Medium Build Your Own (3 Scoops)
    Lisa T.

I haven't had Poke House in years and was curious to see how the quality has gone. This was my first time trying the Mountain View location and it did not disappoint! First off, the portions were generous -- literally filled to the top! I ordered the medium build-your-own bowl which comes with 3 scoops of protein (I chose Scottish salmon, ahi tuna, and spicy salmon). The fish tasted great, but it felt somewhat mundane? Though I think it was meant to be that way since they do mix toppings and certain proteins at the end with your choice of sauce(s). I thought the bowl could have used some sesame oil, but that's just my preference. Loved that the scoop of crab salad is still complementary with the order. Ordering was fairly simple and I liked how they had labels for the toppings. I would also give the workers an A+ for customer service. We were gonna turn away since it was 10 minutes before closing time and they started cleaning up, but they were happy to serve us. Space was clean and tidy. Might be one of the better Poke House locations imo!

Solid poke shop in downtown mountain view. It's very small so you either need to get it to go or find a table outside! Since a few people were liner up at the kiosks and we wanted to secure a table, my friend and I decided to order via their website. Ordering was seamless and I liked that you could pick a bowl and customize it vs creating one from scratch. I got the yuzu ponzu salmon bowl and added double avocado to it. It was delicious the avocado was so creamy. I ate the entire bowl and left no crumbs. It did seem like there was a lack of organization in there, because I noticed a big shelf behind the kiosks with a qr code to order online (which is what we did) so we thought mobile orders would be put on the shelf, but saw nothing was getting put on it. Took longer than the ETA when ordering and when I went to the counter to see if its ready, the first staff said no when I gave my name, but then someone else grabbed the bag which was behind the person that said no. Not a huge deal but it did delay us a little.

Poke House... Hawaiian Poke bowl, discovered in San Diego and founded in Milan, Italy? Yes! Little known fact of the Poke House chain, amidst the Poke Bowl explosion that hit the Mainland US starting 10 - 15 years ago, from it's distinctly Hawaiian roots and name, is that the founding location, in fact the first 8 or 10 locations, were in Milan, Italy, that Euro Fashion and Business capital in northern Italy! Why? Because its Italian cofounder, Vitoria Zanetti, had a chance to study abroad, and ended up in San Diego, Ca. and loved the vibe and the Poke! Returning to Milan, she wanted to create healthy food everywhere, and her Co-Founder, financially focused Matteo Pichi, wanted to build a global business. And they started in 2018, then got some Euro VC capital and expanded. Over the years since. They acquired some companies in Portugal, Spain, and California (Sweetfin) and have over 140 locations, mostly in western Europe and California. I came to this location after going to the City Sport Gym in the same mall. It is clean, well run, and has signature pre-selected bowls, hot bowls, and BYO bowls. I opted for the Mido Salmon bowl ($21.24) which includes chunks of salmon, lean salad, masago, cucumber, edamame, sweet onion, grape tomato, bikini seaweed, furikake, seaweed salad with sesame oil, miso aioli and ungai sauce. I put this all on a base of leafy greens and julienned zucchini ( you can pick white or brown rice as a base, too). I also added almonds and ginger toppings. I got an Itoen Green Tea bottle, which pushed the total over $25, but that allowed me to get a free Onigiri (rice triangle covered with nori sheets (dried seaweed) and all they had was the tuna salad variety ($3.50 value). I wonder if Poke House in Milan offers a base of some type of Pasta? How about in the UK? Bangers and mash? What do they offer in their Romania location?

Poke House never disappointed. Great medium poke bowl even if it's late at night before closing. This location was close to where my father was staying and the nearby square here in Mountain View didn't disappoint. Great staff, wonderful portions and continuously fresh poke bowl combinations. It had a nice ambiance to sit and enjoy inside or even outside but mine was always togo. Looking forward to enjoying another one soon.

This place is bright, spacious and clean. There are a few tables outside for outdoor seating. Everything is clearly displayed behind the counter and items are well-labelled. The menu listed all the choices well. The bowl is good and ingredients are fresh. Many choices for people to choose from. Please note that it's in a busy complex (City Sports, Marshall and a few other restaurants) and parking is horrible during peak time. Delivery drivers just parked in the middle of the aisle and block all the traffic and created grid-lock. The parking direction is one-way only. You'll be stuck in the one-way aisle until their car is moved. Suggest you come during non-peak gym time and shopping time. Remove one star for the bad parking situation during peak time.

Ordered to-go and loved this place! The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the bowls were packed with toppings. Friendly service too. Definitely a great spot when you want something filling and delicious!

Good bowl! Flavors were nice and generous portion. They have few tables for in door dinin. Although, staff was not the friendliest. I had ordered online and picked up in person. I had requested half rice half salad. When I opened the food at home, I realized there was no rice. They did not mention anything at pickup. I would definitely go back but not sure about the location.

1/1/2026 Poke House 1040 Grant Rd Ste 360 Mountain View, CA 94040 I went there for a light dinner on New Years day. It's in the Grant Rd. plaza next to the Habit. Parking can be hard to find when it's busy. It has some interior tables but it's mostly a take and go place. I ordered my Tuna Lover Bowl at the counter, the server was a little difficult to understand through the barrier. It's custom made and there are a lot of selections but I basically got no rice and lots of veggies with the assorted tuna cubes and Krab salad. I paid at the other end of the counter, and they weren't prepared for cash, but I had exact change including tip. Everything was fresh and tasty. The seasoned tuna didn't have strong flavor. The tiny Wasabi packets were very potent. I was happy with my poke, a good value and will repeat.

First time at this location and I left impressed! Great service, efficient ordering process, and lots of fresh choices! I decided to build my own bowl, medium size, and picked three proteins (ahi tuna, salmon, and garlic oyster tuna). They add a scoop of crab salad at no cost! I got an array of mix ins and decided on the wasabi vinaigrette (very light flavor). I added seaweed salad as a premium topping (extra cost). This bowl was stacked! No scrimping on scoops here. I'd likely go for the small size (2 scoops) next time. The dining area is bright and clean, with generic modern ambiance. I took my order to-go this trip and all items are compostable, aside from the lid. Warning: their wasabi in the packet is brutally hot, unless I just got an outlier. Normally I slather packet wasabi on my bowls but this was way more intense.

    Half eaten pound of poke!

I love me some poke! Wifey wanted some Poke after her seminar at work. So i grabbed some from this place. Before i had to pick her up. This place had some good tasting poke. A plus for me was that they sell their poke by the pound. I grab a pound of poke for myself. Workers was very accommodating to my questions. Which was great. Place was very neat and organized. Friendly vibe and service. Would definitely go back here.

They are all passionate and it shows when they hand the orders to customers. I watched them prepare the poke bowls too. Having two self service kiosks inside this tiny shop was a bonus. It didn't take too long to grab my order. It's a breeze here if you know what you want ahead of time. At the kiosks, you should always pick everything that is included/free for your bowl. Otherwise, your order may not turn out looking generous in portions or great. The system isn't set by default to fill in the items for you, so choose wisely to create the perfect bowl for you. I had the poke salad bowl with 3 proteins. Absolutely delicious and fresh. It reminded me of times when it used to be my regular lunch stop. My bowl was satisfying and I ate all of it: mixed salad greens, light seared lobster surimi, spicy tuna, ahi tuna (I thought I ordered salmon instead), cucumber, sliced onions, sweet corn, cabbage, edamame, kale, mango, tangerine, pineapple, seaweed, cilantro, peppers, medium flavored/ponzu sauce, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, chili crisps, garlic crisps, strong wasabi (I should have skipped it), etc. Very nutritious and good. I was able to taste all the ingredients. I'll keep coming back for the super poke fixes.

I like that they had, mango, pineapple, radish, tomatoes, and chicharrones. And I LOVED that avocado, crab salad, and seaweed salad were already included in the price. I got the last of the soba noodles, so I was surprised that even though it was closing, she went into the back to get me more soba noodles even though it seemed like the amount she had given me was enough. they also allowed however many sauces you wanted to marinate the fish in. I chose unagi, the house sauce and ponzu. I also asked for spicy mayo drizzle at the end. my brother got the wasabi mayo but he said he barely tasted the wasabi when mixed in. total came out to be around $40 for two large bowls. I wasn't sure what I was expecting for the soba noodles, but I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. the sauces from the marinade seeped into the noodles gave it a nice light flavor. the fish was fresh and chicharrones were such a good contrast with the crunch (im a huge textures girl). I was able to eat half and and save the other half for lunch the next day. because I got soba noodles, I did not have to worry about heating up rice and separating the fish, so it was perfect.
