I thought this placed served the food as it should be in their culture? I've held back leaving a bad review of this place because i thought they would somehow improve or it was a one off mistake but this was the final straw. Consistently screwing up or intentionally holding back ingredients on takeout orders crazy. How much are you actually saving by with holding lettuce, sauce, and jalapenos??? The inside has generous amounts of thinly sliced, marinated beef shank, and the scallion pancake wrap is rolled out very thin, crispy, and not oily at all. There's a bunch of julienned cucumbers inside for that crunch and just the right amount of hoisin sauce for that added sweetness. I wouldn't change a thing about this dish. With the three cup chicken, I enjoyed how spicy the dish was; definitely a dish you'll want to enjoy over rice. If I had to nitpick, one improvement that could have been made to the dish is if the chicken pieces were cut to be smaller. The potstickers here are well-made. If you're looking for Japanese-style gyoza, you will not find that here. The ones here are very in-line with what you'd find at food stalls on the streets of Taiwan in terms of texture, taste, and flavor. The potsticker wrappers have a wonderful crispiness to them and the pork filling is well-seasoned: I didn't actually need to use the included sauce to enjoy the dumplings.
