This restaurant easily has the best carne Asada street tacos I've had outside Mexico. The tortillas are fresh and flavorful, each taco is almost overstuffed with meat. The topping of cilantro and onion is perfect! Their avocado based salsa verde is delicious! Spicy and smooth, it's a perfect compliment. Really enjoyed my meal from Pollo Movil! We ordered tacos with extra sides of rice and beans and a burrito bowl. The tacos were super flavorful and the meat well cooked & tender, and we loved both of the salsas that came with them. The carne asada burrito bowl was a large portion that held well for leftovers the next day too! But the BEANS! They were our surprise favorite. So delicious, packed with flavor, and the perfect addition. I even ordered extra to have on their own later on (tip: the beans and rice freeze really well, perfect to save in the freezer for a quick and easy meal). Let me preface this by stating that it is 5 stars for quality and value for its price. At ($8) for a chicken bowl, it's slightly higher priced than Chipotle, but infinitely better. The chicken seems to be along the lines of a tinga chicken, marinaded to perfect. I got mine with black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and rice. It typically comes with sour cream, but I asked for mine without SC and to be extra hot with the roja salsa. The staff gladly appeased to my request and the result was a killer bowl! One thing of note: There is a bit of a language barrier at the restaurant, as this is a small family owned spot. If you can speak any sort of Spanish or a bit of Spanglish (a blend of Spanish and English), it will greatly help you throughout the process. read more

The first issue is the girl was putting the raw frozen chicken on the grill without gloves. She was also touching container, bags and handling money. Never saw her wash her hands nor did I see a glove in sight. She was wearing a mask though. Second issue. We loved it. Actually had it delivered via Grubhub so I can't speak to the actual physical restaurant. What I can tell you is that their food is authentic and possibly the best Mexican food we've had in a long time. The grilled chicken is what they are known for and it doesn't disappoint. These are my favorite tacos (as compared to even Taco Taxi, Hacienda, Pineda, Mayan, and Hamburguesa El Gordo-- stick with the burgers here) despite the place being a Mexican chicken spot (think in the style of El Pollo Loco on the West coast). They only have four meat choices, my favorite are the Al pastor (pork), and verde & rojo salsas are delish! I like the charro beans too, they're very homestyle, nothing fancy, but tasty. The rice is just OK, so I usually skip. Chips are good, salty and with lime. read more

I have ordered delivery from here a few times through Postmates and would definitely recommend it. It reminds me of two of my favorites: solfood (San Rafael CA) and pollo express (Chicago's Pilsen). While the food here isn't as good, it's definitely worth the try. My favorite are the chulettas(pork chops), followed by the BBQ chicken and chicken breast, followed by costillas (ribs).
