I sat at a table in the dining room and not out front on the higher stool seats. I may or may not try mozen again. If I do, I will stay away from the drunken noodles and crab fried rice.

But since a three choice combo plate only cost an extra dollar than the two choice ($15.99 vs $14.99) and we were a family not mind sharing, we got the former, with each of us choosing an entree. The shrimp entree cost $1.50 extra and was worth it, with large jumbo shrimp provided in a tasty brown sauce. The orange chicken was what you would expect, with decent pieces of white meat, but a coating that gets soggy sitting around in the steam table. The chicken and broccoli had small pieces of chicken, but provided a good amount of wok-fired broccoli which I enjoyed. It comes with a choice of non-descript lo mein noodles, rice, or both. Seating is shared across the other restaurants: not a huge amount of seating, but easy to find open ones since it wasn't too busy. Very much reminds me of how dining out while shopping at a mall used to be.

We were plenty cold and hungry as we had encountered a light rain and brisk walk to get there. Zen Japanese Thai Cuisine hit the spot! It's so cute inside the historic house turned restaurant.
