Kellz is the sweetest , kindest (gentle ) piercer there could be. I went with my friend so we both could get piercings. We ran a little behind and I let him know as soon as I could . I was anxious arriving at the appointment but he was so understanding . He went and got us both a beverage while we did paperwork , which was the best!! I was extremely nervous about my piercings , as far as pain and worrying about how they would heal. Kellz was really patient in explaining what he was doing , if I wanted to change placement and in explaining aftercare. He promised it wasn't going to hurt as much as it did , he was right! The piercing was as painless as he could make it. He was so calm , positive! It was quick ! My friend is particular as far as her third lobe piercing , but again , Kellz was so patient and sweet with her. He made sure everything was cleaned even switching between us. Looking and double checking everything with the marker, then with us and again with himself before piercing. She is so happy and can't wait to go get her other piercings done with him. She said they are healing so quick ! The pricing was great and I ended up going home with some aftercare spray! I was recommended to get my piercing done by Kelly by one of my friends who has been going to him for all her piercings. I got my helix done and I definitely think Kelly did an amazing job! I have been told that the healing of a helix piercing can be painful and irritating, but my helix has had no pain, no redness, no anything! The actual piercing was almost painless! So yesterday I had to get my snake eyes re-pierced because the first time I had it done which is three years ago (by a different piercer) it wasn't healing right and my tongue would be SUPER swollen the next day. Anyways I went in yesterday to get it re-pierced and Kelly was such an amazing guy!!! He's so patient and took the time to make sure the piercing is leveled and that it was going to come out perfect. I didn't feel rushed or being pressured to get pierced quickly. He guided me through step by step and made sure I was okay. Also today which is the day after getting pierced, my tongue doesn't swell up like crazy, little to barely any swelling. He also gave me a lip piercing and also got that one on point too!! This place is sooooo fantastic. First of all I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and the KELLY (freaking fantastic piercer) made sure everything was set up. Unfortunately while in Vegas I had a long night so I missed my appointment. KELLY could have said forget it but he went the extra mile in checking on me to make sure I was good. When he did this I knew I had to follow through with the piercings. He was soooo gentle with my nipple piercings and it was not as painful as I thought it would be.
