Loved it! Had a poke craving and this place was close by and had great reviews. As it were, it's the first place I'm trying over here, parking lot was full so I'm thinking that means the restaurants in that strip are doing well. I was promptly greeted and offered help. There was a group inside eating, but they seem to have a steady stream of delivery orders. I appreciate that when I said I was ready, he stopped making the delivery bowl and focused on the customers in front of him. I wanted to split rice, mixed greens and the wonton chips, which I haven't seen before as an option. He said he'd have to charge for the chips, I said fine. The toppings are pretty standard but I love that the sauces are made in house and that they don't up charge for pineapple/mango. Truffle ponzu? Yes please! I'll also say I haven't seen tempura shrimp as an option before either. My food was really fresh and delicious, the chips added a nice crunch and balanced things out. They have a rewards program. Seems to be $1/1 point. Would I come back? Absolutely, looking forward to it!

The freshness of the fish is number one, but the sauces are definitely number two! These sauces are all great.

I always love finding new poke places. I enjoy how fresh they are, and the wonderful sauces that each individual location comes up with. It's kind of fun because they have their own signature lines which make it a lot of fun to try different places. I saw this place when I was in the shopping center. Looking for something else, and told myself I have to come back and try it. And I'm so glad I did! The place itself is really neat and clean, and has a very warm welcoming vibe to it. I love the customized artwork on the walls. Really adds a touch of uniqueness. All of the ingredients are on full display, so you can see what you get. I'm telling you, going out to eat these days is an expensive proposition, but places like Poke King definitely give you your money's worth. They have great ingredients, fresh toppings, and a great line of sauces. Speaking of sauces, be careful with the mango habanero sauce, as it packs a punch. If you are into the mood for a good poke bowl coming, you definitely need to add this to your list, it is one you definitely have to try out. Bottom line? With all of the fresh ingredients on display, and the amazing amount of customized sauces, Poke King is now on my list of regular stops when I'm looking for a poke bowl

    double salmon and spicy tuna

Love this place! I usually get the double salmon and spicy tuna bowl, and they do not play with the portions. You get so much fish in your bowl, and they're really generous with the crab meat too. The salmon tastes fresh, the spicy tuna has a nice kick, and overall it's a really solid poke bowl. They mix the meat with the house sauce. It's in Henderson, right next to Chicken N Pickle, so I end up going pretty often. It is $17, so it's a little pricey, but for how much meat you get, it honestly feels worth it. This is one of those bowls that actually fills you up and doesn't leave you feeling shorted. Definitely a good option if you want a protein heavy poke bowl and don't mind paying a bit more for portion size!!

Regular bowl with salmon, tuna, and shrimp with toppings

So happy to have this near by! The poke bowls are a good portion for the price. (Starting at $16.95 for the the Regular bowl with 3 proteins). They top off your bowl to the brim, and the fish was so fresh! You can customize your bowl as much as you would like for the set price. I believe extra protein would be the extra cost. It is a great spot to stop by for a delicious and light meal.

Small portions for what I ordered.

The size of my bowl (Large) was a little short. I even ordered extra salmon and it looks like they didn't add it. Food is very good but when ordering be careful of how much they give you. For my protein I ordered 2 orders of tempura shrimp and got 2 pieces which is a little underwhelming considering. Food is good so no issues there. They also forgot my sauce which is frustrating.

I am always looking for a good poke spot that provides a significant portion and this one fit the bill in spades. Poke King offers a very easily understandable menu that gives you several scoops of fish which you can mix toppings, mix in's, and much more. They also offer rice, greens and even wonton chips to serve as the base for your bowl. As for the freshness of the fish, it was the perfect temperature against the warmer rice, and the knife cuts were super precise. All of the additional items were also really fresh, including the edamame and cucumber which topped my bowl. The service was super friendly, providing recommendations for sauce, combinations and generous portions. They also offer both a soda, fountain and canned specialty drinks to go with your bowl. The ambience is clean and well maintained so you could dine in as a duo or individual person but seating is limited.

You might end up doing some forking if you go here. Poké King is a somewhat new spot on St. Rose and Maryland that's in the same section of the plaza as Hussong's Mexican Cantina and Citrus Grill & Lounge. It's a pretty small shop, so seating is limited. Fortunately, it wasn't that busy tonight. As with other poké bowl places, you can customize your order in a Chipotle-esque way as you go down the line. (1) A base of wonton chips sounded tempting, but I stuck to white rice for this visit. (2) For a large bowl ($17.95), I got 4 scoops of protein, so I went for salmon, ahi tuna, yellowtail, and the surprisingly fresh-looking and plump scallops (the small bay scallops, not anything special). (3) I asked for all three mix-ins: scallion, red onion, and masago. (4) You can pick whichever sauces you want. I kept it relatively simple with house sauce (probably a chipotle mayo) plus wasabi yuzu. I think a lot of the other options could have worked well though. (5) You get two scoops of (surimi) crab salad (I picked non-spicy), plus a choice of several other toppings. I went with tamago, seaweed salad, pineapple, corn, shredded seaweed, crispy shallot, and crunchy garlic. You can take it to go immediately or sit down and eat it, then get a lid later. I also got a cup for water, but I neglected to consider requesting a lemon wedge as a topping, which I would've then used for the water instead. The fish was actually as good as it looked. You can taste the inherent flavors of each of them, and there was nothing offputting or mushy. The rice was cooked appropriately, although I question serving hot rice at the bottom of a bowl of cold ingredients. The various other add-ins were fresh and tasty too. I just wish that they would mix everything more thoroughly as some of their competitors do since you have to do more work to get everything in one bite, but the quality is definitely there. I'll definitely try Poké King again and try to make a few tweaks. There is a niche for this style of food when the quality is high enough, and so far they seem to have maintained that level.

Our go to, close to the house Poke spot. Like other Poke restaurants in town, you get to BYO bowl with endless customizations, toppings, and a wide variety of fresh fish. A medium bowl usually does the job. The workers are always friendly. The cafe itself is on the smaller side but still comfortable to eat in. Highly recommend their house made Mango Habanero and their Wasabi Yuzu sauces

I recently discovered this poke place off Saint Rose in Henderson . The poke was fresh and had good sauces . The service was also very good and friendly . I will def be stopping by on my way to and from California .

Regular bowl (3 scoops protein) $16

This is now my favorite poke spot! It is at a great location on St. Rose and it is convenient picking up a bowl to go! There is a seating area. Walking in, we were greeted by the workers who are friendly and helpful. The location is clean and organized. I love the customizable option. I got the regular bowl which has 3 scoops of protein for $16. The large bowl has 4 scoops of protein for $18. They fill up the bowl with anything you like. I got the salmon, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna. The fish was fresh and everything they put in it was fresh. I will definitely be coming back!

We decided to try this place out since it was near our place and were craving some poke. We got two regular bowls and it was packed with so much food! This was my order: Regular bowl with ⁃ White rice ⁃ Spicy tuna, salmon, yellow tail ⁃ Green onions, fried garlic, cucumbers, corn, edamame, crab salad (1 spicy, 1 regular), toasted seaweed, tamago, Sauces on the side: ⁃ House sauce ⁃ Creamy miso Everything was delicious! The spicy tuna was mushed up together. I wish it was cubed cut. Also the rice was a bit much. I would have liked less rice and more of everything. I have to say, 3 choices of protein is great and the variety of veggies to choose from is excellent! Other than that, I enjoyed my bowl and I will definitely be back when I'm craving poke!

The location is very clean and bright. Multiple tables to eat at. The service was 5 stars -- they explained everything since I had never been there before. Fish and veggies all tasted fresh. Good sauces! I'll be back for sure.

Poke Royalty at Its Finest! If you're looking for the best poke in the Vegas/Henderson area, Poke King on St. Rose Parkway wears the crown--hands down. As someone who's borderline obsessive when it comes to poke, I can confidently say this spot blows the competition out of the water. I ordered a regular bowl and went with a triple threat for the base: salmon, spicy salmon, and ahi tuna--all incredibly fresh, melt-in-your-mouth quality. For my mix-ins, I went all out: mangoes, green onions, crab, spicy crab, seaweed salad, cucumbers, and ginger. Every bite was a flavor explosion--sweet, savory, spicy, crunchy, and smooth in all the right places. Now, let's talk sauces. Their house sauce is rich and savory, and when you drizzle on the truffle ponzu, it takes the whole bowl to a luxurious level. It's poke with personality. The staff was super friendly and patient, the place was clean, and everything was prepared with care and precision. This is what poke should taste like--fresh, flavorful, and totally satisfying. I'll absolutely be back. Often. Long live the king.
