Poke Sushitto is a small casual (order at the counter) sushi bowl, sushi burrito restaurant located in North Las Vegas. They have a list of suggested bowls or you can order your bowl "Chipotle Style." The choices I noticed were raw or cooked salmon, raw tuna or spicy tuna, sweet shrimp or shrimp tempura, scallops, chicken, and tofu. They also offer a children's menu and serve many different soft beverages like fountain soda, bubble tea, Asian fruit drinks and Asian Teas, and bottled water. For my base of my bowl I asked for 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 salad but for some reason received all salad. I also picked a bunch of vegetables and some fried crispy strips. The person working there had a thick accent and I couldn't understand a word they said to me. But the hardest part is deciding on what sauces go on your bowl. I let them add yuzu miso sauce to my bowl and I took some sort of soy based sauce and a sriracha aioli on the side to use sparingly. Somehow it came out delicious. I was also impressed by the freshness of the raw spicy tuna. It seemed fresher than what I usually get at many neighborhood sushi restaurants. I also picked baked salmon. It seemed better than supermarket salmon to me. My husband picked a 3 protein bowl with different things and different sauces and he was also surprisingly pleased with it. 4.5 stars - Pretty Darn Good and reasonably priced! read more

It's been a really long time since I've been on this side of town and had a poke bowl from here. It's still as good as I remember. The portions are a really good size for the price. You won't finish that meal feeling hungry still. I will say service has gotten A LOT worse since the last time I was here. The lady helping us with our order had her headphone in and was very obviously in the middle of a phone call. The place feels so serious in there that it was better to take our food to go. I have this place about once every week or every two weeks. It's convenient, if there's a line it's usually short, and it's close to my workplace. For the most part the the place is pretty clean. I would have liked to have seen some of the things that are taped on the wall properly framed and looking a little nicer, but that's more of a cosmetic thing . A lot of the light bulbs are burned out and need to be replaced so it's a little off putting which gives an odd atmosphere. Also, the bathrooms are very clean which I really appreciate. So let's talk about the food. I do enjoy it and they have a nice selection. It's it's pretty decent poke bowl place. They are generous with the portions and to give a lot of protein in the free section which is refreshing. They offer Asian and boba tea type canned drinks. One thing I have to give a shout out to is the signature sauce. That is delicious! And the bonus miso soup with each bowl is nice. One thing I need to comment on though is that the men who work here look like they are bored and annoyed out of their minds. They give you blank stares, never smile, and One in particular is downright grumpy. It's not that they give bad service, but they are not very approachable. The women who work here on the contrary are friendly, personable, and friendly. It is such a odd, stark contrast between the two. Disclaimer: I have only tried the bowl not the burrito option so I can't give specifics on how those taste; however, the fresh ingredients are the same so it will still be great for the taste buds! Now it's not a huge space but you can sit in and eat (if you like). The staff are always friendly and the poke bowl comes with a side of miso soup! They make amazing poke bowls and burritos. We love their choices of proteins and toppings as well as their sauces. We usually pick shrimp, salmon, ahi tuna or the white. But they also offer chicken, octopus, scallop, etc. The toppings we like are the mango chunks, corn, mango, seaweed, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, red and green onions, jalapeño, ginger, wasabi, danmuji (yellow Korean radish), edamame. However, I found a little hidden gem AKA a small BOLT on the bottom of my bowl. Luckily I noticed it before I bit into it or swallowed it. When making my food he didn't use the scoopers at all but instead just grabbed it with his gloves. Regardless this is cross contamination and can affect people with allergies.
