I wanted to ask if Gus Fring was there. The chicken is hot and juicy. Lightly seasoned, lightly battered and fried to a dark crisp. Most of the crunch comes from the super crispy skin. It was not oily, when I bit the breast section the hot juices ran out. So hot it had to cool for a while before I could finish it. I liked the texture, the taste and the fact that it is not overly breaded. We had 2 three-piece meals with fries and beans. A plate full of great fries was under the chicken. The beans were tasty, spicey like chili beans. The restaurant was not crowded this afternoon. I believe the new has worn off. Reviewers' ratings vary wildly on Google. My wife and I enjoyed the meals, but I don't believe Pollo Campero will dominate the fried chicken market in Tulsa. Not by the same name, but it does remind me of the chicken restaurant in that popular TV series a from few years ago.

I've eaten at more than a few of these places and I def love the chicken! This a new place here in Tulsa and the food is just as good as their locations in Texass and Cali. Good simple chicken with some excellent sides. I'm most pumped that this place only about a mile from the casa.

Hubby and I got the 4 piece fried chicken beans and rice and tortillas I made a make shift taco the rice was fantastic and the beans had amazing flavor I was right with my suspicions that they were the sides to order but they were out of grilled chicken that day so just to try I got the spicy chicken sandwich and sad to say very disappointed it was super thin and dry only the middle for 1 or two bites was thick and kinda juicy, I'm not sure if it's less ordered than the regular one or not but personally I won't order it again but I liked the thick pickle slices. Picture of the chickens not good because I was so hungry so I didn't get a good photo before eating

I will say if you are a person that likes soggy nuggets, this is not the place for you. Crunch is the way to go! The sweet potato fries are really good. Kinda charred but I personally don't mind. The curly fries were good as well. I would say the cinnamon dessert gave it wasn't fresh. The icing already was dried out. The space itself is very cute! The seating areas are nice. And you can book the area for events!

It was good then & it was good now. I went with the 8 Piece Nuggies & Fries combo with 2 sauces: Nuggie & Sticky Icky. I went with sweet potato fries instead of the curly. Super good, the blend of seasonings were sweet & salty and you get more than plenty of fries (you might be able to share with someone IF you ever wanted to). Just like there were plenty of fries, getting an order bigger than 8 nuggets would've had me stuffed. Looking at the nuggets, I had to count because it seemed like more than 8. They were a nice size & to my surprise, I had sauce left (I even dipped my fries) after I finished. Light & crispy, taste good without sauce (dill pickle brined for 24 hours). I really really liked the Sticky Icky, it's Asian inspired & has a slight sweet and sour taste to it. The Nuggie sauce is something I'll get as one of my sauces no matter what other sauce I get as my second. This spot is part of the Wellstown Brewing brewery downstairs. The gentleman who took my order was super nice & the wait on my food didn't take long at all. I gotta come back to try their chicken sandwich & their Doughnugs.

KFC has fallen out of the top ranks among fast food chicken chains in the U.S. Popular brands like…read moreRaising Cane's, Wingstop, Chick-fil-A, and Popeyes are often ranked higher by consumers and media. The decline of KFC is due to decrease quality, increase price, and poor customer service. The quality of their fried chicken has declined. Not only are the chicken pieces smaller, they are more soggy, and the batter doesn't even stay on the chicken. The chicken I got on this day was a disaster. The drumsticks were split open. How did they even do that? KFC doesn't have many special deals either. Their best deal is the 8 piece special for $10 on Tuesday. This is a really great deal except sometimes you don't get 8. They gave me 7 pieces (2 thighs and 5 drumsticks) on this occasion. Customer service is where all fast food chains can improve, especially KFC. Most of the time, service is really slow. Stores are closing suddenly and unexpectedly without any notice.

The young man bagging my order was rubbing his nose and using the tongs for chicken to open the mini oven doors. I was so disgusted. The manager / supervisor Ashley was nowhere to be found to complain in person. I used the App for my order so of course you pay in advance and still my order was not ready until almost 30 minutes later. This was unacceptable. Steer clear of this location if you want your food in a timely manner and don't want to get sick. This was my 5th and last time giving these folks another chance to make things right. My order was missing items when I got home. I went inside for my food . The restaurant was dirty and disgusting with an open drain and trash on the floor. Yes I took pictures ! There were 5 people on the team working and still the food was not ready in a timely manner. If I owned this store I would definitely fire whoever is in charge of training.
