Came today for the first time after driving by and seeing it was open. Owner was making everything by hand when I arrived and I had no idea what to order. There are a ton of different Mediterranean options that sound crazy good . The owner let me try one of the Keshek(veggie flatbread) and it was unlike anything I've ever had before - so savory and flavorful. I ordered Zatar, Keshek, and the Egg and cheese flatbread. Flavors are all insane. I will definitely be back tomorrow, will be picking up a dozen mini flatbreads to bring to my coworkers next week. I was picking up my rings next door at the Jewelers and saw this place was open. Walked in and was greeted by someone working the counter who was very cheerful and answered all of our questions. We had just finished eating dinner but decided to pick up something anyway. My fiance was not a huge fan of the calzone he's not a big fan of cooked spinach, but my stepson and I both got the cheese boat and it was fabulous. This place is a gem. They make everything from scratch when you order it. This includes the pita bread which is leaps and bounds better then the packaged pita bread most places use. This is my second time here. I did enjoy the pizza and love the amount of options they have on their menu. The place is small but nice. Clean and friendly service. However, the wait a pepperoni and cheese pizza was long. I waited about 30 minutes for a 6 piece pizza. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were slightly busy when I came in. I just hope they plan on getting more employees to speed up the wait time. I will most likely return because I did enjoy my food. read more

Amazing middle eastern flatbreads (manaeesh, laham b'ajeen, etc.) baked fresh in front of you with homemade dough and fresh ingredients. We typically get the sambousak (little meat pies) and the cheese triangles, both of which my kids love and make an easy on-the-go meal. Everything is absolutely delicious and baked to perfection. On Friday evening while dining in, the staff at Pomona Bakery made the unusual decision to broadcast in the dining room an interview between Tucker Carlson and alleged sex trafficker Andrew Tate. Far from being an accident, the staff put the interview on, pulled up chairs and watched it with great interest, and it was audible throughout the restaurant. The interview featured offensive and harmful language directed towards women and trans people. The Yelp page claims the owners wish to create a "warm and welcoming setting". It is hard to reconcile that with the racism, misogyny, xenophobia, transphobia, and other harmful content promoted by the personalities broadcast in the restaurant. Feeling unsafe, my friend and I promptly asked for to-go boxes, packaged up our food, and left. I left a voice mail with the restaurant to inform the owners of the atmosphere in the restaurant and asking to talk to them about the incident - I have yet to receive a response 3 days later. The food was good, but we won't be back to support a business that promotes objectionable and harmful content. read more

Yes!!!!! Finally I do not have to drive hours for great food. I have not had egg and cheese flat bread in over a decade and this brought me back to so many great flavors. The music in the background and the great service I will surely be back more often. To the owners, everything was beautiful!!! The whole parking lot smells good from what they are cooking here. I thought it would be sweets because of the "bakery" title but this is a lunch or dinner place with savory flat breads topped with amazing cheeses and spices, soups, etc. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and it's very clean inside.
