicious. They asked our server if the pasta was made fresh in the house. The server replied that it was. Service was very good, friendly, and prompt.
