Let me start by saying I felt horribly for those working in the establishment. The number of people who walked in not wearing masks or practicing any kind of physical distancing was astonishing. That being said, their system that charged credit cards was not working and apparently on-line orders weren't being sent to them. We ordered on line and didn't know the order wasn't transmitted until we got there. It was extremely difficult communicating over the phone due to the amount of background noise. Eventually, the owner (?) called us and straightened out order out and said it would be ready shortly. More than an hour after we arrived our food was ready. 4 poke bowls. We stayed because the owner seemed very nice and I truly felt horribly for the situation they were in. The food was pretty good and for that factor I'd give this place another try when things settle down a bit. read more

Service was pretty terrible, but not her fault... they are understaffed. Too busy making mobile orders to focus on in store customers. Rice was hot and the proteins ended up steamed and not great in the to-go bowl. The idea of this place is much better than the actual real world product they put out tonight. Didn't taste horrible but I felt like I got raked over the coals for what I got I do like poke but usually that means delicious cubes of salmon or tuna but here it's kind of ground up and a melon ball size scoop is what you get wasn't too happy about that and it was no bargain for sure hopefully those are just growing pains and they will work it out. read more

Today was my second time ordering the bowl from this new place. The fish is fresh and tender and both times my order was ready SUPER fast. It would be great if they would add a seaweed salad as an appetizer. Is it as good as poke I had in Hawaii? No, but it's still delicious. Super friendly local family business. The owner brought it us curbside. The portion was great for the price. Starts at $12 and for this price you're set even without additional toppings. The to-go was stuffed to top. The only thing that it was wasn't packed with much was the poke itself. Very minimal amount of protein there. Other than that it was really good. If they can add a more fish then I'd make it 5 stars. Will try again though! read more

Placed an online order and when we went to pick it up, the order wasn't ready yet. Silver lining is that they made it right away while we waited, so I'm glad our poke order wasn't just sitting there. Ever since Sushi Chiyo "closed", I've been craving some good sushi. First time visiting and I am impressed. It smelled so fresh and good in there. Also, very nice and clean inside. They have a bunch of options, toppings, and fish available to add to your bowl. They even have octopus and eel in additional to your typical protein options. My rice was cold and I didn't have enough sauce. The avocado wasn't ripe and the fried unions were stale. The poke bowl was smaller compared to other places I have been and it cost me $15. I personally will not be going back. read more

This place has filled a much needed void for good, healthy food in the area. The bowls are a good portion, and great deal for the price. There are lots of topping options included, and the base bowl is $12, I like to add an extra scoop of protein for just $3 extra. My only wish is that they used a better salad mix for the bowls, this would really up the quality ( just quality leafy greens, no romaine). Also, using a bigger bowl for the takeout would help keep the quality and freshness better, so it doesn't mash the food down. They use Square for the online ordering system and it is super fast and easy. The family that owns the restaurant is very kind, and it feels good to support a locally owned business. I really wish them the best for being a new business in the area, and encourage locals to try it out. read more

DELICIOUS!! I'm a Poke lover and this is something that the Hazeldell area has been missing, I'm super happy they're here and after yesterdays experience, I hope they're here for good! My husband and I got the "build your own bowl" I had the Spicy tuna, and salmon that were mixed into my choice of sauce which was spicy mayo, and then it was put over greens and had crab meat (both the spicy and regular), with lots of toppings added. The toppings I had were cucumber, jalapeños, wasabi, ginger, onions, cilantro, seaweed salad, and green onion.They have a bunch more toppings to choose from and everything was so fresh and delicious, we were both very satisfied with the portion size. The staff was friendly, it was very clean, and the prices were very reasonable! You can also order online and pick up in store. Great little spot, we're both looking forward to lots of summer lunches and dinners here! read more

I had the tuna and octopus with mixed greens/ salad - no rice option, with jalapeños, onion, ginger sesame shoyu and "the works" basically. It was very delicious and fresh tasting, although some pieces of the tuna weren't the best quality, (too fibrous and chewy to be enjoyed). Overall I was still happy with the taste but was literally still hungry after eating there, compared to other Poke I've had at other establishments, it's VERY expensive for what you get / not a great value in my opinion. I drove way out of my way to experience this Poke for the first time yesterday. I read other reviewers concerns of portion size / price but decided I needed to see it & try it for myself because portion size is subjective and I LOVE good Poke! I agree with other reviewers that it's good, but it's expensive for the small amount you get - almost to the point of being stingy! Only one size option. Other Poke places offer better value for the protein scoop size too, and for salad only (almost twice the size for less $) and offer varying sizes S, Med, Lg. I knocked off two stars for value / portion sizing and because the person helping me was obviously new, and she needed the person cutting tuna on the cutting board behind her to offer support / help answer my questions (maybe that was an owner?). The other person was visibly annoyed and basically rude to the employee trying to get help answering my questions - right in front of me. Downright unpleasant toward her and me - How awful! I felt so sorry for the girl at the counter, so I tipped her even tho I don't usually tip for counter service. Hopefully she gets to keep her tips. read more

The Poke was OK. The cubes of salmon weren't as big and chunky as other places (mostly in Seattle are) but were tasty enough. But the container was really small. I ordered rice and salad half and half and got a little rice and little greens. Even with extra fish, there wasn't lots of fish there. I had it delivered. With delivery fee and tip, it turned out to be a very expensive, but not satisfying poke bowl. read more

The food was really good and ready very quickly. We only had poke bowls so I don't know about the sushi. The only thing I would suggest is bigger bowls on to go orders it was hard to eat without food spilling over so we ended up transferring to bigger bowls at home. Normally they're such small portions that are too expensive and won't fill my husband up, but both of us have nothing negative to say and he was actually full and satisfied!
