One of our projects this year was to have the calcium build-up on our pool tiles cleaned and to resolve the white calcium/mineral stains that laced our natural rock fountain. Pool Tile (Deck) Dr. just completed a major restoration on our pool. The job entailed removing over 75 square feet of ledger stone and replacing such with tile. I bid the job (remove ledger stone/replace with tile) out to 6 companies. Marc just finished cleaning the calcium/algae buildup from the top collar tiles, feature stones and waterfall in my pool. Marc not only met my hopeful expectations, but far exceeded them in every manner. He did treat my pool as if it were his own and was thoughtful, personable and left my pool and area like brand new. His system does not require a pool draining and the media he uses (salt derivative) does no harm to the tiles or stones that glass beads can. He vacuums any remnants after the cleaning.
