Loved the interior of the restaurant, staff were all incredibly nice. What first catches your attention about the restaurant is the cleanliness and how neat everything was! There's ample seating, really a feel good place to eat at. The fish was just ok compared to many poke places. The biggest issue I have is the portions. I have to say they truly were small and a lot of people in my party left hungry. Parking isn't usually an issue but it can get hectic for sure at busy times. The plaza in general is pretty new and there's a lot of new construction in the area. I wanted to love this place. The interior is beautiful and folks are awesome but truly there are many other better poke spots.

Wow! The freshness from every bite! The staff and think was the owner are amazing and very attentive from the second we step in. Ambiance and decors very subtle has a peaceful atmosphere.. most definitely recommend to others..

After an unfortunate experience recently, I feel like I should post another review to commend how fast the owner responded to feedback left here. They were very apologetic and promised to refresh staff training. They also told me they've refunded full amount for that bowl (have yet to check my account), and offered to make up for the unpleasant experience with a free bowl. That night was hectic for me and when my daughter showed me the metal piece she got from her bowl, I immediately turned to yelp. Later on, I saw the link in the receipt which I also utilized. I truly appreciate the immediate response and genuine effort to make this right.

Considering I have a sensitive stomach, I've never gotten sick eating here, the fish is really fresh and the interior is nice and clean. Everybody from the staff to the owner is really nice and the portions are generous. I seen some mixed reviews which confused me after trying it out a few times because everything has been excellent and I highly recommend these Poke Bowls!! I love the spicy house sauce that they make, sooo good but extra heat so be warned haha

Amazing food, I've had the chance to talk to the owner and she's really nice and sweet and so are the workers!! The place is really well put together and a amazing spot to stop at and grab some delicious and fresh food!

Consistently good fresh ingredients. They don't drown the fish in sauce, you really get that buttery texture and flavor. I got the OG salmon, can't go wrong with it. Just perfect portions and balance of salmon, rice, crab, seaweed, edamame, cucumber and their house sauce + furikake season, no kidding OG classic. There was a beautifully arranged Hawaiian chips in a basket that called my name... the spice kick from it elevated the meal. Don't forget the chips! We came in during a crowd but it was very quick service. From line to seating we were sitting to enjoy our food over nostalgic Hawaiian reggae before we knew it. This place was super clean and there were ample tables to dine at. The staff was warm and welcoming, answered all my questions, even if very few since the menu was pretty straight forward, which I appreciated. Just come! Don't think about it. It's a guiltLESS pleasure.

Some go to In-N-Out when they get into the area. Our first stop is Poke Bar. I was excited to revisit recently after moving out of state and hoped to talk with the owner, which I got to do. She assembled our orders, offering advice on what paired best. I had salmon and tuna on rice. My husband had octopus and scallops, which aren't options near us. The crab or seaweed salad is a nice perk. The medium bowls were ample for our healthy appetites. The restaurant is clean; the food is always very fresh. For those who prefer romaine lettuce, the mixed greens offered is a better option (per a friend who works in food safety). They honor the history of Fort Ord with wall murals. The Aloha Spirit (from the staff, food/drinks and Hawaiian music) is contagious. The owner gave us dessert after learning of my birthday dessert mishap elsewhere the day before. Can't wait to return.

The good: Clean. Friendly staff. Basic poke. The bad: not a lot of variety for the poke or the sides. Left feeling...sad. And not satiated which was a little disappointing. A little steep in terms of price for what it was. Ended up being around $13 for a small bowl. To consider: if you want basic poke, this is the place for you. I think that this would be a decent//non overwhelming environment for newbs. If you have a love for good poke with lots of accouterments this may not be worth your time or monies.

Save your money and go to a real sushi restaurant. The portions are so small you'll get 3x the fish with a roll for the same price.

After walking on the pier we were kinda worried about finding a decent spot to eat. So glad we gave it a try. Walking in there were like 3 other parties walking in so that was encouraging. It gave off Hawaiian/tiki vibes and was inviting. They have a 3 course special 4-5 pm for like $30. My husband and I picked that, I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and he had bbq ribs. The salad had a delicious dressing and had to eat every morsel. Both the main courses were really good. My grandson ordered the steak and ate every bite of the whole meal. Kai (the waiter) was very nice and gave us some advice on what to see along the route. I got an amazing picture that I blew up to hang in our room. Totally recommend giving this place a try!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality. Our server, Paula, was a class act and great at what she does. We loved the poke chips and lilikoi buns. My wife had the halibut, my daughter had the chicken nuggets and fries, and I had the ribeye. The Mai Tai and Chi Chi were outstanding. The highlight of the night was when Paula surprised our daughter with a shaved ice dessert and dry ice presentation. It was her last day of 2nd grade, and we were celebrating the start of summer before she heads into 3rd grade. The smile on her face was priceless. Earlier in the day we experienced some poor customer service elsewhere, so this was a great reminder of what true hospitality looks like. Great food, great drinks, and even better service. Thank you, Paula, for helping make a special family memory. We'll definitely be back.
