I want to start off by saying they provide the worst service, the selection is for sure good IS THE ONLY THING THEY GOT GOING FOR THEM, they for sure don't seem to value us this employee right here has been nothing but problems for us, we have tried to reach out multiple times about our issue to no avail, Lowell B the Manager doesn't seem to care which is a bummer because we love this place but if they can't respect we'll take our business elsewhere where

NEVER GO HERE. EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED. We ordered online and when we got in the store to pick up the employees told us they cancelled our order. To get the same stuff we were trying to order online - they charged us $25 more for. When we showed them the receipt from ordering they refused to honor it but then proceeded to tell us we're crazy. This guy started talking to my boyfriend from behind the counter when he wasn't the employee even helping us. The lady then said we needed to leave because we got upset that their employee was yelling at us. TERRIBLE SERVICE. overcharged. Yelled at customers. Defended their employees when they spoke rude to customers. There were 10+ employees in the store when it wasn't busy. These two should be fired. Will tell everybody never to go here. They were extremely out of pocket. The product and atmosphere was 10/10 but their employees were awful awful awful

Great Service & Selection just like Vegas. Instagram-able experience. Didn't give the final star cuz they were out of the battery of the specific brand i went there for. But I still got to try another one. The prices are steep due to the freakin' taxes. Quality wise, you get what you invest in. Bring a good budget & don't use ATM inside unless you want a $4 fee. Check their menu online & Google the brands and specific products to see other peoples' reviews of them. WeedMaps is a great resource too.

Buds good and pre rooks but butender didn't know what I wanted even tho I repeated myself and continued to recommend the wrong pod to me that doesn't hit right (no air flow)

This place is the south coast plaza of THC. Their variety is extremely large and has a little bit of everything for everyone. Their prices are very affordable. They don't run new patient deals but all the prices are competitive. They also run different promotions and deals everyday. Our rep was extremely helpful and nice. We got a tour of all their products and will be back for more. read more

Last visit unfortunately due to Gilbert. The worst customer service, made false accusations, swapped out product that I paid for with a lesser quality product. Management due diligence ask why a customer is taking the time to review you so poorly. I'm sure the other dispensers will be more then glad to take my business. read more

Boy let me tell you this place is amazing their products as well I did forgot the name of the gentleman that help me yesterday, but the creams and patches with CBD he highly recommended did the job took my chronic pain away numb it ASAP, something Vicodin couldn't do those patches did it less than a minute I was at the ER Friday night they gave me pain killers which don't work. Planet 13 very nice place super friendly and helpful staff it was the first time I go to a dispensary won't be my last coming here when my pain acts up hopefully next time be able to get ones with THC on it read more

Love this place!! They've done a great job making the whole experience a really fun and friendly environment. Eric our budtender was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Prices are great and they have tons of deals, discounts etc you can sign up for. Also, the layout and design of the place was very well thought out. fbfwself to take away my first time buyer deal and gave me the special instead of my first visit because it was cheater i said ok cool so my friend that's with me for sap she can use her first time.... dissatisfied customer will not return anytime soon..... then we ended up paying i believe way to much.... i feel ripped off and disappointed...... and the guy that helped us wasn't so friendly made it very uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience and probably won't be going back when she was sad because it really is a cool looking place had a lot of are varieties but no if they're gonna rip me off, they should've gave me the special they were running it for the day for everybody, so what was my special deal I got for being the first the first time patient nothing they should've gave me both deals together. Received text offering buy 2 get 1 for 1cent. I even called them to confirm the offer since I drove over 30 miles to get there. When I arrived at Planet 13 and placed my order, they did a bait and switch. They gAve me a different produce for the 1 cent. When I told them, they got offensive and said that was the deal. I showed them the advertisement they sent me and they said sorry take it or leave it. I have never experienced the arrogance of any sales person or manager. This place is the BEST! It is huge and has a mind blowing amount of product. Try to go when you have time to look around the store. It has all these cool features. They recently opened this location. There are a bunch of happy Planet 13 employees eager to help out. I checked in up front, got a ticket with a scan code that lets you into the buy area. I was escorted by a greeter to my AWESOME BUDTENDER, DAVID E. DAVID E. was super cute with a megawatt smile and a very helpful demeanor. This young man seemed as excited as I was to be there. Now, how did he do on selection????? He inquired as to my needs. He then showed me flower products in different cases and the whole time he was intelligently discussing the products and their features and ASKING ME what would work for me. As I answered he would make suggestions. I really honed in on one strain and he said, yet WAIT, let me tell you this.....which yielded better results than my first choice. He was so much fun and totally made my experience here ROCK! I will request David E. when I go back. I am sure they have many excellent bud tenders, yet when something works for you, stick with it. My new dispensary in the OC. You will love it! Give Planet 13 a try, you will be happy you did!!!! read more

Planet 13 is truly...out of this world. A way out, far out, fantastic place that is equal parts museum, adult candy store, and luxury retail shop. Jose up front helped me understand the lay of the land. Once through the gates and into the Santa Ana Nirvana, I was assisted by two helpful, kind, professional budtenders, Jade and Vanessa. I like planet 13 so much, it's only right I leave them a review. This place got $13 Eights of Indo... (That means "Indoor" to you squares). The tenders I've had the pleasure to walk me through there wide array of Greenery, and it's byproducts have all been great at educating me on the different waxes and have always given me honest opinions on what I'm dealing with. The staff there are as personable as it gets. And despite not having the luxury of the physical touch and smell that We were deprived of sense the legalization, the staff there haven't steered me wrong yet. In the past, I've entered through there without any issues, and the security staff have always been polite and welcoming. Tonight, around 8:30 PM, a security guard shined a flashlight at me after I parked and told me to leave. It wasn't busy at all either so I'm not sure what his problem was. I explained that I've been coming here regularly for years and that no one had ever given me a problem before. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I felt singled out and treated like I was doing something wrong. Consistency and customer service matter, especially for loyal customers who visit multiple times a week. I've seen many people do this all the time and there has never been an issue. I enjoy coming here, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

The gentleman that works in the front in the morning with the glasses and beard. I think he needs to be retrained his customer service skills are not there. Very rude and every time I come in the morning it's like he's asleep and he's mad that I woke him up to do his job or something. Idk what it is. Who would have though 40 years ago, that I would be shopping in an upscale dispensary department store? My, how times have changed! Beautifully decorated, products artistically displayed, incredibly knowledgable and helpful staff and a sweet scent in the air create a pleasurable shopping experience. A staff member guides you and makes recommendations based on your needs, but they also give you plenty of space if you want to drift around to check things out. Planet 13 has proven to be one of the greatest dispensaries I have ever been to in California, from the giant lifelike waterfall to the V8 bus that you can sit in and smoke out, to the giant glass blown octopus-- it was an extraordinary experience. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and friendly, if you have any questions about cannabis they have the answers for you as well as an array of products to try-- a lot that I've never seen before. Beautiful store! So much product and such a great variety. I ran in on my way to work this afternoon, and service was quick and efficient! Unfortunately, out of the 2 disposable vapes ($50ish each mind you ) that I broke out at home, one didn't work. I had one sativa and one indica, and was bummed the battery on the indica seemed to be off and wasn't charging. It was a "CosmicFog Bubble Gum Indica" disposable. I'll give em a call to see if anything can be done to fix it if I bring it in, but I have a feeling I'm just out $50 read more

That's not just including the 33% tax for Santa Ana and the State. Seriously though, there's better places with a 1/2mile radius of here. He identified himself as Miguel, despite being a white security guard of Asian descent. I am dissatisfied with Tuan's service. He approached me and greeted me with a casual "hey, your backkk :)" which I found unprofessional. I remain unhappy with Tuan's conduct, and any future interactions with him will be perceived as hostile due to my previous experiences, which I have reported to management. My previous experience consisted of an individual named Obi who screamed at me while exiting the building. Coaching should've been implemented. Next steps should be separation. This sort of behavior would never be allowed at a dispensary or any sort of restaurant/ business. Unacceptable. I had reached out to support to receive an update. An individual named Obi couple months ago had exited the building & had raised his voice screaming at me saying "WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR ME. YOUR WIERD, STOP ASKING FOR ME" a tall black male security was present at the time. I was a regular at this location but no longer will be coming back due to my experiences. I felt threatened. I had spoken to management, unfortunately my options are limited. Stiiizy should be considered a welcoming cannabis industry. This sort of behavior is concerning and un-comforting. Never have I ever seen or experienced someone being yelled at for just being kind. I will be resuming to go to the Paularino & Bristol location! Amazing service over there and everyone understands the concept of customer service! They even address me by my own name sometimes which goes above and beyond.
