I have been using Plumber XP for the past 3.5 years and so this review is long overdue. Throughout those years, Gabriel, Eddie, and the rest of their team have completed various major and minor jobs for my house, all with exceptional detail. These jobs include sewage pipe replacement, pipe sleeving, hydro jetting, fixing various minor leaks, installing fixtures, re-piping of inlet water lines from the meter to the house, installing a new water softener and water heater, and just recently, replacement of a sewage pipe in my house. Cost-wise for each of these jobs, I've had various other plumbers provide me estimates and EVERY SINGLE TIME, Plumber XP has beaten them all out, most times by a considerable margin and/or providing better materials compared to other plumbing companies at a reasonable cost. There was never a time where I felt I was being upsold on work. Communication-wise, Plumber XP explains the work to be done and timeframe of the work very clearly and respectfully and have no issues answering the numerous questions I have. This team has never failed to go out of their way to provide me updates throughout the day and return my calls promptly, even after normal business hours. Angela was very prompt and courteous with communications regarding invoicing and documentation as well! For the actual work and labor, Plumber XP has a very high attention to detail and always treats my house with such care as to make sure the interruptions throughout my day caused by these jobs are kept to a minimum. All the installations look very sturdy, professional, and are holding up to this day. I also have peace of mind with the considerable warranties that comes with their work. What prompted me to write this review is my recent drainage pipe replacement job. Shoutout to Gabriel, Eddie, Ray, Marco, and Jose!!! These guys are so efficient and clean that they even wear booties every single time they walk in my house! Special kudos to Gabriel who helped me through the insurance process as well; something I was very unfamiliar with. Ray, Marco, Jose, and Eddie were all so upbeat despite all the heavy digging and jackhammering throughout the week in the excruciating heat. After the job was done and the team cleaned up, they even sent a maid out the next day to help tidy up the house and wipe all the top-facing surfaces! A bit late on this review but just wanted to put the good word about Gabriel. Really professional and quick to answer. Very straightforward about the job I inquired about. Needed to replace both spigot backflow preventor for my house because the builder decided it was a good idea to solder off the pin is fixed into the spigot so making removal is next to impossible without proper tool or experience. Gabriel also noticed that an exterior pipe has some buildup and suggested to replace. All and all he did the job I asked of him. Checked to make sure everything is working. A bit expensive but Gabriel does an complete 'A to Z' job so you do get what you pay for. read more

We are a returned customer of Plumber XP. We recently suspected a leak in our pipes but did not know where. This is my second time using Plumber XP. I had a really good experience with them the first time around--knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything really well, fair pricing. I had a leaky hose bib that needed to be fixed & Plumber XP responded to my inquiry quickly with one of the most competitive prices. We ran into an issue where the water shut off valve on my property was damaged so instead of risking breaking it they advised that we contact & involve the city just to be safe. That ended up being the right call because the city confirmed that the valve was broken & ended up swapping in a new one free of charge the next day. It all started on a Saturday afternoon when I was trying to replace a Mixet shower handle trim set, temperature valve and cartridge. I'm usually the handyman in my home and the smaller things I can fix and manage but apparently the shower brand in our guest bath is from the 70's and it was pretty corroded over the years and so hard to undo. That's when I began to research on Yelp and look for a plumber to come to my rescue. Behold after sending multiple requests to various services; some who just flat out told me to replace the entire shower and renovate the bathroom, here comes Angela from Plumber XP to my rescue who responded quickly. I told her my situation and that I just needed labor done as I already had all the parts and she suggested she can give a free estimate after looking at the situation and then I could decide whether I wanted to go with them and they can get the work done on-site.
