I wanted to get my 8 y.o. BMW looking good in order to sell it but not put in the money to fix minor damage. I thought a thorough interior and exterior detail might bring me some more money. A team of 3 arrived at my driveway and did an amazingly thorough job in just under 2 hours. After my initial call, all communication and payment was electronic via texts - and I really appreciate that convenience. (Covid-19 note) The crew was masked when they interacted with me and I was easily able to keep my distance. That was a relief since I'm extra cautious in these times. A few days later, I took the car to CarMax to get an appraisal -- just so I would know the bottom end of what my car was worth. Amazingly, I received an offer for $1000 over KBB... from CarMax! I was planning to get the ceramic done in December. However, last week my car was washed by a guy I never used before (my regular guy was not available), big mistake. He ended up using a crusty old towel that put swirls all over my car. I sent pics of the damage to Joab and he suggested a 2-stage paint correction, which would fix it. So instead of getting the ceramic done next month, I got both done this week and it took about a day and a half. Joab is very responsive and easy to work with. He even sent a video at the end of the first day to keep me posted on the progress. When I arrived, my car looked perfect. Joab really deliver beyond my expectations. I recently purchased a pre-owned Porsche and it was in much need of a detail. I came in to do a full detail with ceramic coating because I wanted my car to look as close to brand new again as possible. 01.06.2023 9:00AM I just bought a 2023 Mercedes Benz EQS 580 4Matic full electric SUV and I wanted to protect the front end from rock chips. I called around to get an estimate to wrap the whole front end with PPF. I received a lot of calls from pushy saleman. Than I got a text from Joab at Platinum plus. He explaining all my options. He doesn't sound like a pushy saleman so I setup an appointment to get my EQS wrapped. I met him at his shop 8AM Friday. He was very friendly and professional. Showed me around his shop so I left him with my EQS. He promised I can pick it up 9AM Sunday. He did a great jobs wrapping the front end and finish it on time as promised, no excuses.
