The ingredients taste fresh and delicious. I stopped by this spot to check it out while waiting for my movie to start ( at the nearby AMC).The service was prompt and friendly. Eliyanna ( the girl who serviced me) is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You have the options to get tacos, burritos or bowls. The food taste delicious and fresh! Love the toppings and sauces. This spot has good offerings for vegan folks as well. I wasn't hungry so I just ordered a taco. It was scrumptious, didn't expect that from a $4 taco. The lobby is very clean and organized. I will come again. There's a big parking lot so parking is easy.

Ok its usually hard to mess up poke. In my life ive only tasted bad poke once or twice. This spot is like not worth it in my opinion. Theres PLENTY other poke spots that are more worth your money. FOOD: Small (13.72) // Regular (3 scoops): I mean I only got the spicy salmon. TBH its pretty good. Its hard to fk up salmon in poke. The marination was great. Alright so who decided that adding straght up soy sauce before the toppings was a good idea?? I added it because it was an option and if it was, it should taste good with the meal. NO the added soy sauce made all the rice SALTY really REALLY salty. Usualyl even if you go ham with ingredients in your bowl it still tastes good but the fact its too salty means the worker doesnt even know how to ration sauce. Terrible. The portion size was also terrible. Exact scoop leveled to the tea, not a singular fish over. IN FACT some scoops were actually smaller than leveled. Only 3 toppings per small is also diabolical. VIBES: This is located in a pretty empty plaza. I only came here because my Tesla had a service. I remember why now i never come here. Back to Bay Poke we go (my goat). Also the worker looked like she hated her job and everyone around her. Parking is great tho.

In the mood for poke, came to check this place out. Ordered a large bowl and a tuna taco, the food was okay with the exception of the eel sauce being too salty, which was not good. We struggled to enjoy our meal. Menu indicates spam musubi is $5.99 for two pieces, I was charged that for just one piece? Sadly, this experience was not worth the drive or the calories! The customer service was great, no issues with this! We will continue to search better places for poke!

Celine was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was quick with her service and the food looks amazing. The ambiance was really nice too, don't take long. This is my second time here but I'll be back again because of how sweet Celine was!

Was planning to watch a movie at the AMC nearby and passed by here to many times so decided to try it out this time around. It was empty when we arrived but I feel like the food was actually pretty solid here, actually better than other Poke spots that I've been around the area. First off bowls don't come with unlimited toppings you get the amount dependent on the bowl you get. We were fortunate enough that the person making our bowls didn't really care so we added a few extra toppings above the limit on the menu. A cool thing that they have here is hot cheetos crunchy which actually tasted really good. Poke quality ranged between good and great so overall we enjoyed our bowls very much. Price was reasonably IMO too!

Greetings right off the bat of entering the restaurant. So service was definitely there with a smile and sincerity, her name is Dede. Such a sweetheart. I had ordered 4 different bowls, great selection. Sweet salmon, Spicy Tuna and Tuna are absolutely fresh and savory. The veggies were fresh as well. The sauces are great too. The bowl is. Great portioning. Can ask for extra veggies if needed. I'll definitely come back to try the poke tacos and the sushi burrito. The place is clean and organized. There's a water dispenser just in case needed for a quick refreshment. I'll definitely be back.

Got a regular bowl and a poki taco today 10/10 been coming here for almost 3 years I saw they had a banner saying new owners a couple of months ago was hoping they didn't go down hill after the change and they haven't! They got new bowls and still serve the same amount of serving everything is good they added new stuff to the menu like the spicy salmon must try! There Spicy Mayo and crunchy combo is a must

Solid spot to get a bite to eat! You can make your own bowls, order one of their signature bowls or get your order as a burrito or taco. I built my own small bowl, which came with two choices of protein and three toppings The ingredients here tasty fresh and even though this was a small bowl, it was very fulfilling and I was only able to finish half! It's clean here, with seats inside and outside. There's also plenty of parking

Dont think I'd return. Horrible customer service. Came for lunch and I was the only customer. An older hispanic lady helped me and off the bat her attitude was already off as if I inconvenienced her doing whatever she was doing in the back. I kindly ordered my poke bowl and 1 taco at the beginning. Not like I waited to order everything for my poke bowl and asked for a taco in the end. Portions are small. Their salmon does not look appetizing. Its like they use low grade salmon or frozen salmon cause there are no white fatty lines. It was just coral cubes so I just got ahi tuna instead. The lady kept tossing around my bowls as we were moving along the line almost like when youre mad at someone and youre throwing a mini tantrum. I paid and she walked away and I kindly asked for wasabi and she responded that she doesn't have any but walking away still so I just didn't fight it and left. I work in management so I always tell my team its rude to talk to clients or even staff if youre walking away and talking to someone.

Came here for the first time after spending time wondering what it was about on the way to see films at my favorite theater, and wow! The food was so good and healthy. I enjoyed a medium bowl with tuna, salmon and sweet salmon over brown rice with edamame, seaweed salad, mango, ginger, and wasabi plus a crunch topping and eel sauce. It was a fantastic . My sister enjoyed "tacos" which were crispy wonton wrappers filled with toppings of her choice. She selected shrimp and some greens, pineapple, seeds, sauce, and cheesy Cheeto crumbs and loved her meal. Our server Veronica was super and helpful in walking us through our options. Glad I finally stopped in. Will be back frequently and often. read more

Absolutely delicious, better variety of ingredients than most spots I've been and I've been to Poke spots from LA to SF to Oahu proper! The Hot Cheetos dusting option threw me off but a friend recommended it and it was a surprisingly really fantastic pairing, in particular with the salmon and fresh mango. Everyone was very warm and friendly, honestly felt like old friends, and accommodating. 10/10 Would (n will) go again! read more

This place is really good. I usually come here or pokigo and this place is just chefs kiss. The portions are good, the options are awesome and the service is on point. First time I was here I was helped by Ed and recently today by Selena and they are really awesome and sweet people. Now I'm going to be driving the extra mile to get some poki here and hopefully see them again cause they're great workers. Place has a chill vibe and nice ambiance. read more

This place has great service and always the freshest ingredients . I love that they have different size poki bowls but also give the option for a poki burrito which is just as amazing!! they also over innovative dishes, such as poki tacos. One other thing I love is there point system every time you go you can get points, which can then lead you to getting free balls or other items in their menu. Their menu is quite large with cookies drinks smoothies there is something for everyone. read more

To start off, food quality isn't THAT bad. However, for how much you pay I expected more or better. One or the other. This place gave neither. Quantity was on the low side. They really skimp on EVERYTHING. The scoops were so tiny I straight up thought it was a kiddie meal that were preparing. Food quality, as previously mentioned, isn't that bad. However, there's some weird aftertaste to the food I've never really encountered before. Inside, it feels cheap as F. The tables were so wobbly I had to use my legs to brace it so it doesn't fall over. For the at least $17 a bowl you'll pay for, it's not worth the visit. Would not recommend. read more

I always order here whenever I want to see a movie at home or a series. It's comfort food for me and it's delicious! I can't recall how many times I ordered through Postmates, which is now Uber Eats. I enjoy the freshness and the goodness of their poké! Always packaged nicely and delivered with care. I'm craving for it as I'm writing this review! Love it! read more

Serving size is a bit small for the price (15.75 for 3 scoops). The flavors are good and theres a lot of good toppings to choose from. but personally, my bowl was drenched in sauce so it was kinda salty... the sauces are good but itd be nice if it wasnt drenched. read more

Since the poke place near ELAC closed down, I had to find a new place somewhat near. They opened not too long ago so I do wonder if they are working out some kinks. They're pretty strict with the order you choose your items. At other places you can choose different items and then go back if you forget something. It's the first time I've heard, "You can't choose fried onions before you choose your topping sauce!" Tastewise is okay. There is only 3 and 4 scoops. They do offer poke burrito. read more

Yama is still the go-to spot for "market" sushi!

Also, the place doesn't fully represent a traditional Japanese aesthetic, it feels alot more like a Korean twist on sushi. Overall, great for the wallet and good rolls, but just okay on the balance of the bento meal.

I normally get the small craft which allows you to choose up to three bases and any toppings you want. I normally get the açaí and their chia pudding (original) for the base. The chia pudding does come pre sweetened so keep that in mind if you don't want something too sweet. As for the toppings they have an array of choices and you can pick as many as you want! The service is quick and everyone is nice. It does get busy even at night but the staff are pretty quick with preparing the bowls. They also have an online ordering service so you can order ahead!

When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

I cannot believe the level of disrespect and incompetence I experienced at this poki restaurant. This lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting like they were doing me a favor by taking my order. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they rolled their eyes and acted like I was inconveniencing them. Not only was the customer service abysmal, but the food was also subpar. The fish was mushy and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The toppings were sparse and the rice was undercooked. Overall, a complete waste of money. I will never be returning to this establishment and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Save yourself the headache and find a poki restaurant that actually values their customers. He was told not to come back and continues to trespass onto the property. If you are the owner or manager, have Brandon stop his criminal behavior or there will be legal actions.
