I searched around for a detailer fairly close to work and happened to find Platinum Plus with a great rating on yelp. The rating is legitimate to the work they do as well as very reasonable prices. I have a 2007 Ford F-150 which due to an engine mishap (and coinciding new long block put in), I will be keeping for a lot longer. I keep it in great shape and as clean as possible. However, after 11 years the interior had general dirt and stains that you would expect for an 11 year old vehicle. Platinum came to my work and less than an hour later I had an exterior wash and my interior looked like new - no trace of dirt, stains, or any discoloring. Joab is the man. He was able to work around my busy schedule and get my car in last minute. He did an amazing job and was honest and upfront. He also gave me some advice on a repair I didn't know had been done on the body of the car I just bought. Not what I wanted to hear but he let me know the paint job wasn't great and pointed it out to me so I can get in fixed in advance before it fades and cost me even more. I've called on Joab to detail my wife's 2011 Ford Taurus twice, and both times have been great experiences. Up until recently, we did our own detailing. We have a storage unit full of all sorts of high end car detailing products. Unfortunately, with a new baby in tow and in the midst of hunting for a new home our free time has been reduced to nil. Having worked on the Taurus soooo many times, there are key components I have come to dread working on. One being the chrome rims as there are a crap ton of nooks and crannies that make it a pain to clean to a perfect shine. Several corners around the grill are also challenging. Both times Joab's team worked on the Taurus, it came out looking perfect. I've always told my wife that there is no one else that will do as good a job detailing our cars as we do because no one else cares as much as we do about our own vehicles. My first experience with Platinum Plus Mobile Detailing was a good one. I needed my travel trailer washed in my alley and they were quick to respond, easy to make an appointment and did a quality job. However, the second experience did not meet my expectations. The crew appeared to be overly busy with appointments that day. Even though they made every effort to get an appointment booked for me as soon as possible, the work that was performed was quick and quiet frankly a little sloppy. There was still dirty areas of the trailer, which with a little time and attention would have been squeaky clean--like last time. I am considering if I will use them again. Disappointed. read more

I contacted Joab with short notice and he said he could send in his team the next morning. Joab's team came in early in the morning and finished within 5 minutes of their estimate (2.5 hours). My car had orbital marks from a previous amateur detailer and his team were able to get it out without a hitch. I got the "custom" package with engine cleaning and my car that I drive hard (daily driver, autocross cone marks, etc) looks brand spanking new. My fully restored 71 Black Bronco had been in the shop for several months and had gotten numerous swirl marks and scratches typical of it being in the shop that long and type of work done. He said he and his crew could make it look good again. His crew was on time and super courteous and professional. Once they were done they called me out and WOW. Words can not describe how GREAT it looked. All marks, swirls and scratches were gone. Even on the LED head lights that had scratches. It looked better than the first day I bought it. I had my used car cleaned by them and it was a difference of night and day. They were able to remove grease stains, coffee stains, sweet and sour sauce from Panda Express. When they say detailing they mean detail! Under the seats, behind the vent, the wheels were shined and they even cleaned the seat belts.
