I had a lot of questions about the nerf and bubble ball party and was having difficulty finding a venue to accommodate both. Greg was very helpful and provided me with a few potential venues and even offered to follow up with some that weren't responsive. The actual day of the party ran smoothly. We recently had a birthday party for two of our sons. There were 60-70 kids and 40-50 adults. Adults were definitely outnumbered but that was okay because the kids were busy in the nerf dart tent and playing bubble soccer. PlanetXone did a great job. They were there on time and were ready to go for the kids. The equipment was clean and in good shape. They also facilitated/coordinated the participation for everyone. My son enjoyed his 7th birthday with bubble balls. My experience was perfect everything was explained,booked,and setup as told. From my first conversation with Greg to my delivery with Zack. Zack played with the kids and also kept a good eye on their safety so I was able to attend guests and setup our party. Im pregnant and couldn't get in I was a little jealous. PlanetXone brought 9 bubble balls to a park in Marin for my daughter's 10th birthday party. The kids had a blast! They are professionals and made every step easy. We made arrangements with Greg and he was extremely responsive. On the day of the party, they arrived one hour early to ensure everything would be set up when the kids arrived. The kids free-played for awhile (rolling, bumping, etc) and then they set up an arena for 'sumo wrestling'. It was a blast to play & watch! I'll definitely use PlanetXone again. 5 stars isn't enough for Greg and his family. From start to finish, every step of the way was handled efficiently and easy. We rented bubble soccer and was met at the park with everything ready to go. Greg was really friendly and his wife and son were really professional and explained the safe way of playing and tips to tip over bigger people. I cannot elaborate enough how Greg and his family made the event as fun and safe can be. He even gave my son a whistle at the end. Good people like that are becoming more rare in the world and I will not hesitate to call him for another event. Go here, you won't be disappointed. read more

First of all Greg was SO helpful and accommodating and lovely!! We booked him the night before the party on Saturday and he was so helpful and jolly despite my stress! Greg did a great intro to the safety of the game and then just let us take the bubbles from there...we made up games, rolled in and around and down the hills of the park, and had sumo battles. Strangers in the park would even come up and ask to try it out or ask if their little kids could have a go at it. Greg was so down to earth that he even stayed an extra 45 minutes for a family that wanted to book more time with him that evening after our party was finished. It was a birthday party I will never forget, and it was a great reminder that we are never too old to play like children in the park! It was a blast and worth every penny! Just had my son's Nerf gun birthday yesterday and he's just over the moon! Contact Greg a few weeks back to discuss options for a party and he was super cool to work with! We locked down a date and gave him a deposit. On the day of the event, Greg reached out and said Isiah would be our contact/referee and we were all set. Isiah was setting up the gym and inflating objects when we arrived. He got all the kids geared up and played some games with them (13 kids in total). Adults also took part in the activities as well!! Threw a surprise birthday event for my friend and it turned out great! Greg was extremely accommodating and even helped us film and take photos of our event. He arrived extremely early to setup and gave us ample amount of time to get situated in the bubbles before our hour rental began. We rented bubble balls from PlanetXone for my husband's birthday. From our first communication with Greg, the owner, we were thoroughly impressed with the company's service. He was always prompt and professional when replying to my messages. He is also very knowledgable about San Francisco parks and provided helpful advice about Golden Gate Park as a bubble ball location. On the day of the party, him and his team arrived early at GGP and he rolled the giant balls down to our picnic area. Throughout our 2 hour rental window, Greg and his team were professional and kind. He made sure we stayed safe but let us have fun. Greg also documented the entire day and shared the pictures and videos with us for free. He also has wonderful video editing skills and he put together a fabulous video/picture montage. Greg helped me plan a fantastic birthday party for my 8 yr old. He arrived early so that all the balls were ready to go when the kids arrived. He was calm, cool and collected on an unseasonably hot day, with 15 little kids running around. I was with a youth group called BASEcamp this past week. We knew we wanted to do knockerball/bubble soccer but we couldn't find any good services that could rent to us with only a few days notice that was also within our budget. Eventually I found PlanetXone. I called them and asked if we could rent the bubble balls two days from them. They told me that would be fine and we then figured how long they should come and how many balls. We told them our budget and decided on 14 balls for an hour. When they came they were very nice and accommodating. They taught us how to play and how to get in and out. If there was a different game we wanted to do such as Last Man Standing or Bowling, they were super nice and let us do what we wanted. The people that brought the balls took lots of pictures and videos and sent them to us afterwards for free. This company was very helpful, lived up to all of our crazy expectations, and created a fantastic morning for us. 10/10 would recommend read more
