Unfortunately, the service really fell short. We ordered edamame and waited over 15 minutes, only to find out it had been sent to another table. One of the servers mentioned that if they mess up, they have to pay for the dish themselves -- which honestly felt awkward and unnecessary to share with customers. Our sushi also took over 15 minutes to come out. Throughout the meal, our server seemed disengaged and largely ignored our table. When I asked for additional chopsticks, she looked at me and walked away to assist other tables. I eventually had to get up and ask if she heard me, and she replied yes. The interaction felt cold and impersonal, like she was just going through the motions rather than providing attentive service. Overall: great food, nice atmosphere, but very disappointing service on this visit. Hoping this was just an off night because the sushi itself was excellent.
