    California Burger with Feta

Stopped in for a quick lunch for myself alone. Greeted with a smile and a polite hostess! After I was seated quickly a sweet waitress Ronda, she came and took my order. I got the Cali burger but added feta! Omg the fried mushrooms were definitely a hit. Meal was delish and affordable! I saw a few low reviews but my experience was wonderful!

This is a nice place to visit if you're looking for a good breakfast. I have always enjoyed their bacon egg and cheese. They are certainly the best around here, in my opinion!! My breakfast special came with a delicious mimosa as well!! Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. My partner and I are always treated well when we come here. A must try if you're in the area. Their lunch specials are great as well!

I only checked the reviews for this place after I had already ordered my food, so I'm a little hesitant to give this place 3/4 stars, but my experience at Plaza Diner was one of the best from a diner I've had from a dinner in a long time. I got to try two specials, the stuffed chicken breast (with crab) and the lamb shank. The chicken soup I got was warm and satisfying and the salad bar was mostly fresh (except the pasta salads were a little less so). They even had olives! Waitress got our orders quickly and the wait was pretty short for the dinner orders we put in. When they came out, I was pretty impressed. Huge platters of food that would obviously have lots of leftovers! I was hungry and I still only got through half the plate. The sauce on the lamb was unique and sweetly savory, the meat was really tender. The chicken was cooked well and tasted great with the cheesy crab inside. They didn't mention the cheese, but I forgot to ask (and it was awesome in it). Mashed potatoes were pretty average for a diner but with a little salt or gravy (which was very salted), I scooped those right up. I'm glad I stopped in, and I hope they smooth out their consistency problems so others can experience a great meal like I did!

Hard to screw up 3 eggs over easy, ham & Homefries but they did. Overall service was good as was the food. Typical diner but with booze:)

Wait times were horrendous for a basically deserted diner. Food was mediocre; the Brownie Sundae was damn good though! Oh and cute waitress.

I used to love the Plaza Diner but since it went under new ownership I find it totally lacking in the quality of the food they serve.

Absolutely, positively, the worst meal I have ever attempted to eat. And I am not very picky. Gross.

Used to be a prime place. Now it's rundown and gross. Ew. Dry burgers. Only thing they can cook now is Mexican food....WONDER WHY???!!!

My family spent several days at a rental home a mile or so from Gracie's and, naturally, had to…read moregive the local diner a try. Gracie's is an elevated diner experience...all the breakfast and brunch things you could want, but up a couple levels from a classic greasy spoon diner. Not dissing the greasy spoon diner experience...love that...but this is based in that historical experience, with an overall nicer experience in terms of food and atmosphere. Also, before we get into the specifics, here are 2 words which would bring me in from just about anywhere: Donut menu. Yes, they make their own donuts here, and that's enough reason to stop in, take out, or worship at the front door. We got our donuts to go after the meal...The coffee was GREAT. Too often, coffee, which should be the opening star of a diner experience, can be flavorless, browned water. Here it was good. Bold as I needed it to be, and the perfect foundation for the rest of the meal. My next go-to if they have it brunch experience is biscuits. They have them...you can get a biscuit on its own or, heck, go for a mini biscuit basket! I live for a biscuit-forward establishment. The Full Breakfast (submitting biscuit or potatoes for the meat) would have been my choice, but I decided to roll my own and ended up with a biscuit, fruit cup, and side of Hash Browns. The biscuit was good, large, and perfect with butter and honey. They make the hash browns to order - large hash brown patties - and with 2 different orders of them at the table, one was overcooked, too brown, and not impressive...but the other was perfect and delicious...bordering on potato pancake territory in presentation and flavor. Our server was fantastic...we had a large party encompassing 3 different tables in the middle of a Sunday morning (On Easter no less), which is, of course, the busiest time of the week. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and never made us feel rushed. If I found myself in the Hudson Valley again, Gracie's would be a definite destination for me.

We…read morehave been for brunch, for their fresh breads and for their many amazing baked goods, but Le Perche is rarely open for dinner so we did not know what to expect. Dinner was OUTSTANDING. We started with their signature focaccia, fresh out of the oven. Then, a seasonal Asparagus Tarte that was very much a deconstructed version: a delicious butter crust at the bottom of the plate, frisée lettuce, perfectly prepared asparagus topped with a pecorino creme vinaigrette. The perfect spring dish. Next was a Tuna crudo with ramp oil, watermelon radishes, fresh microgreens and toasted hazelnuts. Finally, their take on a Frisée aux Lardons, served with pickled figs. The lardons themselves were nicely crisped, and very satisfying. We had Negronis for cocktails, and a generous carafe of rose, served off the tap. All around one of the best meals I've had. Can't wait for the next menu that Chef Jeffrey Gimmel puts together. Apparently this is a monthly series, so keep a look out and don't miss the June dinner, guessing end of June on a Saturday night?

They did not have a long selection but whatever we tried was great. We had their French omelette which was delicious: kale pesto and poached eggs with a side of salad. The pesto was so good.
