This plate along with rice only cost $18.00 and the portions are generous. The lady taking my order was very friendly and when I added a tip she responded "thank you for the tip and bless you". The cook even had me sample a piece of the Lechon dipped in their vinegar sauce which tasted awesome, and he said he would include this sauce along with their other sauce with my plate. The food truck itself is so cute (sorry forgot to take a picture) with a homey facade. I'm usually around the area where they park their food truck once a week, and I'll definitely patron their place again!
