It's on Glenwood so after 5 there's a lot of street parking but they will validate your parking deck parking. Everyone is always very nice. As soon as you walk in you're greeted. They have a great color selection for regular polish and gel polish. They do not use nail dryers so you have to wait and let your polish air dry if you don't get gel. They do offer complimentary wine, mimosas, soft drinks, and I think beer. read more

My go to girl for my dip manicures was out of town this week so I decided to try Polished Nail Bar due to the good reviews, aaaand always walking by and being curious to try it out. You can book an appointment online which I highly recommend doing. I was able to book a 930am on a Saturday morning the day before without problem. I walked in and was warmly greeted by all the staff. Paige was the woman who did my nails and she did a phenomenal job. She was efficient but didn't rush. She made sure I was comfortable and was very helpful in finding that perfect shade of pink I was looking for. I'm very pleased with the results! It was $50 for a dip manicure, however that included soaking off the previous dip I had on my nails. If you go in with naked nails and want a dip, it's only $45. Also note, tips can only be in check/cash, but they do have an ATM inside the salon. read more

Maybe it was me and my hectic day, but I felt very rushed when I walked into the nail bar. I felt like I didn't have time to pick my color and when I was asked for a white shimmer, they kept pointing me in the direction of stark white. After finding the right color in the gel colors that match for regular polish, the nail tech started painting my nails but it was a light pink, no shimmer. When I told them it was wrong, I felt like they were just trying to make me go with it. So I felt pressured to just go with it and added shimmer on top. To make it more annoying, three hours later at home, it never dries and was smudged. I wore flip flops the whole time... My manicure was fine but just felt rushed. He gave a great hand massage which was nice. I just don't know if this nail salon is for me, not very relaxing, but if I'm you're in a rush- give it a go! Amazing place! It was my Friend and I first time going there and let me tell you we LOVED and ENJOYED it. No complaints at all, the chairs like very nice and kind of uncomfortable but to our surprise it was super comfy. My Lady was Paige and I totally recommend her she will have a conversation with you and make you feel very welcome which is always a plus, she kept asking me how I was feeling, if she was hurting me or not & she made sure I liked how she started cutting my nails. Great job on my pedicure. I like the fact they were open on Sunday. I didn't like the fact that it is a extra $20 to get gel polish and $10 to take off gel polish. So that's $35 pedicure plus $10 to take off gel polish. If I would of got gel polish I would have spent $65 for a pedicure. Oh wait my daughter got the ombré design on her own nails that was $55. I did tip because the ladies did a wonderful job on our nails and toes. The pricing just took me by surprise. read more

From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we were welcomed and felt like we could take our time instead of being rushed like most nail salons do. They didn't try to sell us extra services- they asked what we wanted and they delivered. The pedicures were AMAZING and so were the manicures. The pedicure chairs are enormous and make you feel like a princess (or prince). The entire place has a white and diamond theme so it feels very enchanted which I loved. They handed us mimosas when we walked in and Sam, the one doing my nails, told us "don't stop drinking! there's no limit here" we will DEFINITELY be back and will be continuously recommending friends to this location. Just visited Polished for the first time & I think I just found myself a new nail salon AND go-to nail tech! I had Mya do my manicure & she did such a great job I'm so so so happy with it. Chris did my pedicure & not only did he do a great job, but he's the most considerate nail tech I've ever had, telling me when I can expect some pressure, asking if I'm ticklish, etc. He went above & beyond & all of the staff is very friendly! Visiting from out of town and just went to this salon because it looked fun and busy! It started out with a fine experience, very fast service. They clearly push people in and out! I got a gel manicure and my fiancé had a basic pedicure. They charged us $90 and when I pulled up the menu they denied that he had a basic pedicure and refused to give us our money back. They said he had an organic massage. It should have been $65 total. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There is plenty of other nail salons that won't take advantage of a language barrier and wont rob you silly. read more

This salon exceeded my expectations! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, prices are very affordable and they are so accommodating. The place itself is so beautiful. They offer complimentary wines like Rosé, Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Champagne. If your glass reaches the bottom they are right to you with a refill no questions asked. They have their own parking garage which is free of charge. They play great music and it's just an overall friendly environment. It's an experience just as much as it is a service. I'm giving it a 1 star for customer service. My friend and I went to have a pedicure and as soon as our nail techs sat to start they obviously said something about my friend and laughed. When she asked them what was said they tried to play it off and said something that didn't even make sense. They proceeded to do the pedicures and John gave me the fastest pedicure known to man. I had to ask him to clean under my nails and the massage was non existent. He then gave me a manicure and I again had to ask him to clean under my nails. It seemed like he just wanted to finish and move on. He then put a penny size amount of lotion on his hand and tried to massage my entire forearm! It almost burned because of the friction! After all of that he over charged me. When I called he tried to say he asked me before he used the callous remover. But He never asked me about adding any services. He finally agreed to give me my money back, but I will never go back to this place. read more

At first glance, this salon is beyond beautiful with some of the best customer service I've seen in a nail salon. They tended to my friend and I from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. My technician was one of the nicest technicians I've ever come across! Now why am I giving this two stars? One word: quality. I've gotten gel manicures and regular pedis for YEARS and never has what happened to me happened in the past. Both of my big toe nails are smudged and color missing. My nails feel paper thin and my nails aren't painted on the sides and edges. My friend toe nail color came off entirely on 4 toes! Mind you, we weren't wearing closed shoes nor did we do anything that'd harm the polish. Mind you, these are pricey mani/pedis. Especially compared to my hometown of Miami, FL. I really thought I was gonna return, but after spending $70+ tip on this work, I really don't think I'll be going back. read more

Wish I had better things to say about this place, but this was unbelievably lackluster. The salon itself is clean and gorgeous which is why I assumed the quality would also be up to par. But after my mani pedi my friend's mani pedi, we will not be returning again. The gel manicure in particular was the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. It was messy and there were so many flaws in the final product that I finally had to ask the technician to clean up like six different areas. Eventually I got tired of showing her where there were clearly mistakes, that I just stopped. This is something she should've seen and fixed herself. My friends had the same experience and were really disappointed. The upside is you get a free cocktail. Maybe they serve you a cocktail so you won't notice how terrible the quality is. read more

I felt rushed once the girl came over to do my manicure and she definitely tried to upscale dip powder but from the reviews I thought that wouldn't happened and I was mistaken. They are a very new Salon and I wish them well. I just wish I had found my go to Salon but unfortunately I did not. My main goal during a manicure is to feel relaxed and to have my cuticles handled but none of that was done. Maybe one day I will give them a 2nd chance and when I do I won't feel rushed and tense by the manicurist! This is a beautiful salon with a large selection of polish colors in both regular polish and shellac, and you are offered complimentary wine, champagne, beer, and other non-alcoholic beverages with your service/s. The staff was also friendly and attentive, but that's where their expertise stopped. My friend and I walked in on a Thursday for manicures and pedicures, and were seen immediately and offered mimosas while we were serviced. The price for the services is astronomical, in my opinion. There are three different types of manicures and pedicures offered, each varying in price and service level. I chose the higher end pedicure and basic manicure with shellac for a total of $75. For that price I expected a precision polish job on both my toenails and fingernails...but that's not what I received. The polish job was subpar to say the least. My nails have uneven edges, topcoat not covering the entire nail which leaves a visible ring around the polish, and it feels like they barely touched my cuticles on my toenails and fingernails. During my manicure the technician said "you're high maintenance, I can tell you get your nails done a lot, because you catch everything that I do". Umm...not sure what that means, but yes, I do notice when you're not polishing my toenails completely, or when you fail to trim my cuticles well, or when you leave streaks in my polish. I did end up asking her to correct my toenails twice, which she tried to do, but each time was worse than the time before. I also asked her to be more aggressive on my cuticles, which she ignored. I honestly could have gone to a "lower end" strip mall nail salon for a better manicure and pedicure, and I could do without the bells and whistles such as complimentary beverages and glitzy decor if it would have meant that the services are done properly. read more

First, it is gorgeous in there! Everything is over-sized and glam! From the tufted chairs, to the farmhouse sink, the flat screens, to the huge hanging acrylic shelf that housed their polish choices, it's all luxe! I really enjoyed having my service performed at the mani bar versus the typical nail salon with those individual stations. Very communal (in a good way)! Secondly, I opted to get a basic manicure (base, color, top coat) and my nails did not chip or peel until about a week later. My daughter (3 yr old) tagged along with me and they were gentle and talked to her on her level which really helped the day go smoothly. I can see more "Mommy & Me Mani" dates in the future. What made me give them two stars is the nail tech that worked outside his practice and cut one of side of my nails of my large toe on my foot. They are not train to attempt to do so and are more likely to cut and shape it incorrectly. I refused him to do that to the other sides. And like I knew what would happen that side is now inflamed and infected. Another thing is they use the drill to take of gel nail polish to save time. If someone is not willing to take the time to do this correctly the first time you already know the standard of care you will receive. I will not be coming again to get my nails damaged and foot infections. read more
