If I could give this place zero stars, I would!!! I specifically ordered with allergy restrictions and they completely ignored it! When I called to let them know what happened, the "manager" had zero manners or sense of customer service. He clearly has no idea that if my child eats this, she will go into shock! The worst part is that this "manager" would not even give me his name! So to whoever owns this God-forsaken place, please know that you have an absolute incompetent idiot working as your "manager" during the night shift on Wednesday, November 6th at 5:45 pm! I will tell EVERYONE to avoid this place like the plague. And your poke is absolutely disgusting; the fish is not fresh at all. Please avoid this place or be prepared to get food poisoning!!!

So happy to finally have a good poke place in SCV! I came in on a Saturday night, and we were helped immediately. The girl at the counter was friendly and gave us ample time to look over the menu. I really appreciate how many different options they have for everything! 3 different bowl sizes and sooo many different proteins/toppings/sauces. I ordered a small bowl which came with 2 proteins and 1 side. I got the spicy shrimp & crab and the spicy tuna. My side was imitation crab. For some reason, I wasn't particularly fond of their imitation crab, but that's just personal preference. The rice was cooked well, and the fish was fresh. I loved all of the different sauce options, but spicy mayo is always my go-to so I got that. I also appreciate how they mix your proteins and mix-ins all together with the sauce in a separate bowl and then plate it over the rice, and then add your side and whatever toppings you want. Next time, though, I will ask for a little more sauce drizzled all over the bowl. I also LOVE the Mexican influence with things like the fried jalapeños as a topping, great touch to a poke bowl. Overall really solid poke place!

Wow, I'm quite surprised at how low the rating is for this poke restaurant. My customer experience so far has been nothing but great whenever I place an order. Recently, I began placing my orders online because of how convenient it is and every time I pick it up, it's fast and already prepared. The servers have been courteous and hospitable, and there is even a stamp card to earn free poke after the card has been completely used. As a new resident of Santa Clarita, I'm sure that there are good places to get poke, but PokiMX hasn't disappointed me so far.

This has to be one of the saddest poke or sushi spots I've ever been to. Stopped by tonight and I was instantly greeted by one employee, he was friendly and acknowledged everyone who came in. The other employee, however, rarely looked up, and even while taking my order, mumbled the whole time so I repeatedly asked for him to repeat himself. He moved at a snail's pace which, even while not being in a rush, you get annoyed by the lack of enthusiasm. I ordered a sushi burrito and the crazy salmon roll, totaling $32 but had a $5 off coupon so it brought my total to $27 and change, $28 after tip. The quieter employee was taking my order as the other was preoccupied, so I let him know that I was doing both a roll and burrito. He started gathering the ingredients for my burrito and I couldn't help but notice that he was mixing everything in the same bowl, so it wouldn't have the appearance that we see on menu or promo pics of everything stacked nicely and presentable. Granted, in the end, it all tastes the same, but I definitely would have preferred that more "organized" look. I chose filled this burrito with tuna, crab, seaweed salad, crispy onions, garlic ponzu, wasabi mayo, and sesame seeds. The worker finished the bowl and took it to the back for "rolling" and then they finished the salmon roll at least 5 minutes before the burrito. So the salmon roll just sat there while the burrito was still being made. They should definitely get the timing right to have them finished closer to one another and considering the burrito filling was done and I was the only customer, I don't see why it took so long to just roll it up. The burrito is definitely a good size so the value is there fore the money, but not with the quality. The tuna was completely bland, actually the entire burrito was bland. The seaweed barely had any flavor, and while the rice was good, I had no taste of wasabi let alone spice from the mayo; the crab was mush; and the seaweed salad was oddly dry while also lacked flavor. As for the salmon roll, it's definitely pricey for the size, smaller than what you'll pay at most sushi restaurants for a larger roll. Sadly this was also not fresh at all, the salmon had a funky fishy flavor. Looking back at the menu, it also seems like they forgot the avocado as I didn't taste any (and the photo shows the cucumber in the cross section). I also don't know if they're using some knockoff sriracha because this had no spice whatsoever. $28 down the drain and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

My son heard this place opened yesterday and was kind enough to treat us to dinner tonight. Price for a medium bowl was $14.95 which came with three proteins, rice, sides and toppings. When I finished my bowl I was completely full and happy. The fish was fresh and they also had sushi....! Excellent and delicious.

Was really looking forward to trying this place and finally had a chance last night! To start with, so many toppings, sides and mixins to chose from, it's amazing! I loved having a huge variety!! We ordered 2 poke bowls and an aguachile roll. After coming back home, realized that they gave me the wrong roll unfortunately. It was a bit of a drive to go back so decided to just call and tell them. Spoke to one of the owners who was really nice and mentioned next time we go back he'll give me the roll and a drink. Getting to the poke. I think it should have definitely had more of the spicy Mayo sauce and mixed a bit better before putting in the bowl, that's the only complaint I really have. Other than that really loved the different sauces (which I got on the side and the wonton chips were a great addition to the bowl as well. Fish quality was also great! Also love that they are not skimpy like most poke places, they fill up your bowl and make sure you are full! Really looking forward to going back again and trying the other items!

Alright where do we start. I said 1st time is a fluke , second time I'm unlucky, and now 3rd time the old lady get me the poke bowl. Let's start- fish is decent more sauces would be nice as it is literally fish and veggies. 1st time had agua chile roll - god awful Who has Agua chiles with out fkng shrimp Seasoning tasted old ,like its been sitting out for days rancid Second time poke bowl - fish ok rice was 3 days old chalky and gross. 3rd time - it was purchased for me and I dint know it was from here and it was absolutly ehh. Rice is chalky again, no lime tase in veggies like your Mexican fused, lime is fundamental part of it. Save your palet drive 10 min up the road and visit deep sea poke. Once you tatsed it you will ask what the f have I've been eating.

I practically licked my bowl clean. They're super generous with their poke nachos and toppings. I got the tuna poke nachos from their menu with whatever their suggested toppings were and it was delicious. Their little space is lit with a black light on their artsy wall and it seems to glow. Good food, cute spot. I'll go back for sure.

BEST. POKÉ. EVER. Don't just take my word for it everything is BOMB! I got a Medium poké bowl with salmon and tuna with some cucumber and edamame. The employee recommended I get Ponzu, Eel sauce and Fuego sauce which all tasted really good. For my sides I got imitation crab and chipotle crab. All in all this is the best poké I've ever had. Seriously. I've been to a lot of spots but none do it better than this one. Everything was clean and spotless in this place and they have a mural which is lit up by backlights which is super cool. 5/5 I'll be back every single time I'm in the area. Oh and if you check in on Yelp you even get a free lemonade! I'll have to do that next time I go!

Can you compare a Poke place in California to a Poke place in Hawaii... No you cannot! Poke in Hawaii is sacred, and almost everyplace in California tries to do what Hawaii does but they always fall short and PokiMX is no different. We decided to try the new Newhall/Stevenson's ranch location for dinner and ordered a few bowls, an avocado roll and the Poki nachos. Overall the service was a little slow with only 2 people working this night. When we finally did get our food I thought the bowl's were a little light for the prices you pay and the flavors seemed underwhelming (and I added a lot of sauces over the bland fish) Overall it scratches that Poke itch if you are in a bind, but overall I will get my Poke fix elsewhere next time, Aloha

I wanted to try out some new sushi rolls and I happened to stumble upon PokiMX on My favorite app Yelp. We ordered 5 rolls. The Crazy Salmon, El Cucuy roll, Aguachile Yellow Tail, and the Spicy Crab Roll. Unfortunately I was not blown away by the the sushi. The Crazy Salmon roll was excellent, but I thought that the other rolls could have been a little bit more flavorful and have been a little more spicy. However I do plan to come back and try the poki bowls. Price:$$ Taste: 70% Service: 100%

This was the 3rd Poke place that we went to for that day. The first one didnt offer indoor dining while the second place didnt bother helping us . I am so glad that we tried this place because this is one of the best Poke I've had. They have different sizes (small, medium and large). I got the small because I wasn't sure if I cant finish it. They have a LOT of protein, veggie, sauce and toppings options. The staff were very friendly and nice. The price was very reasonable. The serving was a lot. I highly recommend this. Iwill definitely be back.

I am really bummed out. I was really hoping that I was going to like this place. But unfortunately, that just was not the case. My two regular poke places that I attend on a regular basis are both closed on Sundays. I was really craving some poke yesterday so I decided to do some research and look up other poke spots in my area. PokeMX had 4/5 stars & reviews seemed very decent, so I decided to give it a shot. Upon entering the location, I was the only customer in the establishment. The location was very clean inside. I ordered a medium Poké bowl with one tuna and two spicy tuna along with cucumber, edamame, red onion, mango, green onion, and two scoops of crab topped with extra spicy mayo. This is typically my order at any poke spot that I go to. For starters, I really didn't care for either of the fish. The spicy tuna really didn't taste good & honestly when I took my first bite I realized everything was just lacking a lot of flavorall around. I also really didn't care for the spicy mayo that they use & again just seemed very flavorless.... My last complaint was the imitation crab. It had strange taste and I didn't care for it. I am sad that I won't be returning, but I'm still happy that I tried out for myself.
