Everything taste so good. Definitely satisfied with my meal and my choice for the evening. I ended up getting there late and I'm happy they held onto my food for me. The restaurant has a huge menu. I love the variety offered. I wish they had something with mango but they still have a lot of choices. I like that they're in a big parking lot, makes it convenient and easy to get in and out. I did not have service there, but the staff seemed nice, the girls were friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like that it was kind of dark and moody inside. I like that vibe next time I'm in Vegas maybe I'll come and sit down[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Located just a few minutes south of Chinatown is Sushi 21. I visited with a friend who recommended this place when a spot in Chinatown had a long wait, this place had no wait and we were immediately seated which was very pleasing. After being seated though, unfortunately the service just sort of went downhill. There seemed to be only one server working at night and they were getting slammed with to-gos. It became pretty bad to the point where we weren't spoken to or greeted for at least 10 mins and our server almost never came to check up on us. We were ready to get dessert and pay at the end for such a long time, one of the sushi chefs noticed us waiting and basically ended up taking care of us towards the end. He was great. I truly hope the tips are shared with the kitchen here because our server wasn't much help. The food itself is okay, fish is decent quality but all of the sushi and nigiri was basically falling apart. Not a single roll stayed together and we were more or less shoveling the loose sushi in our mouths with our hands. The wonton soup is weird as it's a fried wonton put in a soup to make soggy. Aside from that everything else was okay. Would I return here? I'm not so sure. Maybe if I try another place again and there's an extravagant wait.

This is a great place to visit! We took advantage of the late night all-you-can-eat sushi and were not disappointed. I love that the menu tells you what is inside the roll vs on the top. Our server was friendly and patient with us as we ordered more and more. The crab pockets are their version of crab Rangoon, which was tasty. They kindly adjusted some roll with a "no spicy mayo request" which was appreciated. I highly recommend this place!

Sushi 21 delivers fresh cuts, balanced rolls, and portions that actually satisfy. We went AYCE with a cold Asahi and a bottle of soju, and every round came out quick and well-prepared. Jin and his coworker ran the entire floor with ease, keeping the service smooth and never letting our table sit empty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is a little outdated compared to some newer spots, but it does not take away from the experience or the rating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pro tip: ask about their late night happy hour, always tip well, and make sure to order the kizami wasabi. The team here makes it the kind of spot you will want in your regular rotation.

Never would have come here if I didn't hear of this place! Holy Moly!! The size of the rolls! NO rice ALL CRAB.....No Joke! Real crab not the imitation that one usually receives Must try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cozy small place (always a good choice) in a strip mall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Check it out. Wait staff was very helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the Cloud lighting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lol.

The food was very delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautifully served and the atmosphere of the restaurant was as really cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We brought our teenage girls here after cheer competition and they loved it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's also conveniently located near Orleans so we got great food without going onto the busy strip. The service was great. The staff is very kind. You can order A La Cart or the All You Can Eat option.

I've been a loyal customer of this sushi restaurant for a long time, both dining in and through DoorDash. Unfortunately, my interaction tonight with the manager, Jin, was so unprofessional that it deserves a public warning. I called about substituting salmon for smoked salmon to a Philadelphia roll--something I literally ordered last week through DoorDash with no extra charge. I've ordered this same modification many times in person as well. This time, Jin told me it would be an extra $1. When I asked why the sudden change, he spoke to me in a condescending tone, telling me to "calm down" even though I was completely calm and simply asking a question. Being gaslit and penny-pinched over something that has never been an issue before is unacceptable. Instead of providing clarity or customer service, Jin explained that the owner is "stressed about rising food costs," as if that excuses inconsistent pricing or disrespectful communication. This is the same manager who previously made a point to tell me and my husband that we "can't share plates" when I was doing all-you-can-eat and he was ordering à la carte--another unnecessary and uncomfortable interaction that left a bad taste. We always follow and respect the dining rules. Interactions like this make customers feel unappreciated and unwelcome. If this is how the manager treats regulars, I can't imagine how he treats new customers. Over $1? Mind you I was willing to pay, but was unable to modify on the app because my order was already being made - which I tried explaining to him.

Sushi 21 Review It's been a long week, and I definitely wasn't in the mood to cook, so I ordered from Sushi 21 through DoorDash--and it did not disappoint. Everything was super fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. The rolls were well-made, and the whole meal just hit the spot. Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots now for an easy, delicious dinner at home.

Disappointing wonton soup that we didn't even eat! After ordering several items we also asked for small soup. Instead we got the whole huge bowl of hot water with soggy fried wontons in it!?! Those things was fallen apart and tasted weird. We asked our server to return the soup. He said that he is the manager named Matias and he refuses to return it! So we have to pay for the horrible soup that they eventually took back! Why did they make us pay for food we didn't eat?! Thanks a lot Matias

Cucumber salad: typical but refreshing, 7.5/10. Fresh Oyster: fresh indeed, and was clean without any brininess or grittiness 8/10.

I did a quick search for all you can eat sushi while in China town, and this is another spot that Yelpers got right. They have an extensive ayce menu of good quality food matched with speedy and considerate service. Cucumber salad: typical but refreshing, 7.5/10. Fresh Oyster: fresh indeed, and was clean without any brininess or grittiness 8/10. Golden Spoon: interesting textures and flavors, 9/10. Oyster shooters: a punch of flavor, 8.5/10. Tempura Shrimp: fried to perfection and highlights the fresh shrimp, 9/10. Spicy Garlic Edamame: not spicy but flavorful, 8/10. Salmon skin salad: salmon skin cut paper thin made for extra crispy bites with perfectly matched sweet sauce and fresh greens, 10/10! Tempura Fish: tender fish and batter were moderately crispy, 7.5/10 rating. Crispy Rice: this was full of flavor, 10/10! Salmon kama (collar bone): rich fish belly-like, made for juicy bites. It's purely succulent, 10/10 rating! Bulgogi: tender and flavorful, 8/10 rating. Chicken yakitori: seasoned and all tender, 8/10. Shrimp yakitori: seasoned, tender shrimp and veggies, 7.5/10. Amaebi: tender & slightly sweet, 9/10. Unagi: melts in your mouth, not your chopsticks, 8/10. The sauce was subtle and could use more thickness and sweetness. Sashimi: all good & fresh, 8.5/10. Scallop nigiri: different as mixed in similar to California roll mix. Was ok, I like the whole scallops more. 7.5/10 Mini cheesecake: was tiny, but amazing & sweet, 10/10! Deep fried ice cream: typical but refreshing after a savory feast, 8/10. An encore here is needed the next time I'm in Vegas.

Date here, he selected so I'm rolling. Small but nice set up. It's a bit dark though, I think too dark. I can't see well at night as it is lol We ordered AYCE which was cool and the rolls were delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the various rolls they had and different types of rolls I hadn't seen before. The service was cool. Would try it again for sure!

How long will the anniversary special run?

From 7/8 to 7/18/2019 (according to the banner hanging in front of the restaurant)

Does this restaurant have naruto/no rice rolls? My friend cannot eat rice and when I go visit her we go to a sushi restaurant that has that. I want to take her to one here in Vegas!

I think I only saw one or two from the menu - Johnny and Tuna Naruto.

I decided to stop by with my husband to check out the new H Mart on a Saturday afternoon, around noon. Surprisingly the food court wasn't terribly busy and you are still able to find plenty of tables around this time. Anyways, after browsing the restaurants, I ended up deciding upon Saku because I wanted rice and felt like having katsu. I ended up purchasing: Tonkatsu Donburi, $13.75 prior to tax- This bowl was pretty big and really a portion for 2 people. I really wished I had ordered one of the mini donburi bowls instead since my husband ended up deciding he didn't want to share my meal and ended up ordering food at another vendor in the food hall. The bowl had a nice large piece of chicken katsu, plenty of rice, egg, onions, shredded seaweed and a sweet soy sauce based sauce. I really liked it. -------------------------------- (Total= $14.90 after tax) Wait time was about 10 minutes. I just had to wait for my number to be called before heading over to get my tray. Overall, I had a great experience and would consider trying Saku again the next time I am visiting this food hall.

It's on the higher end of casual dining - it's casino pricing so if it wasn't for the comps I probably wouldn't be spending my money there since I can just go to Chinatown. One of the dishes I do enjoy that not many places have is their monkfish liver. My mom loves their brown rice bcs she says they cook their rice just right so she always takes some home to have for later. So if you are staying at the casino, don't want to go out and want some Asian cuisine then this is the place to go.

Hong Kong Chow Mein surprised me with the thinness of its crispy noodles until they expanded upon contact. Mostly fresh seafood and vegetables rounded out this pleasant dish. I was 9th in line. I've came here twice and first time the negitoro bowl with the uni and crab was sold out for that day. The negitoro bowl honestly tasted worse than it looked. It just tasted bitter and bland, no sweet fresh ocean taste like other chirashi bowls I've had. Maybe it was the egg yolk soy sauce that ruined the flavor for me. It just did not taste like high quality ingredients. I even got extra crab. It was half a crab leg for $6. The snow crab honestly tasted no better than the frozen grocery store stuff, nothing like the fresh stuff from a proper sushi place. The first time, I tried a tempura bowl. It was good, more authentic than most Japanese places in the states, but not super amazing like I need to go back to eat it again. The best food here is their onigiri. The variations and recipes can top the ones found in Japan, very authentic. They do put a little too much rice so you get full fast and can't try too many. They do not keep very well and you need to eat them same day because the rice hardens in the fridge or the fish starts stinking and goes bad! So pick your poison if you wanna buy a lot. The other stuff is not worth standing in line for if you've had authentic Japanese food in Japan or in another bigger city with top notch sushi or fresh fish. I'm from LA and the tempura at Tendon Tempura Carlos Jr in LA is better. There is better fish and rice to be found in LA too like the quality is similar to Sugar Fish and KazuNori. These are very easy to get into spots in LA you don't need to stand in line so I'm surprised to find the crazy hype here. I admit the presentation is nice and the shop's vibes feel very much like you've been transported to Japan. But the cooking quality and flavors are only slightly above average. 3 stars for the cooked food. 4 stars for onigiri. I probably will never come back again now I've tried their signature dishes and see that it's mediocre. The food is not worth the lines it has at all, especially if you're from a big city with good Japanese restaurants. Maybe come here for the Japan nostalgia and vibes or if you've never had authentic Japanese food. If you want to splurge, apparently Kabuto across strip mall parking lot nearby is VERY good. The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant.
