This place isn't packed, everyone is friendly, welcoming- the owner even has the cutest lil Frenchie that runs around motivating you I've been checking out other gyms since I got here and this place just feels like HOME. My first time in I hit legs, ofcourse, and caught the end of their spinning class. The vibe in that class was AMAZING!! everyone working hard, yelling, being supportive of one another, music was on point- they even had lights so glad to have found this place and now can call it my stomping ground. The coaches are very friendly and yet tuff to help push you to complete all rounds of exercise. Its not a gym where you feel left out or on your own. It's group classes but all exercises are towards your goals... the coaches make sure that you do the exercises correctly and then come back to to make sure you still good. If you tell staff about a problem it never gets fixed, some tell you it's their first day like someone else in another yelp user was saying. This is "cubaton" on full affect in this place. I was attacked by one of their members who was harassing me & attempted to shove me out of a machine. I wouldn't let him & stood my ground. I called the cops but an employee had given video that only showed me defending myself rather than being attacked & harassed. After the full video footage was later reviewed by the State Attorney's Office, the charge against me were dropped. Now I have to pay as an innocent person for an expungement plus all the money I had to spend on my lawyer to get the video from this place that proved my innocence. I'll never step into another planet fitness ever again.

I've been passing by the big F45 logo for a while now and I finally decide to give it a try and…read morefigure out what F45 means. F45 defined by them as Functional Training for 45 minutes. First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection
