Poki Run is definitely a Milpitas staple for good poke! Every time I come in, the staff is always really sweet and they prepare your bowl pretty quickly. The fish always tastes very fresh and the quality is consistently good. They also don't skip on the toppings, which I appreciate, making the price worth it in my opinion. Definitely one of my go to spots in the area for poke!

Oh man, do I wish I lived closer to this place so that I could have it a bit more often. I had just recently learned about this place and would definitely be coming back. I like how simple of a process it is to build a bowl. I found mine to be pretty filling and I only got the regular three scoops. ~~Parking: The restaurant itself is located in a strip mall. And there is plenty of parking. At least when I went on a Saturday morning around noon, there was plenty of parking. ~~Service: Good. The only interaction that you have with the employees is when they're building your bowl and checking you out. So nothing to complain about. ~~Best Part: The fact that you can get unlimited toppings. And the fact that they don't charge you extra for avocado. ~~Worst Part: Nothing. ~~Return: Definitely.

Very solid poke spot with great topping options and good quality overall - does not lean into Hawaiian flavors more like a Poke House kinda scenario fish is consistently decent quality ! Toppings are always tasty and fresh!! Avocado + crab salad are included in base price for free Currently is about $18 for regular size which is 3 toppings They also have healthy rice options like brown and black rice!

I came here with a friend on an early Tuesday evening. I got the large poke bowl, and it was delicious. I found it interesting that this place does black rice, which had a nice texture. Also, I've never seen blueberry mayo as a sauce choice, it was pretty and also deliciously brightening to the bowl. They also do an avocado scoop for free which was pretty neat. The place was very clean and basically empty, but we did come pretty early on a weekday, and that just meant no line for us. There is plenty of parking in the lot. I would come again if I were in the area and craving poke.

It's tucked in a large strip center. Clean place. Several seats inside. Simple menu for Poki. And a handful of rolls. Interesting choice of black rice. I asked for a sample. It was tasty and nice texture. Prices are fair. Bowl and roll was $29 which included my tip. Angelina was my poki barista. Pleasant and serves a good bowl. it was fresh and filling. Will stop back again when in town.

This place never disappoints! Whenever I'm in the area, I will stop by and grab myself a Roll Combo meal. Their fish tastes very fresh and they dont charge you for avocado or seaweed salad as a topping! I always see the same group of people working there when I go and they are very nice and accommodating to your requests! It's a local mom and pop poke shop so please stop by and give them a try! They will not disappoint:)

One of the freshest poke spots I've had in the area! They have a great selection of fish and toppings. Their albacore is so smooth, it melts in my mouth. They also have one complimentary scoop of imitation crab and avocado- where most places charge extra. The portions are just right! It will definitely have you satisfied at the end of the meal. Plenty of seating for groups or solo dates with yourself. The staff will always greet you and they're very welcoming as well. Would definitely recommend!

I love going to Poki Run for guaranteed fish quality, unique toppings/sauces, and friendly staff! I've been coming here for years and it's still one of my favorite poke spots in the South Bay. One of the best deals for poke imo as they do not charge for avocado, seaweed salad, or crab meat for the first scoop. Small bowl includes 3 scoops of protein and large for 5 scoops. The ingredients are always *chef kiss*. Fish is always fresh and has good texture. My favorites are the spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and ahi tuna. I specifically love their mango and blueberry mayo! I know the blueberry mayo may sound questionable but trust -- it pairs so well with the poke. The interior is always clean whenever I decide to dine-in. Plenty of seats and parking as well. I love how home-y the restaurant feels, a true mom and pop shop!

Fresh proteins, generous portions, kind and enthusiastic staff. Great price for the quality and quantity. No extra charge for avocado, whaat?! If you're in the Milpitas area, highly recommend you stop by! Clean and many tables to sit in inside!

Great little mom and pop shop that serves poki and sushi. Lots of spacing and parking is great, service is A1 and poki was extremely good. They had varieties and fishes that other spots do not have. They are extremely clean and thorough. Portion size is a bit smaller than expected but the taste in quality makes up for it.

This place is becoming one of my go tos for sure! I chose the large bowl and it came with 4 proteins. There's a lot of variety and hamachi and spicy shrimp was up there for me. There were other options like edamame, corn, etc. I loved the spicy mayo sauce drizzle they leave at the end. Service was really quick and their staff is friendly. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to try more places besides Poke House and I love that this place's poke bowls are always so fresh!! The ingredients here feel better quality than other poke places I've tried so it's definitely worth the money. I got the spicy tuna and it was amazing! I loved the texture and flavor. The sauces are so flavorful and go well with the ingredients. I had this place to go so didn't get to see inside. I would definitely come back here again!

The beef was flavorful and well-seasoned, but it wasn't as tender as other shaken beef dishes I've had. The texture was more on the chewy/crunchy side, and there also weren't a ton of pieces of meat. For around $20, I felt like it was a bit on the pricier side for the portion. That being said, the flavor was really good! I also appreciated that they included a little pâté on the side, and the sauce that came with the dish was delicious. I just wish there were a little more meat and that it was more tender. Overall, a tasty dish, but I'm not sure the portion quite matched the price.

I had it in Japan and it changed my understanding of how delicious food could be. I'll always dream about a particular pasta dish I had near Kyoto Station...but I digress. If you've never had Japanese pasta, it's sort of difficult to describe. Think of Italian pasta, but if the sauce were less thick and there were a greater variety of flavors and textures. I think it's an overall cleaner and more varied experience. I prefer it. When done well, it has a certain quality that keeps you addicted. You can keep eating it and savoring every bite without feeling weighed down. I just love it. La Casa Mia does it well. In fact, out of every restaurant I've tried that attempts Japanese pasta, this place comes the closest by far. It might even match it. During my most recent visit, I tried the uni (sea urchin) pasta. Amazing. But the standout menu item, everyone, is the Salmon Shimeji. Oh, I love it so much. So savory. Little chunks of salmon, with roe, dainty little mushrooms, and all kinds of other ingredients perfectly cooked blended. A sauce that warms your soul and makes you want to keep eating. I honestly wish I could describe it better, but ironically, my favorite dish in the entire Bay Area is so good that I can't describe it. You'll just have to try it yourself. If they ever take the Salmon Shimeji off the menu, I will probably literally cry. I need this. When things in life get rough, I go for this dish. I have not found anything in the U.S. that matches it. Oh, and the service was fantastic. The lady who helped us most recently was very attentive, thanked us profusely, and was unfailingly polite. Gosh, I felt so taken care of. Yeah. La Casa Mia. My actual favorite restaurant. Love it.

I would understand Asian fusion between two Asian countries, but this is different since it's quite unusual to blend Asian and European ingredients. It was quite packed when I got here and the place is small. It's a good thing that I was able to get a seat. I wanted to take more pictures but there were too many people. At the same time, the place is very nice here especially with the decorations they have here. I was scrolling through the menu and there was a menu item that has pork cutlet, but I have been having that type of cutlet numerous times already. So I decided to get the Salmon Shimeji instead. Next time, I'll get the other one. The food is good though. At the same time, it doesn't really surprise me since it's kinda like something you can make at home. However, the ingredients are fresh and the salmon is good. They used spaghetti pasta to make this dish and there are baby fish eggs and tall, small mushrooms called shimeji. I wasn't really too full at the end, but this is good news since I don't have to feel tired. One of the staff asked me if I can look at their desserts and I did. However, I didn't get any of them since I'm trying to cut back on my eating. This was quite the experience I have here. I saw one of the customers have one of the pizzas and am thinking of having that or the pork cutlet one. Probably should get one of the desserts next time. Until then.
