An adorable coffee shop at over 9,000 feet! Plume Coffee Bar sits pretty on the main drag of Silver Plume. Now there's not many places to go on this street, but boy is it a pretty place to be. Matching the surrounding mountains is the quaint and charming interior of the shop. It's incredible welcoming and homey. How local is this place? We witnessed multiple regulars walk in and order their coffees, and they received a custom mug with their name on them in return! How cute is that? In a town of 207 people, this embodies the quintessential small mountain town vibe. Cortado for me, Americano for her. Both were delightful and soothing on a dreary morning. And for less than $10? Score. The best part of the experience was their adorable little play area for children. My son played with cars, blocks, and flipped through books while we cozied up. What an awesome little coffee shop in the mountains!

10/10 would highly recommend this spot! locally owned, right off the highway it's a go to spot when making the I-70 trek. They serve beans from HUCK which are sure to hit. The staff are very friendly and the space is comfy and cozy.

Amazing service! Very authentic too. I love the people in the building, very nice! You can make bracelets or play board games in one room. The other room has stickers, adorable plushies, beanies, handcrafted stuff, and more! I enjoyed their coffee, especially their mud coffee they made for kids. They are LGBTQ+ friendly too!

One of the BEST coffee shops I've been to in my life. They got everything right. Personable, homey, welcome, kind and downright memorable. Here why: Staff: she was so kind it felt like I've known her my whole life. Great with people and knew everyone that stopped by that's from the town here. Location: it's absolutely hidden but we were craving coffee before our hike up the mountains and found it on yelp! Food: phenomenal bagels and burritos. The coffee beans are splendid and the chai was so homey. There was so many knacks and personality to this place, it's well thought out and intentional to make your visit memorable. Whenever I am in Colorado I'll come back for sure!

We stop here 80% of the time we drive to the mountains. It's a quality espresso drink no matter what, and they know how to serve a real macchiato (the Italian version). This is also a great place to buy local Colorado gifts and art.

They also have this as a print, but THIS is a puzzle! Don't get too excited, I might go back to buy this if nobody has beaten me to it!

This place is awesome! I go for a dirty chai, and always wind up leaving with either a book, a hat, or a beautifully made, hand-crafted piece (so far I've gotten a pair of earrings, some really awesome stickers, and two hats as gifts). Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! I'd give them ten stars if I could!

Talk about a true gem! I'm so happy I visited Sliver Plume today to stumble into this coffee bar! The ambiance inside was so beautifully whimsical, boho, and cozy! I loved all of the decor! I never wanted to leave. Haha! I ended up ordering an iced tea with lavender added and it was the perfect, fragrant lavender for me. It wasn't overpowering and I felt the tea didn't need sweetening. It was lovely all on its own. The staff was excellent and I enjoyed my recommendation today! I look forward to visiting again sometime soon!

They were busy when we stopped in on a Saturday morning - busier than usual because apparently the other coffee shop was closed. The staff was apologetic for the chaos but they did an awesome job holding it down! I got an iced vanilla latte, the breakfast sandwich on bagel, and a donut. The donuts are from a local baker and they were delicious! The coffee was also very good. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich but I think I didn't realize it did not automatically come with cheese. That's on me, so this is my tip to you - it's delicious and would be even better with cheese. There is a little bit of seating inside but a ton of seating outside, which was perfect because it was a nice day. You should definitely stop in if you happen to find yourself in Georgetown. I know I will!

I'm the furthest thing from a health nut you could imagine, but went with veggies wanting to give my hard working heart a tiny bit of a break! I expected sautéed, but it was basically an arugula salad under the egg. Greens, red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes... how does this work? AMAZING! DELICIOUS! Best bite I've had in months. They had some staffing issues so Mama herself (I'm guessing) was there to help out. Fantastic experience all around.

The restaurant was pretty busy on the Monday of Labor Day weekend, and the service was great. I went with the chopped brisket sandwich with fries. The brisket had great flavor and was nice and juicy. My favorite sauce was the Sweet Mild, while the Carolina Reaper sauce paired surprisingly well with the fries. The jalapeño potato salad is also another great option for a side. If you haven't already hiked Silver Dollar Lake or driven Guanella Pass, you should definitely check them out. Guanella Pass is especially beautiful this time of year with the aspens starting to change colors. Definitely a great stop after exploring the area! #cleanyourplate

Full disclosure, I want a 4.5 rating but Yelp...you know…read more My partner and I had just finished a tour at the local gold mine and were in need of food and drink. As always, I got on my phone, checked out Yelp and made the call. Based on its location next to water, attentive staff, good beer and great food, I'd say Yelp for the win. We decided to eat inside with wait staff versus ordering our food and drinks at the counter. I don't think there is a wrong choice as you can enjoy the view or solid service. This working brewery has a large selection of beers and a full bar. I went with an IPA and my dining partner had a sour (which our waitress was kind enough to let her sample first). Although it wasn't 4pm, I was allowed to order the fish and chips. It was hot, flavorful and filling for $20. I especially liked the malt vinegar aioli for my fries. My partner had a generous chicken sandwich and tots. The order was hot, tasty and satisfying. The hockey heavy themed brewery was a hit with us. Give it a try if you get to the neighborhood.

Ok, that's a long time but we decided to stay. 1hr and 30mins went by and we still didn't get out food. Even just getting a second round of beers took about 30 minutes. At 1.5hrs, I went to get in the ordering line to get a refund. I was told a 'manager' could help me and they sent a guy named Cameron. I told him how long we've been waiting and to please give me a refund so we can go somewhere where we can actually eat. I warned a couple in line bc I truly don't want anyone to go through the same. Cameron said 'if you haven't noticed, we've been packed all day.' He has apparently never been to another restaurant and was unaware there are tons of places that are slammed every day and get food out in a timely manner. I was a server for 4 yrs and the concept of giving a customer attitude and trying to defend incompetence when they've been waiting 1.5hrs is mind-boggling. I would've been apologizing profusely and embarrassed. So- go somewhere else. In addition to never getting food, you'll get attitude from the staff when you have the nerve to complain. Look at other reviews- service (wait time and attitude) is horrible.
