They also reached out the day of, letting us know they could arrive a few hours earlier than projected. The 2 guys worked diligently to locate the issue, using moisture sensing devices, a wireless camera and using their phones to communicate to each other from the different locations of our house. They also made other adjustments to things they found needed to be tightened up during the process. Once located, they were done in no time, replacing the fixture that was faulty and for a very reasonable price. Very happy we used them for our issue!

Last week or so, my water pressure started to go down throughout my house and eventually stopped. I…read morecalled Crystal Clear Water and they sent out their team to diagnose the issue which was coming from the water softener filtration system. The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue..
