There were plenty of options for each (except they ran out of the gluten-free bread for the sandwiches, probably since they are closing for good). Bonus they participate in InKind app. I would be interested in checking out their sister restaurant in Manhattan (if there isn't a very loud crowded event at the same time there too! See below.) Cons: Service was slow even though not many tables (there was a 5K event at the same time so there were only a few tables of diners).
