    Custom medium bowl

The service is prompt and well done. The owner is quite kind and accommodating. The food is always fresh, and they have vegan options as well. I ordered a custom medium bowl (salad for the base, salmon and tuna for protein, cucumber w cabbage and green onion for the side, masago w furikake and edamame as the topping, eel and miso sesame sauces) and a spam musubi for to-go, which came with pickled ginger. The ambiance typically isn't too busy, nor too loud. I imagine students are studying here from time to time.

Doesn't look like much from outside but inside is clean and bright. Service at a counter, food is prepared to order. Overall pretty solid offerings and pricing is fair.

After traveling all day, all I wanted was some poke. I usually go to a couple others in the area that were closed so I decided to give this place a try. It's located conveniently in a corner shopping center with parking right in the front. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by The 2 employees there who helped us to create a delicious Poké bowl. They had a lot of sauces and fresh ingredients. I ordered a salmon and Hawaiian tuna Poké bowl with a miso soup and a guava juice on the side. The store was cute and had exotic snacks. The place had a great vibe and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes poke. I'll definitely be back to try their spam musubi and sushi burritos. 10/10 all around

Delicious! Definitely perfect when craving sushi but you don't want to eat AYCE. Their service was excellent, I didn't catch her name but she was super friendly and kind. Place is clean, there are some tables to dine on and a section with condiments like ginger, soy sauce. I like how they have mac salad and mangos as toppings too.. yum!

Stopped here for a bite to eat on the way home from the airport. Great, fresh food and kind, fast service. The price was great for the portion.

Best poke place in Vegas! Got a large bowl with all salmon and it tasted delicious, plenty of toppings to choose from. Prices are very fair and portion size decent. They don't charge extra for avocado. Manager is very friendly and helpful, I would drive extra to get poke from this place!

This is the best Poké I have had in Vegas. Absolutely amazing. Clean environment! The staff were super friendly. Huge shoutout to owners that still care about taking care of the customer and delivering a quality product!

I was pretty much down to less than a handful of options around town for a poke craving. While the ratings and reviews seemed like a good try, unfortunately it was sub par to what we are accustomed to in California in terms of taste, ingredient options, service and price. Located in a smaller Chinatown strip mall, Pokemon is a small restaurant that offers an adequate choice for build your own or pre-selected poke bowls and poke burritos. Many ingredients that I am accustomed to getting included without an upcharge are extras here for up to $1.00 such as edamame, seaweed salad, masago, and avocado. This is surprising given it is located off the strip and in a not so inviting environment. So after the base price (small $9.95, medium $11.95, and large $12.95), it can get quite pricey for their underfilled bowls. Because we were near their 8 pm closing time, there were some ingredients unavailable, and the staff was unwilling to substitute unless for another no-extra charge ingredient. The service was underwhelming and uninviting. I'd take a pass on a return visit unless there was no other options around the next time around.

I love this place and have been coming here for quite a long time. I usually come here with my sister and the owner always remembers us and she is very kind. My favorite item is the #2 spicy poke bowl with extra spicy sauce, it's so good! The potato croquettes with Katsu sauce are also quite tasty as well. They do also keep their drink fridge stocked with a variety drinks as well from sodas, teas, coffee, and Hawaiian Sun fruit nectars. The vibes here are always pretty chill and they tend to play Japanese music which I do enjoy.

Came around closing time weekend because we were in the area. Portions were generous! I was especially excited about having the option to add both tamago and macaroni salad without an extra fee. A couple of chairs and tables along the side of you want to enjoy in stores instead. Solid spot!

Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. If you know Japanese - even if it's just a few phrases, speak with him as he will be delighted. He was absolutely tickled when we said arigato and he shared that he is originally from Kyoto. The nigiri here is really good and like the other Yelp reviews here say, the fish to rice ration is perfect. Lots of fish to little rice. We had some rolls that were pretty good and some rolls that were not good at all, and you have to finish them otherwise they charge you. The rolls had the worst rice to fish ratio and just didn't taste good. Lots of "filler" in there, don't get the rolls when you come. We got the A menu, but honestly we could have done without the specialty items. They were good, but ordering a bunch of nigiri is enough. Overall, I would come here again, but just don't get the rolls, they're not worth your stomach space and they're not good. Would have given this place a higher rating if not for the bad rolls we had. Good price for AYCE sushi and quality is good!
