Def worth coming here for happy hour on the weekends! Normally an hour of Karaoke costs $38 per hour for small room, during weekend happy hours 3-8 PM cost is half per hour, only gripe is they each person must order one item off of menu. Each room comes with color changing lights, song selections were good, don't have too many recent songs but like how you can scan QR code's in Japanese, English, and Korean. We ordered fries and takoyaki and surprisingly not bad for karaoke food, fries were well seasoned and takoyakj wasn't soggy or overly salty. We finally checked out this place and went in Saturday afternoon and the staff told us they have the happy hour and told us if we each ordered a drink, they could charge us the room for 28 per hour. The room was cute and a good size (we had the medium room since the smallest one was out) for the 3 of us. The room is cute with all the lighting and the computer system for song selection is great but it's only convenient for people who are able to read Chinese. Since my husband doesn't read Chinese, it's hard for him to select and look for songs. The staff ended up setting up the old school Korean system for us for English songs and it worked fine. Their song selections and stereo are pretty decent. We ordered more than just three drinks, we ordered some snacks and 2 beers and 2 teas for 3 hours of singing and end up our bill was about 200, which was a little higher than we anticipated. read more

Did not like all them neon lights in the rooms... but a large variety of songs including mandarin, canto, Japanese, Korean and English, pretty sure it was more than I've ever seen in a KTV lol. I think this is my favorite Karaoke bar now hehe. I like how they serve soju cocktails. Usually karaoke bars up-charge their liquor to ridiculous amounts, but here the cocktail pitchers are only like $20. Wanted to come here on a Friday night so I called about reserving a room. They open pretty late, so they told me to call back later. Unfortunately, I had forgotten but the staff was kind enough to call me back and help me get a reservation. They have a small bar on site, with a variety of drinks. We got some rum and cokes and took them to the room once it was ready. The rooms are decorated in neon pink lighting, and have A BUNCH of songs. It was so much fun to sing a bunch of throwbacks, and we ended up staying for almost 1.5 hours! It was definitely a tiring hour, but very enjoyable. The rooms are decently soundproof as well. Rates are per room per hour, and affordability varies depending on the number of people in your group. I'd definitely come back here for a fun night out. Highly recommend! read more

Good luck trying to call in or email to make a reservation for a large room. Called over 24hrs in advanced, used the number they have on their website and the email they have, never received a response. Called and called various times during the times they were open and no answer. Went in two days later in person and the girl working at the front on Friday 4/19/24 around 7:30pm was very rude and let us know they unplugged the phones and had just plugged it back in that day. Their phone recording says to call in advanced for large room reservations so it's pretty frustrating not being able to get through. read more

Honestly one of the best spots in OC/LA County IMO and incredibly cheap during happy hour pricing (which is also super fair in time, going from 3-8pm even on weekends I think). This is especially true if you have a big group! Food is actually very solid for a karaoke lounge, and the drinks are fairly priced and they have a pretty good selection of alcohol and newish house cocktails. Never have had a poor experience here after 2+ years of coming intermittently with different staff members in during these times, and the song selection is modern and robust. Rooms are also clean and orderly from all my experiences, and bathrooms are just down the hall so you can get back in ASAP. The decor is modern and hip IMO, but that's subjective, and the soundproofing is perfect. Never had an issue in all the rooms my group have been in regarding sound bleed or noisiness from other rooms. Only negative I can think of is parking during weekends, which is just the busy nature of the Diamond Jamboree outlet here. First time experience was absolutely terrible. Right as we walked in, we were treated with such disrespect by the front desk lady. We decided to put our names down anyway, considering it was happy hour. We showed up 40 minutes before happy hour ended, and they quoted us at a 15 minute wait time. 30 minutes had passed, and we still had not received a call. As we approached the front desk, we were immediately told we would not be receiving our happy hour discount anymore and she told us we had to wait now until happy hour was over. As we tried to figure out why, she immediately was disrespectful and rude to our party. It feels like our party was the only one treated in such a way and it is hard to not feel it is because of the way we looked (black/brown). This place is wack! Besides the cool aesthetics that make you feel like you're in a kpop video or the club, the technology that powers the karaoke machine is hard to use and doesn't work well to begin with. Some examples include randomly skipping songs without letting you finish (such as the song shallow which I'm really sad about) and there are no scores displayed at the end of every song either (which works in other karaoke places to give that boost of confidence confirming you sang well). I'm giving more than 1 star because the service is good and the drinks and food are great, plus the place was clean and very spacious and comfortable. read more

The place is really well and professionally built, everything looks really fancy and advanced. The entire aesthetic of the place I give 10/10, with all they're lights and nice couches and cozy rooms. The reason why I'm giving this a 3/5 is because when I go to a kareoke place, what I'm mostly interested in is the actual Kareoke. I went with a few Chinese friends, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't of been able to use the machine because there is not English translation. But what I was really sad about was the limited options for songs. They definitely have popular ones, but in the end it felt very limited. Their tvs according to one of the workers are old and don't connect to the wifi , which means we couldn't use an options that would've allowed us a lot more. The renovations are a nice upgrade. The place is clean. Food is not bad. Sound systems and mics are good. I like that your party is able to reserve a room beforehand. Downside: it's extremely overpriced here. Pregame or something to avoid paying $17 for a bottle of soju. I paid $73.26 for only 4 bottles. Yup. FOUR lol. Service is average. Nothing special sets this place apart from other places except its location in Irvine. They implemented QR codes for the song book but I prefer physical books, which they still offer upon request. The song selections could be better. I was surprised to see that they were missing some hit songs. Overall, I'd stick with Garden Grove area for the price, hospitality, and service. This was a perfect venue to host a company holiday party! Our company had a wonderful time that the two hours of holiday singing, flew by! It was such a great time that I got inspired to host a birthday or just have fun with friends to karaoke. The decor is extra in all the ways you want and might expect a Korean karaoke lounge to be. However the place is starting to age and there doesn't seem to be upkeep. The Women's bathrooms smelled like uncleaned pee stains and were covered in wet TP, Blood and water. All the songs are bootleg I'm assuming and not the original sound. It also seemed like the Lyrics we're also not 100 percent accurate. The actual controls for the Karaoke system are in what I'm assuming is Korean and so difficult to use especially in a big group. The Microphones did not all work with again in a big group is less fun. The food and drinks are fast food junk and not super fresh. At the same time it is all overprice. I paid $46 for French fries chicken tenders and a glass of wine. You also must order at least one item per person when renting a room. lastly the woman that "helped" us was so rude. She was clearly having a bad day. I have worked shitty jobs so I get it but there is no need to take it out on other people. I mean this lady was upset when we asked to add another hour to our roo... unhappy to direct us to the bathroom, angry we we wanted to order more drinks. Came here for a birthday party for one of my coworkers! The whole experience was a ton of fun! Plush has a bar which serves expensive but strong drinks. When you pick songs to sing music videos play on the tv. The videos never match the song which makes the whole experience more fun. This place is great once you get to your table and actually start to sing. The controls are not in english but they teach you how to use it beforehand and it is pretty simple to navigate once you get used to it. Lots of selections and the time really goes by quick. Would recommend at least 2 hour sessions or more if you have the time. The only weak points was the service from one specific girl who looks at you like you're an idiot if you ask her something. Not sure if she just totally didn't know how to answer but I needed the guy with the glasses to come save the day twice. They might just be understaffed and have too much to handle but I only needed a spill cleaned (that never got clean but was fine because it was minor and not entire glass or anything) and another time was about the happy hour payment that we were told one thing when we entered and then they were charging us more at the end but got resolved.
