He explained that he brings the kids in early before the shop opens so it is more quiet and calm for them. He had open availability and was flexible with times. Great piercings for CHEAP! I have had my ears pierced 10 times but only 4 remain. My body hates piercings, but I am guessing it has to do with the fact 9/10 of those piercings were done at Claire's...hmmm. Usually, my ears fight infections for weeks after being pierced; It becomes a battle between germs and whatever cleaning solution I decide to try from the Internet this time. However, I had my lobe pierced here the other day and it has not reacted! This is so so so exciting for me. Kelly. Is. Amazing. Don't even think about going anywhere else for your piercings! He is a no bullshit, straightforward kind of guy, but in such a calming energy way. I went yesterday to go get my nose pierced and was out in less than 15 minutes, I spent more time on paperwork then anything. He walks you through the process and gets you all set up and before you know it, you're done! I've had multiple piercings and tattoos done by various people in the past and nobody does it like Kelly. He's very good about hearing what you have to say and helping you be confident in your decisions, very matter of fact about the healing process. I got a septum & a nose piercing. Definitely pricey ran me 140 in total... but the piecer was the best. I had a horrible experience at koolsville with my nipples and this guy definitely redeemed me to get back to into getting piercings. He was so generous as well! From the beginning when I contacted the shop, he gave me prices right away & asked if I was local & he would text me everything we just spoke about, which was very helpful, I inquired about getting my daughters ears pierced, she's 6 months old, in the text he gave me the price & even recommended a place to buy children's jewelry. I called later that day to confirm an appointment, what I love most is that for children's piercings they do it at a certain time from 9am to noon so the shop is quiet for the children!! He sent me a reminder text the night before to confirm! We arrived at 10:30, the shop is beautiful, very clean! Kelly was very welcoming, went over the procedure & sterilized our jewelry. He was very gentle with my daughter & took his time measuring for the holes so they would be even & let me take my time to look at it. He explained everything step by step, told us how the procedure would go, the sterilization, showed his new equipment being opened and made us feel sure that we picked the perfect person to do this milestone.
