    Chicken Pad Thai

Ordered their papaya salad and chicken pad thai to go. Both dishes were well balanced - the papaya salad was fresh and had the funk needed & the pad Thai was on the sweeter side but really good. Really enjoyed the two dishes that I've ordered so far.

Went to this thai restaurant as a recommendation from my friend. The seat about 30 people . The staff was very friendly. they have a 12 dollar lunch special with many options. I stayed for lunch, Had roasted duck that was very tasty, I love how they just serve the correct amount to be full. Also had a regular lemonade, all prices on the menu are reasonable. will go back when in the area. Also place wheelchair accessible with no entrance barriers.

Came here for the early bird dinner special. This was a nice little find. The staff was attentive. The restaurant is cozy. The food was also very tasty and the dinner special was a great deal!

The $16.99 early bird deal is such a steal and I left that restaurant very full. The deal comes with an appetizer, entree, dessert, and a drink. With my girlfriend, we got the crab Rangoon and tom yum soup - the soup being to my liking which is nice because I'm usually not in the mood sourness of the soup - this one wasn't. For our entrees we got the pad Thai and green curry and both were very solid staple dishes to have - you can't go wrong with it. The green curry was actually a nice kick in spice and was smooth in texture! And to supplement our flavors, we also got some Thai iced tea and ice cream with coconut toppings which were such nice palette cleansers from all the savory dishes! This deal is too good to pass on, well worth the price!

I normally order pad see ew at Thai places and had fallen off because I had gotten tired of it. But this place has many unique items on the menu so I'm glad we branched out! We ordered: - ginger fizz mocktail: ginger ale and ginger syrup, so refreshing - another mocktail drink I'm forgetting but it was good! - tofu fries: how have I never seen this before. Restaurant-style chewy spongy tofu in squares with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Addicting! - vegetable dumplings: these were fine- healthy but missing the umami - crispy pork belly with green curry Thai fried rice: insane!!! The pork was rich and crispy and the rice actually had a prominent green curry flavor without being too soupy Logistics: - indoor seating only (I think) - limited street parking nearby

Review only for $16 early bird special! Value is definitely there! The drinks are 1/2 size of a normal size drink. Apps in this set are perfect size. The entrees are a bit smaller in portion than your normal dinner size but I totally understand given the price point. Entre size was like a lunch portion maybe a tad smaller. The ice cream was nice but didn't taste like coconut without the flakes. It was the size of a munchkin for comparison. Overall, it was a fast service and great set if you can make it M-F 5-7pm. Negatives - - The spacing between tables / actual tables are super intimate and close together. - Portions are inconsistent. Tables around us had bigger portions. The ice cream size for us looked much smaller than the ones posted last week. I would come again for this dinner set. I am not sure about everything else

Came here for the Early Bird Special that they offer between 5-7PM every Monday - Friday with my significant other. Was able to get one appetizer, an entree, a dessert, and a drink all for a whooping $16. Where can you get all of this for $16 elsewhere? For the special we got Tofu Fries and Yao Wa Raj Dumplings for the appetizers. There were only 2 to 3 pieces so you'll definitely not get full on these alone. For the entree, we ordered the Chicken Pad See Ew and Shrimp Green Curry. Good sized portions and delicious. Getting chicken is an additional $2 of the deal while shrimp or beef is an additional $3. Otherwise you can get tofu or vegetable, where there's no additional charge. For drinks, we had to get a Thai Iced Tea and Thai Iced Coffee. Can't go wrong with either. The meal ends with a Coconut Ice Cream, which is worth sticking to the end for. Also a really nice way to end the meal. Note that they do not have a liquor license, or no alcohol is served here. So we also got a few of their mocktails, which were not bad! Don't remember the names of the drink unfortunately. We also ordered the Larb Gai ($10) is a minced chicken salad originated from Northern Thailand. Wasn't really sure how to eat this, but I mixed it in with my other entrees. The Bang Bang Shrimp ($9) is absolutely delicious, which is battery lightly and the spicy mayo sauce you can't say no to.

I'd walked by Pochana a thousand times, but never ordered from here because I didn't want to cheat on my go-to spot, Enthaice. When I heard they were offering a three course dinner plus a non-alcoholic drink for $16, though, there was no way I could pass that up. I came here on a weekday around 6 to snag the special (which runs weekdays 5-7). I'm happy to report there is literally no catch to this deal, just a great deal to be had. I started off with a Thai iced tea which was delicious and strong. I had the spring rolls for my app, my date had the fried tofu. Both were hot and flavorful. We both went with the Pad Kee Mao as our main, which was just the right amount of spicy, and a pretty decent portion size. The ice cream dessert was sweet and refreshing. Service was also fast and friendly. Ambiance is pretty casual, this seems more of a to-go spot but this deal definitely brings folks in to dine, it was very busy. I'd come back and even consider ordering from here over Enthaice, which is saying something.

Pros: - food was yummy for the price - ambient, chill for a date - seated immediately, went at around 5:40PM - service was quick Cons: - nothing necessarily during this experience Comments: - went on Thursday, September 4th - they do require the whole party to be present in order to be seated - went for the $16 dinner deal, if I remember correctly it runs frim 5PM-7PM, it comes with 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 drink, and 1 dessert - definitely recommend if on a budget or happen to be in the area

Came for the 16$ early dinner deal Can't go wrong with a 4 course meal, definitely worth coming and leaving satisfied Nice cozy place, the deal is from 5-7pm, came at 5:30pm and got seated right away. The various options is nice, mostly noodles and rice dishes with meat being a 2-3$ add-on, but overall all the food was delicious. Highly recommend if in the area

That $16 dinner special cannot be beat. Excellent value for a three course meal with a drink and not skimpy portions as you would think. I am a glutton so I definitely could've eaten a lot more after but my friends were full and satisfied by the portion sizes. You have plenty of options for entree, apps and drink so everyone is sure to be satisfied. There's only one option for dessert. Proteins are an extra two or three bucks. Also service is super quick. As soon as we were done with our appetizers our mains came out and as soon as those were cleared, out came our desserts. That had me really impressed and I loved the efficiency. I would be back for this dinner special again!

I was nervous to try this place out because I have my staple Thai places that I frequently go to but my friend recommended we go as she's gone before and stated that she enjoyed it! I agreed to go and we ended up arriving during the dinner special which is Mon-Fri between the hours of 5 PM - 7 PM ($16) (extra $ for protein) - I was shocked at how great of a deal it was! I got spring rolls as my appetizer, pad see ew with chicken as my main course & it was pretty tasty! The portions were normal as well! My favorite was the homemade coconut ice cream to top off the meal! The service was quick, the place itself is on the smaller side but still a comfy setting! I will definitely be back!

Did someone say $16 for a 3 course meal and a drink!!! Sign me up! This type of deal is unheard of! This was definitely a great bang for our buck. You will definitely be full (but at the same time the menu has a lot of carb items) Please note, default, the dishes don't come with meat, but you can pay a little extra for the meat to be added. We added chicken to each dish and they definitely did not skim out on the meat. We ordered: Drinks: Thai Coffee Thai Iced Tea Appetizers: Tofu Fries Dumplings Tom Yum Entree: Pad Thai Red Curry Thai Fried Rice Dessert: Coconut Ice Cream Even though, it is generic Thai food. Overall, I am very content with my meal. For this price, I can't complain at all. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a little small and it gets quite packed, since everyone is rushing there to get the deal. So you should check it out too!

I ordered the Tiger Cry Steak, which is a grilled sirloin steak with Jim jiaw sauce, and your choice of side salad or fries. I would say the jim jiaw sauce is an acquired taste - it was bold and a bit too fishy for me, so I did not used it for the meat. Speaking of which, I asked for medium well and it was overcooked and tough, which was a bit of a letdown.

I 100% would come back closer to opening. I'm a big fan of drunken noodles so the noodles and vegetables itself were great. The curry was also fantastic with the vegetables (minus the tofu). The mackerel in the chu chee should've had more sauce but it was good. There should have been another mackerel since it wasn't very filling. The Thai tea was very nice - I enjoyed swirling toix the condensed milk and rest of the drink to create the nice flavor. The kitchen here doesn't shy away from traditional flavors--the food is unapologetically spicy and savory, avoiding the "overly sweet" profile that many Thai spots fall into. Here's the breakdown of what we tried: Tom Yum Goong: This was the star of the show. It had a sharp, clean heat and a perfect citrus punch without that syrupy finish you often find elsewhere. Crispy Pork Belly: Exactly what you want it to be. The skin was incredibly crunchy, and the meat remained tender, seasoned perfectly to highlight the savory pork flavor. Fried Fish: Deep-fried to perfection with a light, crispy exterior. The sauce paired chili and fish sauce with fresh mango. Crab Fried Rice: Generous with the crab meat and wonderfully "wok-hei" (charred) and salty. It wasn't bogged down by sweet soy sauce, allowing the delicate crab to shine. The only real sweetness of the night came from the Mango Sticky Rice, which was the perfect, cooling end to a very spicy meal. The mango was ripe and the coconut milk was rich, providing the only sugary reprieve of the evening. Service was so nice. The hostess and sever were so nice and friendly. The severer felt like a Thai uncle, he made jokes, gave us napkins, joked with my child. It felt so familial. If you want authentic, spicy Thai food that prioritizes salt, spice, and acid over sweetness, this is your spot.

The papaya salad with green papaya, string bean, tomato and roasted peanut with spicy lime juice was refreshing and light. The Pad woon sen has sauteed glass noodle, egg, onion, scallion, cabbage, celery, carrot, tomato and sesame oil. The second time I visited, I had the Pad see ew with beef. The Pad see ew has sauteed wide noodles with Chinese broccoli, black soy sauce, and egg. Both dishes were very flavorful, delicious, delectable, and appetizing. The dishes were very filling and there was a good proportion of noodles and protein. I've had the Rainfall in Loei and Fang Martini Time, both are really good drinks and not overly strong. We shared the mango sticky rice for dessert and it was good. The mango was very fresh and the sticky rice with coconut milk was sweet, but not overly. My friends ordered the Kopi De Trang, Spicy Maesai Plum, Rainfall in Loei, Thai ice tea lychee, pad see ew with chicken, pad kee mao beef (non spicy), and khao soi gai confit. I ordered a pad kee mao beef with a spice level of 2 to go. It is a great option to have a spicy and non spicy option for pad kee mao. Everyone enjoyed their food. Staff are very friendly and the food come out very quickly after ordering. There is a 5% discount if you pay with cash and a 2.95% surcharge for credit cards. Chicken Banh Mi: (3/5) chicken had a nice lemongrass flavor but overall was just okay. The traditional one was much better.
