Kept me updated via text including having to re-schedule 1 week later than planned due to material shortages. I can attest this is true for all pool service chemical companies I talked to as it's been difficult to get the materials required due to production shortages (this means you better lock someone down quick). Marc is a nice guy, very personable. I originally contacted him for rebar repair and sand blasting. After receiving a quote I inquired about refinishing the pool deck as well. I decided go with all three projects. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't try to upsell you. I didn't get to see the sand blasting process, but there was no evidence of anything other than clean title. The cleanup was well above my standards as I expected to see a little bit of a mess because let's face it... it's sand. There was nothing. I'm pretty sure a wizard was involved. I got to see the rebar repair and pool deck refinishing (you couldn't pay me triple the price to do any of it). They also did an amazing clean up job that was well above my standards. We hired Marc to come out and clean our pool tile this spring and we are glad that we did! We have a large (and deep) diving pool and the tile had become very encrusted with calcium and mineral buildup. It had gotten so bad that I wasn't even sure it was possible to clean the tile.
