I've been a loyal customer of the place for years since the original owners. The girl working the front has a terrible attitude and never even thought to apologize for messing up our order. I ordered on DoorDash we got two bowls with the wrong sauce. Of course I call but nobody answers so I drive over and the customer service is trash. She looked at me like I was lying about our order. We had an annoying experience with one of the employees where I wanted to look at the menu and ingredients before ordering since it was our first time but she kept pushing and trying to get our order out as fast as she could. It really sucked. Place was empty too. My husband ordered a C.A burrito which was delicious and I made a customized burrito. First, for the base you can get white or brown rice. I used to love this place about 1-2 years ago. They served fresh quality/quantity food but returning today I could not even stomach the food. My child even refused to eat the plain rice, spoke with manager and asked for possible refund for meals that have been barely touched and was willing to pay for the drinks although the soft drink and Thai tea was flat. I was then given poor attitude and nasty faces. I very much recommend poki point with there more respectful and reasonable prices for food you won't regret spending good money on. read more

VERY good. But they don't do well at preserving food quality. The sushi and well, most of the food is room temperature sometimes. I've heard a few people get food poisoning here but I guess I have an iron stomach cause I don't mind most of the food. Now, this part is IMPORTANT. If you want the best quality from this place and your park has food trucks, Pokerito does have food truck although I don't know if they still do that. I love this place, this is by far the most generous poke place i've been to. You get two scoops for the proteins and it's huge, then the toppings are also two scoops if not it's a generous amount. I usually ask for extra sauce to go but never at this place! On top of that the few times I've been here all the staff have been super sweet I would recommend this place. read more

At first we were super hesitant to try this place out as we were unsure of what they served. It turned out so delicious!!! They let us sample the meats before we made our choice which was helpful. The service was fast and they were super friendly. Definitely liked the fact that we had so many variety of options for to choose from. We will surely return!! Looking for healthy options, I was excited to try this place, but it fell so far below expectations. The salmon was soft and mushy. My husband will eat just about anything you put in front of him, but he barely ate any of this, and complained the whole time. He said it was very fishy tasting and not at all fresh. Bad taste and texture. The chicken bowls weren't terrible, but I'm fairly certain I could have bought that chicken from the freezer section at Winco. It tasted like it was just warmed from a pack. Very mediocre. There are much better chicken bowls in town. The rice and veggies were good, but its pretty hard to screw that up. Beware the avocado. They ask you if you want some, as if it's just a yes-or-no choice. Then you find out it's an extra 1.50 at the register. Too many negatives at this place. I really like this place. I think that it is something refreshing and different for the Visalia area. As someone who grew up in a metropolitan area, finding diverse options is difficult. I like trying new things and have been hoping a poke place would pop up soon. The place is always clean and staff is friendly. That is always a big plus. Everything I've ever tried tastes fresh and those items that require cooking seemed to be cooked to order. Price seems pretty affordable and what I would expect to pay for this type of food. The raw fish options I have tried, they all have been fresh. My only critique (very small) is because of the overwhelming number of options/combinations, it would be helpful if perhaps staff could be of a little more guidance as to what items compliment one another. Or maybe create a couple of signature bowls that would help a poke beginner out. My first bowl, and while all stand alone items were great, was a little overwhelming in terms of flavor combination. The subsequent times I visited I did a little more research and had a better flavor experience. I will definitely be coming again as I become better at poke combinations. I tried the gyoza, very yummy. Thai tea is also very good, plus you can add boba! Loving that there are more places in Visalia that are starting to have Boba. read more
