The lady that helped us is really nice. Also, the portion is great for the price. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice ambience too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Large Poke Bowl

Food was fresh, although not a lot of options and the portions of the protein part are on the smaller side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining area might need a bit of TLC but it was clean and the service was good[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Fair price for what you get.

We stopped by Pokémon after trading our car in at Carvana right next door. It's been years since we last visited, but we were excited to try it out again. We ordered a large bowl to share, and while the portion size of the proteins was smaller than at other poke spots, they did offer a variety of free toppings. Everything was very fresh, and since there was no line, we were able to order right away. We also loved the drink options they have canned in the fridge! It was a delicious lunch option for a Saturday afternoon. If you're close to Chinatown, definitely recommend stopping by!

Custom medium bowl

The service is prompt and well done. The owner is quite kind and accommodating. The food is always fresh, and they have vegan options as well. I ordered a custom medium bowl (salad for the base, salmon and tuna for protein, cucumber w cabbage and green onion for the side, masago w furikake and edamame as the topping, eel and miso sesame sauces) and a spam musubi for to-go, which came with pickled ginger. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance typically isn't too busy, nor too loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I imagine students are studying here from time to time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Doesn't look like much from outside but inside is clean and bright.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service at a counter, food is prepared to order. Overall pretty solid offerings and pricing is fair.

After traveling all day, all I wanted was some poke. I usually go to a couple others in the area that were closed so I decided to give this place a try. It's located conveniently in a corner shopping center with parking right in the front. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by The 2 employees there who helped us to create a delicious Poké bowl. They had a lot of sauces and fresh ingredients. I ordered a salmon and Hawaiian tuna Poké bowl with a miso soup and a guava juice on the side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store was cute and had exotic snacks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place had a great vibe and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes poke.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely be back to try their spam musubi and sushi burritos. 10/10 all around

Make your own bowl with 2 proteins I got Salmon and Crab.

Delicious! Definitely perfect when craving sushi but you don't want to eat AYCE. Their service was excellent, I didn't catch her name but she was super friendly and kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place is clean, there are some tables to dine on and a section with condiments like ginger, soy sauce.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I like how they have mac salad and mangos as toppings too.. yum!

Stopped here for a bite to eat on the way home from the airport. Great, fresh food and kind, fast service. The price was great for the portion.

Best poke place in Vegas! Got a large bowl with all salmon and it tasted delicious, plenty of toppings to choose from. Prices are very fair and portion size decent. They don't charge extra for avocado. Manager is very friendly and helpful, I would drive extra to get poke from this place!

The service was amazing, and our server was super friendly and had great recommendations. My absolute favorite was the Lemon Salmon Roll it was seriously so good! The nigiri was fresh and delicious, the miso soup was flavorful, and the oysters were also really good. We also ordered the baked mussels, which were tasty, and the crispy rice was an easy 10/10. Our server recommended the Chanel Roll, and I'm so glad we tried it because it ended up being one of our favorites. Everything tasted fresh, the quality was excellent, and we never had to wait long for our food. If you're looking for great all-you-can-eat sushi with fast service, fresh fish, and an awesome staff, I definitely recommend Sushi Neko. We'll definitely be coming back!

We were just a party of 2 so we only waited like 10 minutes. It was super busy but we were able to get lots of orders in. There were lulls when we wouldn't see our waiter for a bit but it's understandable since they were packed. We did the all you can eat so I believe we had 90 min and we never felt rushed. The food super yummy and fresh. I loved the pork belly options and ate 3 skewers. I should have kept it to 2 but we definitely left stuffed. My husband tried the hottest rolls and they were all manageable (for someone who eats hot things). He said the hottest one was maybe a 7-8 out of 10 on his scale. We will def be returning.

Every item was ultra-fresh. Hot when hot and cold when cold. I would order something and just a minute or two it would come out. This was even with an 80% full restaurant. Even more impressive was that hot items came out very, very quickly. Matthew, my server was a cool laid-back guy who was super attentive. Everything he recommended was great! And he checked on almost everything I ordered! Something else impressive was how quickly they clean cleared and reset the tables. It was a team effort. Everyone who was in the restaurant serving or busing helped replace the items on the table. It was very cool to see. I have to mention Cassie, the first and last person I talked to. She greeted me at the door with a happy smile, asked if this was my first time and kindly recommended a lot of wonderful items when explaining the menu. On the way out she thanked me for coming. The space was simply but well decorated. They picked a great upbeat soundtrack for midday. It was a wonderful meal all around! I'll be back for sure.

You may not see your server for a long period of time and now the restaurant has decided there are no longer interested in carryout business as they will no longer take phone orders and they direct you to their website which is great. I find those convenient but then when you go to the website now you have to pay $1.50 just to use the website every time you place an order. I'm just wondering when restaurants are going to realize services predominantly what makes them a business. I can cook food for myself at home. I can even roll sushi for myself at home, but if I'm gonna keep getting nickel and dine just to have service, I'm going to quit eating out altogether, but in the case of this restaurant, I will now drastically reduce the amount of money. I spend there due to these greedy habits There is better ways to find an efficiency solution rather than charging your clients. This is a cost that could've been absorbed by the business and they chose not to. They will make more money by being able to service more people in a shorter period of time, but don't wanna part with the money it would cost for them to make that extra money and pass it on to their consumer.

Shigotonin is a delightful discovery off the Vegas strip (but may as well be on the strip…read moreconsidering the taste and quality of food here) in a small plaza. Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. If you know Japanese - even if it's just a few phrases, speak with him as he will be delighted. He was absolutely tickled when we said arigato and he shared that he is originally from Kyoto. Cannot wait to return to Shigotonin!
